I put a down payment on a dress I LOVED! But I shortly after I found out I was pregnant and due 2 days from my wedding day. We had to move our wedding up and my dress was not one I could alter to a big pregnant belly and I needed a maternity dress. I called to see if I could use my $500 down payment towards a veil and shoes or a bridesmaids dress for my sister and they would not allow it! They just took my $500 and wouldn’t give me options.They were VERY rude on the phone and giggled as we asked for options. I would not recommend this place only because they will not work with you if unforeseen circumstances occur!!

Anne assisted me on the day I came in. She was professional, personal, and extremely knowledgeable. I loved that she asked questions, without feeling like she was prying. She was wonderful and helped me try on several wedding dresses, so I could get a better idea of what styles I might like. I just recently got engaged but I loved that she still explained everything to me as if I was ready to buy or ready to wait. I felt absolutely no pressure and she treated me like family. I could not have asked for a better experience, and would recommend MSB to anyone.
