Went in for two new tires, that was purchased somewhere else eight months ago. I knew there was a problem did not know what. They found the trouble and fixed it. They gave me an alignment. This guys saved my day. I was having a heck of a time with another tire place and they got me in a fixed all my issues I was having. They seemed to care I was having a rough go of it and found solutions quickly and cost effectively. I have became a life customer because of today.

When I moved to Owensboro my dad took me by here and said this was the best place to go for tires or any auto repairs. He was so right. They always do everything they can to save you money and the work is done right the first time. I recently moved but will always drive back to Owensboro to this place to get any work done. I always hear great things about Beckman and so when Ive had blah experiences in the past I just thought it was an aberration.For instance, one time I was in here getting my tires rotated and while backing the car out, the technician had left something in the way and it tore the plastic under-siding of my car loose. He zip-tied it back to the frame of the car and sent me on my way. But after today I think they really are blah. Yesterday I called and was told that if I came in that afternoon I would have a half hour wait before they could get to my car, better to come in at 7:30am the next morning and theyd get me right in. They must have told everyone else in town that same thing because after waiting 45 minutes, my car was still waiting to be worked on. And given the state of the cars being serviced, wheels off and hoods up, it seemed it would take even longer to get my car in. I am happy they are successful but if you are waiting with your car and you have places to be, go elsewhere. If you have all the time in the world or can drop off your car, then this may be an acceptable place for you.

I was a walk in, I had no appointment. I walked in with a flat tire when I got off work . The manager was at the front desk told me he would fit me in, told me how long it would take, and held his word....I would do business with them again....2 months later now and as I needed good tires for a good price I called around several places to get some quotes on tires including calling Beckmans. I had called several places and got the names of the quoted tires that werent cheap ones nor expensive for my budget. All places except for Beckmans attempted their sales gig to reel me in to buy their tires. Beckmans had no pushy sales gig to try and talk me into anything. What they did was educate me on the difference in a few tires and told me to research the different brands of tires to see what I thought. Well, after doing so I called and made an appointment for new tires and I was dropping my vehicle off at Beckmans the next morning. I am proud to say that I made a great choice as I would recommend them for anyones future choice of tire purchases and will continue to do my business with Beckmans from here on out...

2nd experience was horrible. I called to see if they could fix the emergency brake on my truck, they said they could & that I should bring it in the following morning. After 2 full work days they still hadnt touched my truck! I can understand being busy but thats when they asked me to bring my truck in! How do they think I get to work to earn money to pay them?!1st experience was good. I took them tires to put on my car & to have the car aligned & tires balanced. They were the cheapest in town & were accommodating.

Not a car guy, I asked around and researched my problem, convinced it was something in the suspension. They worked with me and asked questions to diagnose the actual problem. I was no help at all, but they found the issue. More minor than I suspected. And as foolish as it made me feel it was in no way related to the friendly, quick service they provided. In other words, they might have had a chuckle right after I left but they never let on while I was there. Friendly, quick, attentive service, and no extra bs, they mentioned a few other minor problems that need attention soon but didnt try to oversell me on anything. Ill be back for these other issues as the paychecks come in, which will be sooner than later thanks to the fair price.

Had a friend buy new tires and caught them trying to put used tires on her car and had to holler at them to put on new tires since thats what she paid for. They take no fault or responsibility for their mistakes or errors. They act rude to customers. Never will I take my car there.
