The manager is amazing! Every time I come in there is a line and I get nervous about how long I’m going to be stuck in there, yet the lady manages to keep the line going and helping multiple people at once. It’s hard to find people in this generation with that kind of work ethic!
This place is a stalled joke. Good to find people that want to work - but not realy. The senior guy is so slow and wont try to pass prelabeled packages instead just stands there trying to get a credit card through. Looks like over 10minutes to serve 2 customer. Either ship elsewhere or use the Advance Auto UPS drop off at the other corner.
This facility use to be quite efficient but not so anymore. Last time the employee needed substantial support to complete a faxing assignment. I considered it was perhaps a training period so I was not too concerned. Today again I was to fax insurance documents. Waited in line 20 minutes. She faxes the documents and asks me to step aside while the faxing is taking place. She waits on another customer and I wait and wait. Then she hands me the documents and tells me to wait in another line to pay. I asked if she faxed both sides of the documents and she says no. So now I have been in two lines and waited 30 minutes, the line is out the door and nobody is free to re-fax my documents in a comprehensible manner. What if I hadnt asked about both sides? Are you kidding me?
I came into this store and I loved how clean and friendly theyre are. They lady was so sweet and amazing and answered all of my questions. I will differently come back!
The owner and staff were wonderful. They packaged my sons tv and personal belonging after his death and took care of all shipping arrangements. The owner is also a 25 year Army Veteran. God Bless him and his staff.
When I came into this store there was a huge line to the door. The employees working were very efficient but also helpful. They kept it moving, I managed to be in and out in less then 5 minutes.
Dont go here, thats all I have to say, this store will give you a hassle. Mainly because the owner wants enforce strict policies and the employees are uneducated.
I got the worst service ever! I work in a logistics company and every week mail paperwork to our customers. Usually i go to the location near my house, but today was closer this one. It took 5 min for the lady to pull out my account . She called someone to ask how to do the mailing (which im ok with because she may be new and doesnt know some stuff),but then she asked proof from company, and my id for security reasons...they have all the info in the account and i mail EVERY WEEK the paperwork...why they are asking all this stuff????It felt like i was doing taxes for company..I left without sending anything because i didnt trust her..
I love coming to this location. Im not that familiar with the whole shipping process,but the employees there make it so easy.

They are cheap.. I took an amazon return to this store the top of the box was open they wanted to change me $1.50 for a 12 piece of tape or gave me an option to purchase a roll for $3.Heck wasnt my 1st time returning or packing anything but this is another levelof cheapness
Walter, the owner of this UPS store is beyond rude! I won’t ever come here again. Their service is beyond a disgrace.Do not come here or if you want to be treated like a human and a decent person don’t come to the store you will get treated like you are a peasant. I am shocked that they even get service from anyone with the attitude this owner has I can imagine if he treated me like total garbage he is doing this to others and teaching employees how to conduct themselves in such manner.A little bit of insight if you cannot have great customer service then you should not own a business whether it’s a franchise or not you shouldn’t be running a business with that attitude! This will be going to corporate as a complaint.
Not good service. Every time Ive gone there, only 1 lady working. They need to have more than 1 person because gets busy. Last time I was there I needed them to box an item for me and ship it! It wasnt cheap. And instead of doing it in front of me, she chose to help others that were waiting in line instead of finishing with me!! So I didnt get to see my item offmaking sure it was packaged well will label on and ready to go! Instead I left there with unfinished business that I paid good money for!Thats their job. One customer at a time. Nope!It was upsetting.

Was in to get some documents notarized and dealt with the owner. Very kind and patient gentleman who took his time and explained everything to us. He also served our country. We are blessed to have this. Haines in our area
Horrible Customer service at this store. I received a notification that my packages were ready to be picked up. I came to the store to pick it up, and the packages were where to be found. Walter the owner was extremely disrespectful. He should not be running a business because he lacks in customer service as well as common sense. Darlene isn’t to far behind because instead of intervening she said she couldn’t help me right now. The doors of this business will soon be closing. The soulless never flourish.
Made a notary appointment for 930am. Had to wait several minutes for the woman to get off her cellphone on a personal call to be greeted only to be told the notary wouldn’t be in until 11:00. Came back at 1230 and waited in line for 10 minutes to be told the notary was running late and she had no idea when they would be in. This location always has a very long wait, the elderly woman in front of me could hardly stand anymore and was desperately asking for a chair.
This guy was awesome! Came in with a pile of equipment I needed to ship out to employees and the guy there was extremely helpful. I had nothing preprinted because most items were to big for the online shipping options. He found boxes, and accommodated everything that was needed to ship right there on the spot. It took probably a good 45 min to get it all done. Great attitude, and highly recommended!

Insanely long lines. Practically filled up the entire store. I stood outside because I wasn’t comfortable with so many people inside. Stood for 15 minutes and the line didn’t budge at all... even with two people at the desk. I ended up leaving because I couldn’t be in line any longer with no progress. Not worth the wait!
I spent about 10 minutes or so waiting in line with my return. When I reach the desk the worker very rudely did not want to help me because my label was not printed and I needed to purchase a box or envelope to put my return in. I explained that I do not own a printer and the return instructions clearly state that they can assist with printing at the location. He then rudely goes to mumble that I can go over there to print for $2.10 per page. I have made several returns at ups and they have been happy to print my label for me in the past. I declined and left the crowded store. As I am leaving he is obviously upset because the envelope I had in my hand I set it down at his desk . He says I could have put it back. There is no way that this man should be working in customer service with that kind of attitude. The store was very crowded and he was working alone. I get it, I have worked in a busy environment before but it is not the customers fault you are overwhelmed. A little kindness and courteousness goes a long way. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on if this is the kind of service I receive from a location that has posted all over there store that they proudly support and serve small businesses. I do know know this mans name but he worked on 5/19 at 1:00pm ish . If the owner wants to know.
I would give this place 0 stars. After trying to support a black owned store, this place stole my Adore return box after offering to assist me. I was supposed to go to USPS. The woman offered to tape it for me, instructed me to take a picture of the label and now 3 weeks later my merchandise NEVER made it to USPS. This is a shame too when trust someone. Their computers were down this day and I left my package in her care. Woman, from one black woman to another, SHAME ON YOU.
Walter the owner is rude. Definitely needs to improve his customer service skills. Reality check buddy you have a job because we go to you. I have to go often due to my job. And often times dismissed it as maybe he’s having a bad day. At this point I rather drive further than deal with him. He’s rude, thinks he can talk down on customers! As someone else stated just because you can buy a franchise doesn’t mean you should!
Shipped package a few weeks ago from this store. Received great service! The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially, Bianca. I highly recommend using this store for all your shipping needs.
Helpful and courteous. They even showed me how to adjust the Amazon Return on my phone, so you don’t have to print the label! That is Customer Service.
The person at the desk was EXTREMELY RUDE I will never use this location again. I will now go out of my way to go to another location rather than give this business any money! Save your self a day of aggravation and find another location to ship from.
Stood in line for 20 minutes. Very few customers in front of me. Clerk clearly sees I don’t have a box. She could have asked if I needed a Notary. Nope. Instead she waits for me to finally get the the counter and she informs me the Notary won’t be in until 12 or 1. Very flippant! So no more of my business. Just pathetic customer service.

Not going to lie, but when I pulled up I thought they were closed down. Ill attach a picture to show why. Other then that, its always a great experience coming here to drop off my packages. Not only are they fast but they are efficient. Have never had a problem dropping off with them, and always seems to be 2 people working so you never have to wait long. Ill continue to use them as my UPS store as long as they are there.
I am from out of town and was in the area visiting friends. I didnt want to pay $75 at the airport for extra luggage so I decided to ship my items instead, turned out to be cheaper less than $40. The employee was very friendly and packaged my things carefully so they wouldnt arrive damaged. I was very satisfied once my package came in. would definitely recommend this store to locals.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The man that was in the store this morning at 11:22am on 7/5/19 to be exact. Was so rude to us, he yelled at me and my husband like we were children. Because this was our first time getting notary for some papers, we did not know about filling out in front of the notary. I explained to him this was our first time and that we didn’t know and he continued to yell at us like we were children. We were just told to fill out everything and get it signed from where our papers are from. After he yelled at us, my husband told him that’s fine we’ll go somewhere else. The employee then threw our IDs at us. I told the employee that he didn’t have to be rude and he went on about it being our fault. Again, we did not know as this was our first time. A more appropriate response from this man would have been to explain to us what we should do for next time. He didn’t have to yell at us and be rude, I will never come back to this location again because of this horrible experience. I hope management will take this into consideration to train the employees on how to properly treat customers who might be unaware of the notary process. It wasn’t right of this man to cause us the embarrassment he did.

Needed to overnight a tablet and for it to be packaged and shipped immediately. The store packaged it extremely well and got it out and delivered by the morning - great service and no problems. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely by far the worst location ever! They lost my package which I paid extra to ship, after filing a claim, I called several times for updates, the employees claim they left the owner messages to return my call (he never did). Once I got a hold of him he said, give me 10 minutes, call me back, I called back only for him to tell me that it is not a good time for me right now and he couldnt help me. Mind you, this issue has been ongoing since the beginning of July! I grew frustrated with him so I called the 800 number to see if someone in customer service would help. Guess what was taking so long to investigate? It turns out, they submitted a request to the store which they NEVER responded to, hence, the investigation never took place. The investigation wasnt closed because it was never investigated in the first place! All because this UPS owner cant do his job! If you EVER have an issue, I sure hope it isnt with this store because the owner will make you feel like youre wasting his time and hes too busy for you. STAY AWAY!

The best UPS/ shipping experience I’ve ever had! I had to send books back and the company was being uncooperative but the owner was so kind and the staff did everything they could to help me out. I will be coming back in the future for any shipping needs!
Because I cant give less stars. The experience was terrible. Makes you wish Office Max was still accepting packages for UPS. The help there seems to have total disdain for the customers. Last time I was there I was 4th in line and the first thought in my mind was well, there goes an hour. Not helpful, not pleasant at all. A classic example of just because you CAN buy a franchise, doesnt mean that you should.

Went in for a notary and the service was more than exceptional. Although it was a lot of paperwork, Walter and the other employees were so helpful and kind. Will definitely be back for other services in the future!

Got forced into buying an envelope that they said they didnt have but ended up having after I packaged up the document that I needed to send.
I needed to print ONE sheet of paper, ONE document and upon entering the store, I asked, can I email a document to you and can please print it for us? The clerk, directed me to the computer saying, you can log into your email and print it out that way. I neglected to ask, if there was a charge for using the computer! Bad move! We printed ONE black and white flyer and it cost over FOUR DOLLARS! Ripoff! #UPS is too expensive. Im never, ever, using your service again! I always use #FedEx and Ive paid less than $1.00 for printing a page-FedEx has a customer for life-me! Theyre friendly and helpful there.

My experience was horrible. They demaged my packege, delivered to the wrong place and we asked for signature that we paid for, but they did not asked at the receiver for. Owner, his name is Walter, was lying durring all the claim proccess until the claim period of 60 days passed. We had to do the repair of demaged item, and NONE of the UPS representative assumed responsability to do something in this situation. Never EVER using UPS SERVICE.

Won’t ever use this store again! The OWNER was insisting that I pay money to use their computer to print off a return label. Numerous other UPS Stores have been able to scan the return label from my phone and print off a copy for me but apparently this store feels it necessary to find ridiculous reasons to cost customers more money. Sounds like a scam to me.
I use this store to drop off my amazon sales, they dont care about packages even if it contains a fragile items and labeled with that. unorganized dont even respect old people, you also have to wait for long time.Last time sent with them a package it was lost and when I visited them asking about it, the said you didnt buy postage from here, you only dropped it off.

The African American girl had no clue how to send my package Normal mail. Second time shes almost charged me wrong. Straight up said she didnt know what I was talking about. Dont know how to send normal mail? I go to the location in Aurora, went to this one because I needed to run errands in the area. Guess Ill just stick to Aurora. Shes also not very friendly either. After I explained what I want looked at me and said so, what? She needs a little training.
This place gets busy! I walked in trying to ship some boxes for work and there was a line of customers. the gentleman, Walter was very patient & helpful and kept it together although there was rude customers.
Put in a print order. A week went by with no contact and my calls went unreturned. The other close by UPS store printed that order in under an hour. I drive further to go to better, more professional UPS stores.
Horrible customer service, I went in to ship a box to amazon and ship one to my sister and the owner put the wrong labels on. What was supposed to go to my sister he shipped to amazon and the box is lost and he is not doing anything to try and find it. He is very rude, I do not recommend you go to this store.
Stay away! I went there to ship an important time sensitive to a client. I am a photographer and needed to ship a fathers day picture / frame to a client. I shipped it on Tuesday UPS. I paid almost 40.00 so that they would package and ship it. $40.00!!! The guy assured me that it is worth the cost because they will take extra care. WELL, a couple days later my client called me because she received a anchor kit! They packaged the wrong item and shipped it to my client. UPS said the will track down the frame and eventually did saying they will deliver it but couldnt until after fathers day. WHAT A JOKE. I had to get a new print and frame on RUSH delivery inorder to ensure my client gets her gift in time for fathers day. UPS staff said they couldnt give me any refund except partial refund for the delivery on the first pkg. 12.00. Thanks a lot. I am out over 100.00 because your staff couldnt ship the right item. I will go higher and higher until I am compensated for your incompetence.

The gentleman greeted me as soon as I entered. He noticed I had a big package and directed me to sit it on the scale. He finished his current customer and then he assisted me.
Terrible service. I went in to ship my bf, who is away at college, food. I told the girl there was food in the box that could fall open if not handled carefully, and that i would pay extra for fragile shipping. She said it was unnecessary and it would be fine. Go figure, when my bf gets the box 4 days later he cant eat any of it because it had exploded inside the box and made everything rotten. Thanks to the girl who was to worried about going back to mess around with her coworkers instead of helping me out. Youve lost my business forever.
Fantastic. Easy in and out if you know what you are doing. I ship multiple packages each week through this store. Sure, sometimes there is a small line but otherwise these folks know what they are doing and Ive never had an issue with any package Ive shipped out from the Oswego, Il store.
I have many packages going in and out of this location all the time. Walter and his staff do an excellent job taking care of customers and I have prompt service every time Im there!

This Place is a joke and ZACK the manager has no business having that title. He tried over charging me by $73 on standard UPS ground shipping and ANOTHER $30 for a 2x2 box and $36 for packing peanuts?!?!? When I asked him to explain the costs and why it was so expensive, he began to raise his voice and exclaim Thats the price !! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND ZACK SHOULD BE FIRED.STAY AWAY STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPS has the worst customer service in the whole world. its 100 times worse than the post office. The manager was the biggest flake you could ever imagine. Horrible with people and had no idea what was going on. DO NOT EVER SHIP ANYTHING FROM HERE!!! Trust me its the biggest waste of time and you have to drive to ADDISON to pick up a delivery!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Very disappointed I have been using this facility for 5 years. Recently, customer service has gone down hill, employees need training in how to talk to a customer not at a customer.
