Took my truck in to get it detailed and the truck looked great. However as I left the facility after picking up my truck in the evening I found my turn signal lever hanging by the wires. No employees notified me my truck was damaged while it was detailed. Had to have my wife follow me home to signal my turns.Edit #1: talked to manager and we were able to get the signal working again but not repaired. He vowed to make it right and is working to get my truck into a garage to have the part repaired. Christ was excellent and was upset I didnt have a good experience. Will update rating further pending repairs being completed.Edit #2: Chris from the pro wash was able to coordinate getting me into Class Automotive across the street from the car wash. Paul at Class Automotive was fantastic and a great local shop. Chris covered costs of repairs and it didnt cost me a dime besides fuel to get there. 10/10 would take my truck back to Rt 6 Pro Wash and Class Automotive again for repeat service.

Not to bash on everyone but you pay what you get I heard great things about this wash but to me I never used them it sounds like they are more of a quick hand wash detail place if you want a true good car wash go to a a actual Detailer that takes there time again not bashing this place they probably do a good job but it seems they do a lot of cars in one day and might miss something at times also I feel this is the kind of place you take your car once in a while and all the other times you just go to a auto wash

Worst ever car wash today. No wiping of front of the dashboard. No vac of cup holders in front area. No wheel wash. No wiping down of the door frame area. Very poor vac of interior floors. Running board still have mud/dirt. Will never go back . Save your money. There is another car wash in town that has been so much better, but they were too busy today for me to wait .

Paid $18 for a wash. Entire waste of money. The truck still had dirty spots all over it. They said they were going to wash the windows inside and out, the windshield was filthy. Staff was very friendly but the quality of the wash was exceptionally poor!

Paid $45 for the express polish and wash. Wax job was good, but there were still bugs all over the front of the car after being washed. I pointed out all of the problems to the kids working there and got the worst attitude for pointing out politely the horrible job they did. The guy running the place was attentive and friendly, but the girl doing final touches in the front was terrible. Touch ups are understandable, but her attitude was the sole reason I will never return there.

Worst experience and detailing ever. My 12 year old son could do a better job. The employees should take a class on how to vacuum a vehicle. Missed a bunch of hair and didnt clean between the front seats. I will never go back!

I wanted an exterior wash & tire shine, when they were finished there was dirt in various spots all over the vehicle and small scratches on my hood from a scouring pad the guy used to remove bugs the wash guy missed. I wouldnt recommend this wash. Ill go down the street from now on.

I cannot caution you enough not to come to Route 6 Pro Wash. The way management treats their employees is absolutely unacceptable and deplorable. The quality of the work is also garbage and leaves cars looking dirtier than they were when they originally came in. Go down the street to Dolphin Car Wash if you really want a clean car.

Long time customer, great work great service

Waited 45 mins to get my truck washed and it looked better before I came there. Pathetic. Waste of $18. I won’t be back again. They didn’t touch the rocker panels, wheel wells, or frame of my truck at all they had the same amount of mud/dust on them that I had when I got there.

Damaged my car when they detailed it. Tried to deny it. Will never go back.

Theyre fairly quick but not very efficient. My last express wash and wax left me disappointed. Still had bugs on the front end and they got waxed over. Also got wax all over my black plastic trim and never got cleaned off.

Had bug spattered on front of vehicle. Dashboard and gauges still covered in dust and leather arm rest on doors not touched carpet had grass on carpet when I came in and was there when I left. Staff was very friendly but not worth $23.00 would rather pay more and have better job. Will try one more time.
