One of the worst experiences Ive had with a contractor and I deal with a lot everyday. I ordered pavers to be delivered to my house. Upon delivery, they rode the lift onto my grass and ran over a sprinkler main. While the water was gushing out, the driver pretended not to see and continued delivering as if nothing happened. Once I noticed, I called their company to report the incident and the company told me that it wasnt their responsibility. Said they would call me back and then left for the day. Never received a call back and would not return any phone calls. Left me no choice but to get it repaired out of my own pocket. On top of all of this, there was excessive damaged pavers in their delivery. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I been doing business with this company for about two years, and they have always treated me with respect and professionalism. i had an issue once with some pavers, and they went above and beyond to take care of the problem, in fact, I spoke to Gonzalo, and he went to visit the home of the job, spoke to the owners, and problem solved, they took care of the problem.They offer some great material, great prices, build in the property, and they have great price, however, i have seen other installers that try to outsmart other installers, by trying to make the loaders to give them the wrong material, and i think that was the case with Mr. Carlos (from the prior review), i have spoken to some of my colleagues, and nobody has had issues with Bedrock Orlando.Great job Bedrock and thank you for all your help

No problem with the pavers, but the forklift operator did damage my tailgate on my truck.It has been over 2 months and they will not address the issue and yes I did let management know about it at the time of the accident.

Beautiful, affordable pavers made our screen porch project look awesome! We get so many compliments on them. Loved being able to go to the showroom and actually see and feel the pavers first, and even see the different sealer options.

Terrible terrible service. Buyer beware. There was no sense of willing to help rectify nor help the situation. We ordered pavers which are nothing like what they delivered. General Manager came to our house for a dispute about our pavers. Refused to help us out but instead started yelling at my mother and disabled father.

One of the worst experiences ever. They delivered the wrong color pavers that did not match what was in the showroom nor what it was on their website. And did they care? Absolutely not. Most of the pavers were broken and damaged when delivered. General manager is no help at all. If you want quality work dont come here. They will screw you over. And not give a damn about it. Your best bet will be to pay a a bit more and go somewhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.They have the worst quality of pavers in the industry. Our pavers came all broken. They were like compacted sand. You cannot even call that pavers. We tried to claim and Gonzalo was very rude and disrespectful. Other customers outside the store were complaining about that same guy outside. They really dont even care about their customer. They just want to steel your money.

Gonzalo was very professional pleasant and helpful. Everything you could imagine here for your landscaping design needs regarding rock, pavers, etc.
