I use the curbside feature here sometimes and on the app it says to check in 10 minutes before. I only live a few minutes away so I usually do it right when I leave. Recently I did it and then went to Starbucks really quick and some random number called me and I didn’t answer. When I got to Whole Foods I checked the voicemail and it was them saying “we are outside but we don’t see your car. Please call us back or we will restock your order.” I was super confused why they would assume I’m in the parking lot when I hadn’t even put I was there with the spot number or anything. We got to the store and I called, spoke to Lisa and she said she would be out and had an attitude. I then waited over 30 minutes, called again and a guy ended up coming out with our order. I was later informed with another order that you shouldn’t check in until you are actually in the parking lot and Amazon is working on getting their app fixed to display that message instead of checking in before you arrive. So if you have gone through the same thing just check in when you get there so nobody’s calling you if you are still not there but nearby.

I eat plant based and they have a wide variety of what I eat. But at this whole foods their bakery has decided they aren’t going to make the vegan cookies, donuts, croissants or anything. Every time I ask I’m met with attitude by a girl in the bakery and they state they stopped making them a long time ago. But all the other whole foods make them and it’s on the whole foods app and website still. I just don’t understand why they continued to make all the bakery items except the vegan ones. They give no explanation and say they will continue to not make them.

I like Whole Foods for the variety of different items, their salad bar, bakery and such. I enjoy the wholesome variety of foods. I love their plants and herbs too. Also if you only eat organic, having a Whole Foods near us is a huge help. Their prices arent that bad. They always get veggies in bulk for us to juice and have been very reliable with this.

Five stars for what we care and often hard to find elsewhere in, food choices. Few ingredients, low salt, yes organic, plain SILK soy yogurt, dry lentils to cook and more. We look forward to discovering new items. Four stars for prices. Wish everyone could afford to go to WFM. Wish the local store had more vegan options.

I have been a loyal customer of this store since I moved to the area three years ago and for the most part it’s great. Lately though I’ve noticed a disturbing trend that expired items are being placed on the shelves. I recently purchased some yogurt that expired more than three weeks ago, and a while back I purchased some expensive face cream that ended up being expired. When I took the cream back, the woman at customer service basically implied that I was a liar and had not actually made the purchase and tried to deny me a refund. Ultimately they looked it up using my credit card and refunded me, but it seems as though a product that had been expired for several months should not have been on the shelves to begin with, especially at that price point. I am reaching the point where I am going to find somewhere else to shop.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the Thanksgiving pre-orders/meals. I placed a large order and was subsequently told one item didn’t come in. This was fine because they offered a substitute item. However when I went to pick up my food, the substitute item was not included. I was told I would get a refund for it instead. The refund was never processed. I have followed up with Whole Foods more than a few times and they have blamed “corporate” for the lack of refund. I have spoken to them in the store as well. It has been 3 months and no refund has been received for the item. Do not use Whole Foods for your catering/holiday needs or you could be charged for items you never received.

About two weeks ago I was checking out and mentioned to the cashier that I was on my way to the hospital to be with my dad who had suffered a heart attack, the cashier Heather, was incredibly kind. When I was at Whole Foods last week shopping i happened to end up at her register again and even with a mask on, she remembered me and took the time to ask how my father was doing and wished him the best. It meant a lot to me that she remembered and took the time to ask about him. She has checked me out numerous times and has always been a great cashier and that further cemented the reasons why I continue to shop at this Whole Foods; wonderful product selections and awesome employees.

Being grown up in a country where I had plenty options available for vegan compared to non-vegetarian, I never dreamt of having vegan varieties available in this country but I am finding it right here which makes me believe in faith. I tried few desserts so far and they were undoubtedly delicious so definitely I’m gonna try each available options and I’m sure I won’t regret it.

The Whole Foods in Overland Park has great organic produce selection. Nice convenient layout and helpful staff. Good selection of vegan items prepared in the store including tasty burritos and wraps. Olathe is my other favorite Whole Foods location; Kansas City is more convenient; However, why not smile and go the extra mile. Whats green about shopping local, then contributing a quarter of the food to the compost pile. Precut, white pineapple and green cantaloupe does not ripen in the container. Whole Foods in Overland produce people are nearly on par with the little Italian grocers back in Milwaukee. To make my list, love must go into every bite. Just remember to bring your paycheck.

Just cant say enough about Whole Foods on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis, MN. Although not really pleased with the Amazon presence, it is the continuity of the staff that makes this a welcoming experience. Yes, there are pricey items...BUT...I am a retiree on low income. I shop there regularly for items, especially, in produce, bakery and cheese sections. At our age, good nutrition is vital. And a nod of acknowledgement from staff who see me all the time is the best! I brought a friend there on Saturday 2/29 to share a meal with me. Quite honestly - it was hideous! Not only was there a limited selectionthis time - white turkey, white chicken with a white sauce, white potato dish, white rice dish, white pasta salad - but the food smelled and tasted horrible. Not sure if the regular chef was away, or if this is the norm for them now, but as a long-time customer to this branch, I am disappointed. The side dishes that I took home with me, also were terrible. All of the above had a strange, artificial aftertaste.

This store is dangerous. It makes me want to spend my entire paycheck in one shopping trip. So many healthy foods to choose from and lots of obscure items you wouldnt find anywhere else. They have a lot of items that cater to eating plant-based, which I appreciate. The hot bar always looks so appetizing and the menu changes each day. The sitting area is cozy and perfect for a mid shopping lunch break. If you are on a budget, Id recommend being choosy about what you buy here. If it is something you can get from another store for 2-3 dollars cheaper, then do it.

Pricey, but you’ll find those things you need to make that recipe you really need want to try. Clean, smells terrific, clerks helpful. If you hear a hissing noise it means the produce you’re politely squeezing is about to get misted; step back. The other store located on Metcalf Ave was recently closed. That store had an excellent kitchen staff.I was hoping to see those people relocated to this store. It appears that this did not happen. We stopped about 10 a.m. When I tried to put together a breakfast it did not work out too well. The scrambled eggs were all but gone on the buffet. A person brought out another container. Those eggs had been sitting so long that they were almost inedible rubber. There was a container of biscuits. Something did not look right with them. I broke one open it was completely raw inside and had not risen. When I pointed this out to an employee, they offered to put it it a microwave, which I declined. This store has never had a very good food service. It did not get any better. If anything, worse.
