The lady behind the counter IS very rude and accused my kids of knocking down 3 small toy boxes that fell on their own. My daughter went to check out and give change to avoid receiving change and the lady said, “ No I already hit tender so keep your change because I’m not going to deal with it” I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS PLACE especially if you want to enjoy your vacay or day in general. She will send your mood level to the max. So let me tell you that I told her if she had anything else to say I was willing to risk it all meaning I would fight for mine when she sent my mood to the max 🤬. Hope this business fails or a hurricane takes it as long as she is there! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!

Loved the deals here! Shopped several times as my family stayed across the street from it. We bought bathing suits for the whole family at a very cheap price. Was pleasantly surprised by how cheap their prices are. Plus plenty of suviners to take home. 🥰 Definitely will be a return customer!

Bought a umbrella for the beach, as soon I opened it on the beach it folded the other way. Tried to explain the situation the manager was snub and verry rude. Yes the deals are great but beware its CHEEP

What an awful experience. The woman at the counter was very rude when we asked the prices for the hoodies. We bit out tongue but on e to the car, we were over carded by double for a keychain. When we took it right back in she said the sticker was wrong. We pulled all the same keychains with the same price sticker on it and she told us a store worker must have priced them all wrong and refused to give our money back.

I bought a glass souvenir and the owner couldnt even make sure it was securely wrapped and as soon as we got back to the hotel, the wing was broken off. I was highly disappointed. At least have bubble wrap on hand to wrap up things properly so things dont get broken...

I Absolutely Love this store! So much variety, the staff is Very friendly and assisted me with size searching, similar fabrics, she was like my personal shopping assistant because she knew her store merchandise. I may have overloaded her with all my choices, but she was very patient and extremely curtious. ( many yes ma’am’s) ❤️. Southern hospitality at its finest!

Together with my wife we was at the store this afternoon. We was looking for new swimsuit and they have a huge selection so it was very easy for both of us to get a new set for a very good price. Thank you Diana for helping my wife to pick up new dress.We also end up buying more presents for our family. They also have a great deal for beach towels. I will hundred percent recommended this gift shop its a nice friendly place to go for shopping!

I come here every year. I love the owner, shes from Brooklyn (I can relate). Great prices. Very welcoming I must say! Warm staff very friendly. Knickknacks are plentiful and cool mug selection that captures the beach atmosphere.Lots of clothes of course for the beach. Notified me on the sales she had going. Great conversation.I even got free salt water taffy with purchase. Left with a smile :+)

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!The girls here are refreshingly wonderful to shop with! I went in just to look around, ended up with just a cute alligator tshirt for my 2 yr old at first, and was super into one of the bikinis that was a bit pricier, but one of the ladies told me if I wanted it, she would be able to discount it nearly half, but since we were on our way to dinner, we decided to come back later, which she said was ok. Didnt come back till the next morning, but this fantastic girl still gave me the discount, and told me if there was anything else I was interested in, that she could give me a discount on that as well! Bottom line: we WILL be back on every beach trip! My favorite shop so far! (And Ive been in too many to count 😅)

Im a local and usually I dont expect much from gift shops. However, when I buy something as expensive as a skimbord I expect it to be a little more high quality. It started falling apart within the 30 minutes I used it. I would attempt to at least have it exchanged but they do not give exchanges or refunds according to the receipt. My sisters ankle bracelet also did not last more than a day. Safe to say I will not be going back.

My 12 year old daughter bought a boogie board brand new it and lasted exactly 10 seconds in the water before the mesh on the bottom came off. I took it back immediately and all they could do offer me is sell me another one. I didn’t expect it to last forever but 10 seconds in the water makes it fall apart? I’m astounded by businesses that just don’t care and just are out for a cash grab, especially a cash grab from 12 year old kids

Very nice gift shop just across from Makai Beach Resort they have so much stuff inside from towels clothing souvenir you will definitely not walk out from the store with empty hands. Great prices and excellent customer service!😃

The owner was one of the rudest people. Everything on the prochure was a lie. He even turned the ice machines off and claimed it was from Corona. He is using the virus to not accommodate guests. I got my money back and left

Walking in, is an experience in and of itself. The beachy vibe made me feel like a kid in a candy shop, there was every toy and knick knack I could possibly think of....just perfect for my family back home. I was very impressed with some of the great deals-just icing on the cake.

We purchased a few bike week shirts and a few other shirts. My son found a I love Jesus ring and I bought my mom some shell earrings. All in all it was another great trip to Ocean Club. Normally I buy a swimsuit and a few beach towels from them. My husband said that I can do that in April while we are in Daytona. We get to shop there probably once a month because we just live in Jacksonville, so the drive is not too far. We love the beach ware as we spend a good amount of time at the beach.

The women working here were so friendly and helpful. They have great deals and even have tshirts up to 5x. We walked out with 2 bags full but only spent about $60 total. They even gave us a free tote bag. I almost cant wait to go back and get more cool stuff from here.

I got two hermit crabs and they died. Same with my turtles years back, they need to give proper care instructions. I had to look everything up on the internet and they still died. :(

This beach gift shop is located in Ormond Beach, however there NO Ormond Beach t-shirts, hats etc. The majority of the items state, Daytona Beach. We wanted Ormond Beach. Very, very limited if you are looking to buy Ormond Beach souvenirs etc.

Disgusted by this place. They had a large tank of baby turtles for sale, and the water in the tank was so disgusting it literally made me gag. There were dead baby turtles floating belly- up in the water, and all the living turtles had crawled on top of each other to try and get out of the water. This place should be shut down for animal cruelty.

Biggest problem here is the lack of towels. Did without a bath mat for 3 days. No pool towels either.

Most items are priced higher here than similar stores.
