I love Purple Dragonfly! They have so many cute things for gifts in multiple price ranges. The staff is always so helpful when I’m trying to select something. My teenage daughter shopped there recently for a gift on her small budget and they were so kind and helpful to her. They also sell cute clothes! Purple Dragonfly is my “go to” whenever I need a gift that is unique and special. I am always impressed by how many great items there are to choose from. With so many options, I always rely on the friendly staff to help me narrow down my choices. They do a fantastic job helping me select the perfect gift each time. My only challenge is trying not to buy something for myself while I am there as well (I always lose that battle with myself. No regrets! 😀).

My HUSBAND has shopped at purple dragonfly for Years because of the service. They are friendly and helpful and he always finds something special for me there. And the gift wrap is an added bonus. This is a sweet shop and the ladies are terrific!

Very nice store. Unique items. A bit on the pricey side in my opinion. A little misleading when you see the shop vs. when entering and seeing prices. Definitely for the upper class ladies. However, it is a very nice place and salespeople are very friendly.

This is a full service gift store. Stocked with a wide range of very nice gifts. Most stores today leave you feeling like they could care less if you come back. That is where this place shines they are very much interested in long term business. If your a guy and you need a gift, look no further, they will help you find that perfect gift.

They care enough to search the world over for beautiful and unique gifts and then provide them in a pleasant atmosphere with helpful owners and staff. I’ve always been able to go in, tell them who I’m buying for and why, and have them come to my rescue with suggestions and ideas!! As a full-time working mom I really appreciate help like that!!

This is my go to place for gifts and things for the wife. They have so many cool trinkets, doo dads and jewelry. They also have warmies, its an animal rice sock for ore muscles. Too many things to list but they are super friendly and they gift wrap for free. You also get happy cash for loyal spending!

I browsed through the store and found many interesting and pretty items. I did not buy anything because I was not there to shop. The items are pricey, so I was saved from impulse buying.

Men will not find car parts or tools in this store. However, they will find the perfect gift for their sweetheart. I have never walked out disappointed...........and my wife wasnt either. Men should learn to trust the staff here. They wont steer you wrong.

The lovely ladies there were so warm and helpful with my last minute shopping and the gifts were unique.

My daughter and I had sweatshirts on today due to the rain. We went into the store to purchase a gift for a friend and were stalked the entire time. The two associates would not leave us alone and continued to stare. We were not the only ones in the store- but, we seemed to be getting the most attention. This was disrespectful and humiliating. Mind you, we own a local business ourselves and would never treat anyone this way. We will never shop here again.

Worst store for customer service. Bought a pair of shoes on sale for $50. Was told I could return them but it would only be for store credit. Owner actually argued with me and my mother about the sale. I wanted to exchange them for a different size for my mother that was a pair of shoes double the price and they didnt want to do that. Then argued about shoe size. Will never shop there again and lost a bigger sale.

We went in to see a particular line of sandals that they carry. The owner was was condescending to her employee who asked a question on our behalf. She was very rude and sarcastic when we asked questions about the shoes. The store is cute and has some nice merchandise but not enough to make me return.
