SCOTT from 54 auto zone was such a sweetheart! I noticed my car was starting to stop on 54, so I pulled into ALDIs parking lot before it completely went dead. I called the 54 store, and he came over to try and jump my car for me! Thanks again, Scott!!!

Thomas the manager at west Parrish in Owensboro, Kentucky is the reason we’ll be picking Auto Zone over all the other car parts stores in Owensboro. He helped me to remove a gas cap we lost the keys to. A lot of people would care less. He saved us added labor fees from the dealership, and acted like he enjoyed helping us. I don’t often write reviews, but this bares noticing. Also, this particular store is well stocked and clean. Thank you, Thomas! A+

This Auto-Zone location is great. I would have rated this visit 5-star but they did not have my air filter (very popular make and model car) available in any brand nor did they have any of the cheap brand 5W-20 motor oil.Other than the inventory issues the store was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the younger gentlemen that rang us up did an excellent job! Kudos to him for making me feel important by recognizing that I have been there multiple times lately and explaining just one more visit to earn $20 on my auto zone reward card!

I wanted in line to return a core with one person in front of me and 2 others behind me. So I don’t know why the 2 behind me got waited on before me. Which wasn’t customer service at all. Then I wasn’t even told at the time of purchase that I needed my receipt to get my deposit back. Very poor customer service

2 times I’ve ordered parts from here and gone to the mechanic to find it’s the wrong parts and end up paying way more out of pocket. The employees and manager didn’t even care they made a mistake that cost me money.
