Probably the best shopping experience Ive had here at Mattress Express. Eric helped us find the mattress that fit both of our needs, listened to all of our concerns and showed us all options before asking us if we were buying today. We werent going to, but we knew it was the right decision. Not once did we feel pushed or rush into a certain mattress or upsell. Happy with this location and the staff we saw for our visit. Would recommend visiting this location before you make a decision.

Excellent experience at Mattress Express Oswego today. Representative Eric helped with the purchase of a queen split foundation and was very nice and knowledgeable! Priceless that I could actually walk into a store and the store having the item I was looking for in stock! IN the store! Will definitely be making future bedding purchases from this store. Oh, I should mention - the foundation was reasonably priced.

Love this place great customer service and delivery door to door

We needed a new.mattress and shopped wisely and took our time with decisions. We never felt rushed or pushed into a choice. We would go back again to this store And our sales person, Eric, was very real and honest. After we left the store, he called us on the way home and told us an earlier delivery date just opened up for us. We appreciated his attention to that detail.

We worked with Catrina, and she was very helpful! She did as much as she could to get us the best deal and wasnt the least bit pushy. Very good.

This is a tough review. I want this new store to succeed. My one star rating is for the product not the sales staff or store. We bought a queen sleep number bed and it took three weeks for it to arrive. Total cost was around $6,500. Sheets for the flex head mattress are quite pricey as well. After a month of using this bed it is by far the worst investment ever. My back has never been more sore. It is about 3:30am and I am on my couch again trying to straighten my aching back out that has never been worse. Save your money and spend half of what we did on a good mattress. This bee is a joke. Again, sales people and store were fine. We were shown all the options....flat mattresses to this hunk of junk.

The absolutely worst business I have dealt with. Waited almost a month for my order and got nothing about the run around about when they would deliver my order. Then they get here and have box springs and no mattresses. They need to go the store to get them and get a phone call they don’t have them. Um they took our beds away and no you are telling me you don’t have my order. Do NOT give them your business.

My boyfriend and I have been thinking about and desperately needing to) improve our bed situation for a few years. We hadnt done any real mattress shopping yet (aside from the occasional plop onto a mattress thats on display at Macys) and this was our first stop to try and start figuring out what type of mattress would work best for both of us as we have very different preferences. Turns out this was going to be our first and only stop on this endeavor. We werent sure what to expect, but we were met by Anthony as soon as we walked in the door and he helped us through the process. He was informative, pleasant, patient, and made it his first goal to figure out what our individual preferences were. He helped us get comfortable with the process of testing out mattresses in a public space with a stranger standing near-by (which is totally weird at first). He did a great job at picking several mattresses from their inventory that would hopefully satisfy both mine and my boyfriends needs and likings. Overall the store has a wide selection of mattresses by price, mattress type, and levels of firmness. Its a great place to go to get great help in figuring out what is best for you and it might be the only place you have to go to get what youre looking for. We had a really fantastic experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Metro Mattress. The Salesman Carl was very polite and ready to help us with our purchases. He showed us many different types of mattress that would be beneficial for me due to many health issues .He helped me to select the one that would best suit me . I even laid on many before making my selection. We also purchased 2 beds for my children. He helped me with the best financing and had me set up for next day delivery. The delivery men were also very helpful and polite. They set up my new bed and took away all of our old beds. Best service I have ever had.

The thing with good salesmen is they will sell you anything they can for a sale and make it look like they are helping you when they give you a more expensive junk matress for a better price i spent 1700 dollars on a matress last year from here and just bought a used matress off a freind cause i couldnt sleep another night on a matress express bed in a box!!
