Is a great place to grab a shake and a great tea..

I walk in and three of them are sitting there. One is obviously off the clock. I ask about the teas. The guy who actually knows seems very inconvenienced that I asked. Barely answers and doesnt really provide any information. These other people, younger, thinner, come in he jumps up and provides all kinds of information. Meanwhile Im waiting on the new guy to bumble thru my drink. Ever been to a gym where everyone is in shape and youre not. People stare and are openly rude? Well, if you like that feeling, go check this place out.

I had a great peanut butter and brownie protein shake from here today. It was delicious and filling.

Great tasting shakes, protein balls and teas at a reasonable price and served with a smile!

The tea was way to sweet and and was very expensive and unfortunately got thrown away after the first sip

I’ve had their Orange Dreamsicle shake and the Sweetheart energy herbal tea and was impressed with both. Not only is it a good price, but it was perfect for after my workout. They even do deliveries and have a lunch reward card! Come by and support this local business!
