This mattress store was legit. The salesman was interested in getting us the best for our money, not making the most off of us. His integrity was apparent immediately. They don’t make commission so he’s not trying to up sell you. He spent time and made sure we understood mattresses and our bodies response to them. Chuck was THE BEST. So happy with purchase, warranty, delivery service and exchange policy!!!!!

The experience was better than expected. Buying a mattress can be intimidating. But Chuck at the Oswego store was recommended and he was great. Walked me through the options and we found a good one. I look forward to delivery!

I walked in store,told salesman what I could afford and mattress had to be durable as warranty from store and manufacturer! The sales man! Sharpen his pencil and work with me. I spent a little more, but got the best bang for my buck, as a senior thats what counts! Sales man gave 411 on eta of mattress and to notify me when mattress was ready to be delivered! Good deal, good salesmanship good results for me and American Mattress!

A great experience with the most honest salesman ever. He listened to what kind of mattress we are sleeping on now and showed us comparable, but more current mattresses. He also took his time to make sure we understood the construction and make up of these mattresses. He was very kind and considerate of what we felt was necessary and did not try to sell us something that we did not need. This was a great experience at a friendly store! I couldnt be happier with the excellent customer service that the Oswego store provided. There was a delay in shipment of the mattress that I ordered. Because they werent able to deliver the one I ordered, they upgraded the mattress at no cost to me. Then the manager drove to the store picked it up and personally delivered it to me. I would highly recommend this store !!!

The sales person was very helpful and didnt try to get us to buy the most expensive mattress instead helped us get what we thought was most comfortable. It was actually an enjoyable buying experience.

We walked in ready to buy, after 5 seconds in the door the sales guy asked us what we were looking for. We said a hybrid, and he began to “instruct” us as to why almost all mattresses are hybrids. It came across as cocky and condescending.We went next door to Mattress firm and were greeted with a warm welcome and great customer service. Outstanding experience at the Oswego store. Chuck helped us pick the perfect mattress for our budget. This guy knew everything and anything about mattresses. Plus he was a bunch of fun to talk to. We never felt pressured and ended up with a fantastic deal on what couldve been an expensive purchase had Chuck not steered us in the right direction. Honest, up front, highly educated on his product and really made the whole experience alot of fun.
