Disappointed with this store. Apparently you must wait the whole 2 hours to pick up an Xbox you already pay for online. I don’t care that it’s policy, Tanya could’ve been more tactful delivering the message. “It’s not first come first serve” if you’re here ready to pick the product up. WEAK.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store. Their selection of men’s clothes isn’t the largest, but I always know I’ll run into very good quality and value. Staff is friendly and willing to help. This store has the added bonus of a Starbucks near the entrance. I love my local Target store! With the Target app, it’s too easy to spend way too much money here! 😅

Drive up pickup is awesome, even more so if you allow the app to track where you are. The Target employee was waiting on me to get to the pickup area! I get what I need without schlepping children in and out and nothing extra.

It was so easy! I went on the app when I left home and said I was on my way. The gal was out to my car with my order seconds after I parked. I had my 1 year old in the car with me and he was sleeping so drive up was amazing! I will definitely use this again and Ive already recommended it to others!

The pick up option is a game changer for sure. I love being able to order myself a quick Target run! Bags have been missing from my order, so now I check them before I drive off.

They advised me right away at the door about a deal to get a $15 gift card when I spend $50 on qualifying items, so I was more than happy to do so.

Been looking for trading cards and sports for over a couple years now havent seen any stocked at this store. I think to be fair you guys should start limiting buys for people like 2 or 3 items per customer. The kids havent seen any pokemon or sports cards in stock there once. Something has to change.

There was such a great grocery selection here since the last time I visited. Target has above average clothes and home goods, plus the staff is helpful and knowledgeable which goes a long way

It is the customer service. My experience picking up my items from an online order was beyond spectacular. The experience was satisfying and only took a few minutes. Other retailers offer the same service of on-line pick up. The Target store in Oshkosh does it the best. It is that kind of customer service that creates loyal repeat customers.

Love the Red Card that allows me to save. I like the way the store is set up. Walking into Target just feels different than it does when you walk into other stores. It may sound crazy, but it just feels brighter, cleaner and very welcoming.

I ordered an item from Target and since Ive had packages stolen from my address before, I used the pick up from store option. However, when FedEx and the Target site both said my package was in Oshkosh, Target didnt accept the package because it said they were closed and now I have to wait even longer to receive something Ive already paid for. I cant even pick it up at the FedEx site because Target has to scan it.

It is rare to find a salesperson who lightens your mood during the holiday season. My cashier at the Oshkosh Target was cheerful and seemed to enjoy listening to customers Christmas stories and recommendations while still staying efficient as she checked people out. She seemed to be genuinely enjoying her job. She was a bright spot in the day.

Horrible attitude from staff on price matching their own website. The staff literally said to go out to car and order for in-store pickup and come back later once they get it off the shelf to get it at the price. Had to call corporate to get them to call the store and tell them to match it.

I asked Brendan a simple question and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was also rude to his coworkers which is horrible to see as a customer service person. Never going here again, this has ruined my experience with Target as a whole.

This is the first time I have ever had to write a one star review for any Target store (and to be fair it was the concession area Im writing about today).My fiance stopped in the store to buy a few things before picking me up from a meeting. When she was there she noticed she was feeling the effects of very low blood sugar and decided to try to quickly buy a bite to eat at the concession counter. She was feeling pretty badly and was near to fainting. While she stood there waiting for someone to attend her, she noticed that there was actually three employees talking less than ten feet away behind the counter and off to the side. She thought that one of them might break from the conversation quickly and so continued to stand there waiting. After glancing at her watch continually for over ten minutes, she finally left in disgust and went straight to Arbys. Thanks for making her go through that, Target employees. Way to go.

This is one of the few true havens in the chaos of Oshkosh. Although the store might not appeal to some, it always has what you need or helps you find a way to get it. It is a bit more expensive, so if you are searching for deals, only look at the sales. Cherish this store. As I traveled abroad I never found any store as helpful or comfortably laid out as Target. Maybe not ideal for the apocalypse, but ideal for everything else.

Great store but some managers don’t understand coupon policies. They hand this misinformation down to clerks which creates problems. Coupons can be used on clearance items unless the coupon states otherwise but I had a manager raising her voice that I can’t use coupons on clearance.

I love Target and all of the great deals! Friendly customer service and love to save more with Cartwheel and my Red Card. Totally great shopping.

Great customer service! Their bathrooms are generally pretty clean and well serviced. Their dressing rooms are clean and spacious. Their carts work well and they have specialty carts!

Very clean, pet friendly, warm pool, hot hot tub, fridge and microwave in room. Week day breakfast has hot and cold items. Good coffee.

I went there today at about 4:40pm to exchange something that was very pricey to begin with only to find out that it was preowned. This visit became rather frustrating because this was my sons big Christmas present and it didnt work. Everyone I had to deal with was acceptable until I had to deal with this guy named Nick. He was very rude and told me he was going to kick me out of the store and I told him good go ahead because I didnt do anything wrong besides express my frustration with what went on. I asked to speak to someone higher up and he told me he was it, sure. I will definitely be calling first thing tomorrow so this rude act can be corrected because I love shopping at Target but after tonight I loathe shopping at Target if they are going to employ people like Nick.

I lost a coupon for a large discount on eye drops. The ladies behind the counter went above and beyond to find the coupon themselves and saved me over $125. Very impressed by how much they went out of their way when they didn’t have to.

They are getting sold out... especially toys. Great choices usually but heavy demand. Might need to go online.

Went to Target several weeks ago. While reaching for my shampoo bottle another bottle fell on the floor and started leaking on the floor. I went several aisles over and a young male clerk was training a female clerk He gave me a look like I was annoying him. I told him about the spill so someone could clean it up and avoid someone falling. The male clerk said he would have someone mop it up. On my way to check out 15 minutes later same male employee was still chatting the the female employee and the shampoo was still spilled on the floor. No one had cleaned it up. Poor customer service.

Well stocked but messy store. I like the fact it is in a smaller strip mall. Ample parking. Coffee shop on site. Restrooms were dirty and not stocked with ample tp or hand drying towels so customer service was notified. Went back 20 min later and still not restocked.
