My off-color pavers were perfect for my driveway project. Along with a great price; the ladies in the office assisted me with the exact quantity I needed. Im big on customer service; they provided it too.

Okcastle is a great we do a lot of business there the only reason I gave you the one star because of a customer service lady that her name is her first name is Grace she is one of the rudest that I have ever she dont need to be in customer service please pick a better person for that position

They are a manufacturing plant for pavers.they have an outdoor showroom. They sell fireplaces, firepits,pavers for driveways as well as overlay pavers. Many different styles and colors. They sell sealer and cleaners even sell structure bond adhesive for caps for wall pavers. They sell outdoor lighting for the back yards,also sell turfgrass they are open m-F 8am_4pm.The office girls are Amazing. Wheel chair accessible and even a bike rack.Ask for Maggs,Sandra,Christina.

We visited Oldcastle on 39 west land street road. Maggie was amazing. She was very knowledgeable helpful. Took time to show us her showroom. She also gave us samples of pavers to take home which we believe will help us. I would highly recommend Oldcastle and especially ask for Maggie there.

Nice place to buy pavers

The product itself is great but the employees dont care about the customer unless they fee like they milk some money out of you. The Customer Service is about as helpful as Stevie Wonder guiding you through a museum

Customer service is very poor, multi million dollar business and they don’t even answer there phones and everyone has a attitude .Very sad way to run a Business!!!!

The plant personnel accused me of stealing 28.75 tons of concrete sand. Refused to pay for the load. I dumped it in the hopper as instructed to by the ticket signer. Apparently nobody saw me dumping it in the 20 minutes I spent in there. The only thieves here are Oldcastle for refusing to pay for nearly 29 tons of concrete sand. I would not recommend anybody do business with these dishonest people. I will never return.
