Yo get a better truck driver, service was good with dropping it off but I was sitting in the parking lot when I noticed the FedEx truck coming to pick up the packages and saw the truck driver, some middle aged white guy just chuck the packages into the back, forcefully throwing it in, couldve been glass or something really important to someone and it wouldve brleen broken

Worst customer service EVER! Refused my box because it was too full. Tried to make me pay for a larger box. I took it to another FedEx, and they accepted it without hesitation.

I send some stuff to india..now its 9 days not delivered.no one is taking responsibility..worst experience in fedex

Gal printed 3 of my 4 items incorrectly, 2 of them twice. For the 4 items, it took about 30 minutes. Terrible service.
