I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I love nestle cookies and was excited to try one from this store location. You can just ask when the cookies were baked instead is ordering and then being unhappy it was baked many hours before. My cookies was good, it was a little expensive for a small cookie but not crazy.

Ive tried to get service her twice in the past few weeks.The first attempt; the employees were in back and never came out to help me purchase some cookies. I even clearly saw them on their phones and they ignored.The second attempt was yesterday 03-19, I waited inline with another group behind me. No one came over to say anything to us, despite looking over and seeing us waiting. Instead they focused on the Häagen-Dazs side only and never once apologized for making us wait.Both my family and the group behind me left, and ended up making purchases around the corner at Topsys.Clearly the employees working do not care about customer service or the fact that they are losing money. I would highly advise management to hire new more polite and professional employees, otherwise this store will become another closed location at the mall.

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday....the kid who took my order was incompetent. When I went to pick up the cake - it was completely the wrong type of cake. They took no responsibility for their mistake and even expected me to tip the cake decorator. My kids love cookie cakes, but we need to find a new bakery.

I was so excited to see Oak Park had a nestle location. My 6 year old was dying for a cookie as we were walking around this past week. The lady working was friendly enough but as Im sitting there looking at the case there were flies inside the case that held small cupcakes. I told the girl and she took out the tray and took out the one she saw it on and threw it away and then put them back in!!! We got a cookie and a large iced tea- first drink of the tea and there was no doubt it was old! Told the lady she did replace our drink with a coke but did not show any intention of replacing the tea nor did she apologize. Then once we sat down at the cookie- it was hard as your head- stale and could tell the icing had been sitting for too long. For nearly 8 bucks- save your money and DO NOT go here. The other cookie location inside the mall- they were making fresh cookies when we walked by and were so friendly. Much better location if your looking for a cookie.

Sold me a cup of half cooked cookies and they wanted to claim they were fresh very disappointed.

The last time I was here the employees were really great! One girl with the tie dye scrunchie and the crystals was very helped me and was really sweet and quick! The cookies were really good!

Horrible! Just left there! Today is my birthday and the 2 girls working there just stood there looking dumbfounded! This experience ruined my treat opportunity! Epic failure! How do you not know the difference between icing and frosting?! I wanted a sugar cookie with frosting on it! First off, they helped the pushy, annoying lady behind me with kids and acted like I wasnt standing there! I repeated myself 4 times before I finally shook my head and walked away. Dont help someone behind me and then say well there is iced cookies right there! If I wanted an iced cookie...I would have ordered that! #nobirthdaycookiefromhere

Great selection of treats, and amazingly courteous staff. Always something to be found to fill that void in your soul.

We love how artistic the team of cookie decorators are at Nestle Toll House in Oak Park Mall. I sent them a picture of Pusheen who my daughter adores and they wer e able to make a cookie cake with his image on it. It made her day. The cookie cake is always moist and freshly baked. Love their customer service and variety of treats they offer. Pay them a visit, you will not regret it.

Honestly so disappointed. All the cookies I got tasted like they were from a day or two before, they were really crunchy and overall stale... One of the cookies I got said it was a cookie with frosting; but it had icing on it, which looked like it was just thrown in there and the layer was thicker than the cookie!. And someone that was with me ordered a $7 small milkshake right after me... She charged it to my card, not his.

I have gotten food poisoning TWICE from here. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I will never eat cookies from here again!

I will at least give them three stars due to the fact Ive never had a problem with Nestle Toll House until this past weekend. I went and purchased 15 Lil Bit of Trouble cookies. my total came up to 32.63. I put my card in and did the process to pay for the cookie. on the card reader it read that my card was approved. so the guy that was ringing me up said there was an error, would I mind swiping my card again. so we did it again same thing happen error on his end. so he said well lets go over to this other register, in the mean time I checked bank app to see if the money was taking out and it was. so I let the guy know I wasnt comfortable swiping my card again because my app telling me it was taking out and NOT PENDING A CHARGE. so he called over another guy im assuming that was in charge that day. supposedly he did something on his end to see if it charged me but on the machine that I didnt swipe my card on. Granted it was Back Friday so it was busy but I felt like they didnt care what was going on. so he told me that it didnt go through and that my money would be back on my card in the morning. so I asked so what if its not back in the morning, I was then told to go to my bank to get a print out showing that nothing was pending and then I would be taking care of. so at this point the guy walked away and I left without my cookies and my money taking. let me remind you I live 30 minutes away from this place. came the next day and of course the guy I spoke to the day before wasnt there. so I spoke with a different manager, she told me at first sorry there wasnt anything she could do and that they didnt charge me. first how did she know this when she wasnt there yesterday and Im pretty sure she didnt check to see that morning if any transactions went through. at this point I was fed up with this whole situation. so then she tells me that it would take two to three business days for me to get my money back. I then told her I wasnt leaving without either my money back or my cookies and that she needed to figure it. No customer service no empathy or sympathy which ever word you would like to insert. was getting smart with me. Also I stated to here after my cookies were boxed the day before that they put the cookies back on the shelfs he tried to argue and say well if they werent in your hands then its okay to put back on the shelf. YEAH NOT SANITARY AT ALL. But at the end I received my cookies after a second day of inconvenience. Reminder that I go to this place every week to get the same amount of cookies so I should be valued a little bit more than I was. When I walked away with my things I heard the manager tell the other workers that we need to get this card readers upgraded they are always messing up. so you knew from the beginning that this couldve been an error on their end. Also to add to this my money never was return. now what if I had let this just blow off until the middle of the week. what have my service ever again.
