Communication was lacking. Called 5 minutes AFTER closing to tell me the car was done (after dropping it off 5 hours earlier for tires and an oil change). The overall service was quite good though... way cleaner than I brought it in. Tires are great, inspection was helpful.

The situation was still handled greatly by the team. From Brent who sold me the car, to Lindsey & Shillong, totally made me feel heard and made it clear with warranty about yo expire they would fix whatever was wrong with no cost to me. Brent is getting me a 2nd keyless fob free. On the way to making me a Bergstrom customer for life! Oh yea, and the Maxima is SOOO fun to drive.

A huge thanks goes out to the service team. I was traveling and had issues with my truck called them and they were able to get me in the same day and look at my truck. They found the problem and had the past but did not have enough time that day to get the part in. They supplied me with a loaner car for the day and had my truck done by 9:30 the next day. If you have ever broken down when you were traveling you know only a day delay is huge. Hats off to Lindsay and the mechanic that worked on my truck thanks for getting me up and running and back on the road. When I purchase my next Nissan I will be contacting Bergstrom.

They have a stage 2 charge station if you need it in an emergency ...or perhaps they may allow you to use it if you call ahead ...2 minutes walking distance to the outlet shopping mall. I got there to drop off my vehicle, after calling and talking to a scheduler. She made sure that my ride back home was ready for me when I got there. The ride from Bergstrom to my house was pleasant and we talked almost the whole way. The Mechanics did there part by doing the Oil change and tire rotation. I received my complimentary ride back to Bergstrom and it was again pleasant. I talked through what would happen to my vehicle and what did happen to my vehicle while it was in their care. This included a complimentary car wash which was much appreciated.

I will do business with them from now on. I went online in search of a vehicle and was called 10 mins later. Was asked what I wanted in a vehicle and was blown away. They took care of the behind the scenes while I was at work. I went after work and saw the vehicle that was chosen test drove it and in less then 2 hours I was in my new vehicle on my way home. Called prior to scheduling an appointment about rust on my trunk. Was told to schedule something and that the service team would take pictures and send them in for approval. When we brought the car in they straight out said it wasnt covered because there wasnt enough rust. Now I have to go straight to Nissan. Not exactly what I would call a good customer experience.

It was very busy on the morning I took my Rogue for an oil change. I know it typically takes about 45-1 hour to complete. The woman who was directly behind me when we dropped off our vehicles, noticed that both of our cars had been sitting outside for about 20 minutes and no one had come to get us yet. We waited another 5 minutes and then decided to go and ask if we could get our cars. We had both been there 1.5 hours for an oil change, the attendant was obviously swamped, and this survey reflects the service that I received. I do not blame the young man working. I have brought my Toyota to Bergstrom for oil changes for the last 11 years. This has never happened there. I have high expectations for Bergstrom as I have always had great experience with them. Consider hiring more help, or limit the number of appointments that you take.

I had a terrible experience and ended up walking out without the vehicle I intended to purchase due to the finance person I was dealing with. Not only did he not honor the quote I was given, but he insulted my intelligence when I declined the extended warranty. I have purchased MANY vehicles over the years from Bergstrom Honda and had amazing sales reps as well as a positive experience. This gentleman lost the sale and my future business with Bergstrom Nissan in Oshkosh. I had been a long time patron and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service from him and highly unprofessional! Raphael and Joel were very helpful and nice to work with. It is unfortunate for them that the deal was lost! However, disrespect toward me and dishonesty in the figures I was given will not be tolerated. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. I went to Stevens Point to a different dealership that wasnt affiliated with Bergstrom, saved myself nearly $4000, and got the vehicle I was intending to purchase locally. Hello Van Horn....Good-bye Bergstrom!

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. I had an amazing experience. Rick and Elizabeth bent over backwards to make something work for my family. We have been working hard to get our credit score up due to major medical bills sitting out there, and they were so helpful and put in so much effort in getting us a new vehicle with a decent interest rate, with an affordable monthly payment. There wasnt an ounce of pushiness, none of the salesman stigma. It was legitimately genuine, caring service. I will continue to go here for all future vehicle maintenance and purchases.

I had ordered a new set of tires for my car on their website a week beforehand and had everything scheduled to get my new tires for 3/6. When I show up, I was told the tires were never ordered and that I was not on their schedule to get new tires. So I rescheduled the appointment and tires with them for the next Wednesday 3/13. I had confirmed with the service personnel that my discount for those set of tires would be guaranteed. Next week comes around, they get my tires changed. When I had returned home, I noticed my front, left driver side hubcap had been damaged. I know for a fact that all four hubcaps were not cracked before entering the shop and getting new tires. I had returned back later that same day and spoke to the service personnel and was advised that they would speak to the mechanic that worked on the car the next day as they were no longer there. I have not heard back from them and I had given them Thursday, Friday, and also over the weekend to hear back, whether it was per phone or email. This is very disappointing and not only did I get my hubcap damaged, I noticed that I although I was given the discounted price, they had added the tax from the previous estimated bill on top of the tax that I had to pay after the total amount including the tires and labor fees. Basically was charged twice for tax on the receipt and now I wish I had gotten a copy after paying the bill as I cant show proof of that purchase. Such a disappointment.

I’ve been going to Nissan Oshkosh since we purchased the vehicle in 2014. My last oil change I tried Nissan on Victory Lane since it’s only 3 minutes from my home, and it proved to me why I drive to Nissan Oshkosh for my service. The Service team in Oshkosh is friendly, accommodating, takes the additional time to explain what’s going on, and doesn’t feed a line of upselling. (I do service marketing for a $2B company so I know how things work) While being knowledgeable, they’re also kind and go out of their way to make sure you know where everything is, say hello to my daughter if she’s along, and creates a service plan that makes sense for the vehicle and my life. Thanks to the Oshkosh Nissan Service team, and this is a best practice for Bergstrom in my opinion. -Andy

Have bought 4 of my last 5 vehicles at Oshkosh Bergrstroms, the last two being a new 2014 Rogue and 2017 Pathfinder. Had several small warranty issues with the Rogue that were taken care of except for a paint issue that kept getting put off and ignored until the warranty period had expired. The 2017 Pathfinder is a different story. While in for drive train warranty work today, we brought up the fact that the rear camera malfunctioned again where it stays on while driving until the car is turned off. This issue has been brought up at least 4 other times in the last year +. Service writer says they do not document those types of things every time they are brought up and said that this issue could not be addressed until the current warranty issue was resolved. Was also told that a technician would have to see the camera malfunctioning. We offered a phone video to prove what is happening, and that is not acceptable. My wife stated that the next time it happens she will drive there so it can be seen and he stated that it depends if a technician is even available to witness the event. Seems like Bergstrom has progressively become complacent when it comes to servicing the vehicles they sell and basically refusing to help find a solution to this warranty issue. Why buy extended warranty, why buy from a dealer that doesnt have your back, and what will be my next issue that will be ignored? If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our next purchases will reflect our disappointment.

After my vehicle was recovered from being stolen I needed to have my keys re-programmed, so that it couldnt be stolen again. It was recovered right before Thanksgiving, so I needed to have the service done while travelling, away from my home dealership. I had it done at the Nissan dealership in Oshkosh and it was a great experience. They were very responsive and kind. They scheduled me in at a time that was convenient for me, even during the busy season. It was less expensive than my home dealership quoted and it was done very quickly. Additionally, they put my front license plate on for me without me asking (my old plates werent recovered with the car and I didnt have the screws to put the new one on yet). I recommend them for service (I didnt interact with sales people).

I called on 1/24/2020 to ask about a car I wanted to test drive and gave them a heads up I would be coming the next day. When I got there on 1/25/2020, they couldnt find the car. One person told me it was sold, another said it was parked in the back somewhere covered in snow. They eventually found the car 15 minutes later. Despite this weird experience, I did like the car and proceeded to purchase it on 1/27/2020. On 1/31/2020, I began to get an AEB sensor malfunction warning. I called Bergstrom Oshkosh where I was told we live in Wisconsin and the cold can affect those things. I didnt buy that since it was 35 degrees outside all week and took the car to Bergstrom Appleton. After two trips there to reprogram the sensor, hey proceeded to tell me that the car had damage to the front and that the sensor was broken. I had purchased the car that way from Bergstrom Oshkosh. Bergstrom Appleton said the sensor wasnt going to be covered under factory warranty due to the damage but after checking that I had bought the car from Bergstrom Oshkosh that way, they didnt charge me to repair and reprogram the sensor. So long story short, if you really want to shop at Bergstrom, go to the Appleton one, not the Oshkosh one. It was one big yikes.

We stopped in at the Nissan Dealership as scheduled. We met with Alejandro and looked over the new vehicles. That part went well. And we actually liked Alejandro. He seemed knowledgeable and was pleasant.Then he left us with his sales manager.... And everything changed.... for the worse.....His name is Vladi. And just for starters he had his 3 year old child there literally hanging off of him while we tried to talk. It was constant interruptions and VERY unprofessional! And to make things worse he was very condescending and made my wife and I very uncomfortable. We separated ourselves from him by pretending to look around the showroom. My wife and I discussed him between ourselves and wanted to just leave right then. But we couldnt. Alejandro was gone with our vehicle getting a trade in value. We decided to give the situation the benefit of the doubt and stayed to see the results. And this was SOLELY because we liked Alejandro and wanted to see if he could turn the situation around.Well, then we got our trade in value from Vladi. It was $14,000. We informed him that we were already offered $21,500 from a different dealership who is selling the same vehicles..... He scoffed at us and told us he would never see us again. It was really the way he said things that was so irritating. I can honestly say if I treated my customers like he treated us, I would be out of a job!And I forgot to mention that we arrived at 6:30pm and left at 8:10pm. There was never another person who stopped in. It was a ghost town.... And after trying to be a customer there, I can see why.

Needed a new car because mine had many issues. I had a lot I still owed on my loan. Spoke with Rick, told him exactly what I needed and my issue with how much I owed. I normally dont rate 5 stars unless they were above and beyond. My advisor, Anthony, was a huge help both times I went on back-to-back days. The first appointment I had was getting a normal oil change, however, worn out brake pads made me come in for a second appointment the next day. The brake pads were completely eroded and needed to be fixed ASAP. He told me that they werent able to install brake pads during the oil change on the first day because the service center was closing soon. He wanted me to come in as soon as possible to get the brakes fixed, so I told him the next day should be fine. Because he couldnt fix the issue before I left at the first appointment, he decided not to charge me for the oil change and the inspection costs. He just said worry about the quote I gave you to fix the brake pads for tomorrow and be safe on the road.This may seem long to read, but Anthony seemed to care more about me being safe on the road than getting every cent out of me as much as possible.

Went in for recall work on the airbag. Tony was very courteous and professional. However they informed me I had a marker light out. The bulb would cost me $5 and another $25 to install it. Really? $25 for a job that took me 5 minutes. Ridiculous. Everyone knows the dealer is not the place to go if youre looking for value for your money but that is just a straight up rip off. Auto Zone or any other parts store will sell you the bulb cheaper and help you put it in in the parking lot for free.
