It was my first time to a style encore. I was wanting to see if they would be interested in any of my items. I was pretty excited to check out their store. My excitement was shot down quick when I walked into the store and no one was up front to greet me. I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes before I had to look for someone to help me. I know it was 10 minutes because I watched the clock. After being signed in and told my wait time I wandered through the store to see what kinda items they took and if there was anything I was interested in. When I got my text my items were processed the gal that cashed me out could not have seemed anymore unenthused to cash me out. Pushed the bin with the items they wanted and said here’s what we can offer you. Is that okay. I said that’s fine. I took it upon myself to count how many items they took. And then had to ask what was wrong with my items they passed on. She said they are all spring summer and we aren’t looking for that. We need boots and winter items. I wasn’t upset about the items they couldn’t take nor the quote I accepted. I was upset with the poor customer service and lack of pride they had in explaining the process and asking if I had questions and explaining what they passed on. Unfortunately for them, I won’t be returning to this location

I LOVE Style Encore! There are so many great clothes and accessories at awesome prices. The staff is amazing! Go into the store or attend one of their “lives” on FB or Instagram throughout the week. I spend my Sunday evenings buying clothes and accessories from my couch and have fun interacting with Kelly and Diana and all the other shoppers who join. Claudia, the owner, has done a fantastic job with the store and her team!

I never write reviews on here but I felt that I need to inform others about this store. If you are looking to sell clothes, but not buy any from them, they won’t even look through the items you are trying to sell. I find this to be discriminatory and poor business practice.

I was very impressed when I visited the store today. I was greeted by friendly staff and was helped by workers who genuinely seemed interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Not to mention I found some great items for a great price! Its a very clean and happy place to shop. I will definitely be returning!

A friend and I visited Style Encore for the first time today and we were greeted with a friendly welcome as we walked in the door. I quickly found a pair of pink jeans that I couldn’t live without and Kelly helped me find the perfect top to go with them. The store is bright and nicely organized into different sections...dresses, sweaters, jackets, jeans, exercise clothes to name a few. A great selection of clothes, shoes, purses and jewelry to choose from. You’d never no that it is a resale shop. All of their items look brand new. All of the employees, including the owner Claudia are very nice and eager to assist you. I highly recommend checking the store out.

Just recently found this gem of a resale store. The staff is extremely welcoming and the store is bright and clean. Prices are typical for resale and you can find some wonderful pieces in this great store. It almost seems like you are shopping in a regular retail store. Go check the store out if you havent been. You will not be disappointed.

Cant say enough good things about Style Encore! The ladies working there are so helpful and attentive, and the store is always super neat and organized. Whether youre coming in to sell items or just to shop, I guarantee youll have a great experience and find something you love!!!

I loved this place! Great place to find professional clothing for young adults to seasoned women. I found some great pumps for my new job here for less than $20.00! Lovely selection of womens shoes! I will definitely be returning for all my professional clothing needs!

Unfortunately I ran into a frustrating situation at Style Encore today. I have patronized this store since the first day they opened. I really enjoy their selection of jewelry, because I can find good deals on my favorite jewelry brands such as Brighton and Kendra Scott. I wanted to stop in and see if they had bought more Brighton jewelry pieces. I found a brand new Lilly Pulitzer necklace for $8 that I liked instead.When I was first approached when I walked into the store, the store manager made a comment to one of her associates and then made a statement to me about me bringing my purse and how they can help me fill it up. I was carrying the necklace around that I had found while looking at clothing. The manager pointed out that she liked the necklace I picked out and then asked if she could hold it up front for me. Everywhere I went it seemed like she was following me around the store.I am a manager at a retail store and I know what the store manager was thinking. I was carrying around a large tote bag today, but the thing that got me is, Ive carried a Louis Vuitton tote bag of the same size to their store and never been followed around or asked to hold my items up front. Theres been other situations thats happened at this store thats been very minor, such as them treating my mother in law very unfairly during a grand opening giveaway they were doing, and also when I brought a basket of clothes to their store, I overheard one of their managers tell another associate that my clothes were for old people. But those things are minor compared to being treated like I was a potential thief!

If you like Mean Girls, this is the place for you. Or if you want to feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, definitely go here. The staff snickers behind your back and makes comments to one another that you’re not supposed to hear but you do. They claim high end business wear for women, but it’s no more high end then Plato’s Closet. Skip.

They gave me good money for the items I was selling and I was able to find some great workout tanks at a great price as well. They are picky about what they buy but that just makes shopping there even better. There were lots of things with tags that have never been worn, and the fitting rooms were clean, which I truly appreciate!

Great store to buy and sell Designer Bags, Clothing by Designers, Shoes, accessories. I have made nearly $200, in just a few months, just selling clothes hanging in my closet. Great way to make extra $ for Christmas!! 🎄

Every time I go into this store I am lowballed and see my clothes on the rack for ten times the price. Today, they didn’t even look at any of my clothes and only bought 4 pieces of jewelry and were so snotty and nobody even acknowledged I was there. Very unfortunate.

Was excited to find a new consignment store, walked up read the signs, no sign requiring mask. I walk in and say hello and she says they are requiring masks. I would think they could use all the business they could get..Ill spend my money elsewhere.

I love second hand shopping and wanted to try out this place. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It literally smelled like a thrift store/smoking lounge. (Which I like thrifting too!! But I dont think thats what they are going for.) Half the store was clearance and the prices werent great. The selection was dismal. I didnt see anything current or trending. I did see some fake UGGs for $60 though. The staff is much older, and honestly Im not sure they have a clue what is in style. They werent particularly friendly either. The only reason for two stars, is it was organized. But that wasnt enough for me to give it a second chance. Hard pass.
