My experience with Pan American Movers have been horrible. First all of our moving boxes got here late, and received misinformation by the the truck driver himself. After the truck driver delivered our personal belongings, he refused to assemble our bed frame and dinner table even after we had purchased for a complete service, his words were “that is not my responsibility, take that problem with the office directly” after we “took the problem “ to them, Leslie the “manager” stated that we should have called her while they were there to ensure that they had assemble the bed frame and dinner table. When it was her company’s responsibility to do it in the first place, after asking her for a refund for the incomplete service she started indirectly calling us a liar saying that the truck driver did assemble everything when we clearly had pictures that they did not, and only just delegated the problem to the puertorrican office, which she denied to give me her supervisor’s contact information. In addition not only did they not provide the full service we paid for but also they broke my 50 inch TV. After finding out we call back to have a follow up on our refund and she kept arguing with us about how the things were assembled and delegating the problem to someone else instead of taking ownership and responsibility. Not only she was delegating the problem and giving us attitude but she also ignored completely the fact that my TV was broken and hung up in my face, we called to speak with her again and she did not want to deal with us. If I could give this review a 1 star I would and I don’t know what business owner would keep such a bad manager like Leslie to represent their company.

Said they closed at 12 noon Saturdays. Was closed at 11 and tried calling main number, no one answered and phone number posted on door is no longer in service. Maybe I will have better luck next time. Would be nice if they left early for whatever reason to leave a note at door at least.

Great fast service by fun people easy to deal with. Received my boxes all intact and nothing was broken inside. Nothing was missing nor any boxes were misteriously open and resealed as happened with Monti Moving Company who allowed for valuables to become missing with no consequence for them. This is my favorite moving and shipping company. Like!

They were very nice when I went there to get information and drop my boxes, however, they provide misleading information. I was advised packages should take 3-4 weeks to arrive and it took 8 weeks to get them; their explanation always was we said 3-4weeks or a little longer.... customer service resolution was not there nor did they seem to care at all.

They are very nice people, but your things will arrive months after the expected date. We have sent a chair and a mattress in the past and it took 2 months to get there. Now we sent a whole house of furniture and its going on 2 months and the container hasnt even left yet after they rushed us to take the furniture to them. Im very dissatisfied with this company and I will no longer recommend them to anyone else. They are cheaper then other companys, but they are a mess!!

STAY AWAY. They add hidden charges. I have known the owner personally since he worked with another moving company in chicago back in 1992. I asked him to move my 8 boxes from PR to Orlando. He said it would only be $700. When the boxes arrived and i went with a uhaul truck, he added $300 in charges which brought the total to 1,000 and that without the rental, insurance and gasoline. needless to say i had to return the truck and once i gathered the money, i rented the truck again and then expected me to load my stuff from their warehouse onto the truck. They never answer the phone and always pass the blame either on PR office or orlando office and yet its the same owner managing both offices closely traveling back and forth weekly and having family work as well. They are not worth the hassle.

How should I start? To say that they are IRRESPONSIBLE doesnt even begin to describe them. I decided to use them as a moving company from Puerto Rico to TEXAS and they started with the left foot. It took them 2 days to pack my things even when I told them that it would take them 2 days to do so and they said no. That it would only take 1 day. I had to reschedule my flight, extend my hotel stay and my car rental. That was around $1,200. They showed at my door in Texas with HALF my stuff. I had to call them insistently for 4 days before anyone would even return my calls. I even told them that I would do a Police report if they didnt return my calls and explain me why and where my 54 missing boxes were. After 4 days of none stop calling and employee from PR told me that it was a problem from the Orlando office and then the Orlando office told me it was a problem from the PR office. TO SAY THAT THE LEFT HAnD DOESN’T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT ONE IS DOING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Today the truck driver told me that they were thinking of planning within 2 weeks to see when they were going to decide which day to plan a trip to Texas so they could deliver my belongings. So I called the PR office and spoke to another employee and I told her that a responsible company wouldn’t do what they have done. That it is unacceptable and that I needed a date of delivery for my missing 54 boxes. Her answer was that she couldn’t give me a date or when they were going to deliver them. My answer was that I had contracted the services of Pan-American to deliver my things and that a serious company would have delivered ALL MY STUFF not half and then tell me that they are waiting for a shipment from PR with other peoples stuff so they could then plan a trip to include my 54 missing boxes with theirs. She did say that she was apologizing on behalf of the company and that they should have planned to deliver ALL my stuff from the get go. MY ADVICE TO YOU WHOMEVER IS READING THIS IS THE FOLLOWING. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE PAN-AMERICAN AS A MOVING COMPANY. I PAID ALMOST $11,000 TO HAVE THEM SHIP 214 ITEMS IN TOTAL AND I STILL DONT HAVE ALL OF MY BELONGINGS. PS I DON’T WANT TO GET STARTED ON THE THINGS THAT THEY BROKE OR GOT HERE BROKEN IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING BECAUSE THAT IS A WHOLE NEW CHAPTER. I got a call back saying that they would deliver my missing 54 boxes on september 26. I will be crossing my fingers. To finish this review they never delivered all my stuff. Missing Items and boxes never got to my new home in Texas. Cairs, tables, tools, kitchen items, clothing, personal belongings, There is so much stuff that never arrived that years later we still are noticing that x y or z never arrived. I implore you to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. So many family earlums broken and missing. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Terrible service, terrible customer service, made to look for my car with them and they told me a date but it arrived much later and with damage. But you get what you pay for so ... better spend a little more and go with a better company.

Terrible service, I have been waiting for a move for 4 months, they tell me that it has not come out, then they say they were sent in the end, it is not even known where the move is, they always have a different excuse. In Quebradillas, PR the service is excellent, but in Orlando, my sister is very bad and I have been 3 weeks behind them to give us the move and they always have different excuses and problems but to charge from Orlando to Ocaña they are very good but to deliver very bad. And the staff in Orlando are honestly inept and dont give good customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN ANY LOAD SERVICE

This company are charlatans. They play with the mental health of clients who are in need of a power plant in PR because they have a special child. Since October 16, I left a power plant in their Orlando facilities and every time I call they tell me a new excuse. Last week an employee told me that he had already arrived in PR and they were lies. I call now and the supposed manager tells me that she is on her way there. They are irresponsible and inept.

On October 12, 2017 take 2 power plants to Puerto Rico, they said that the wagon left on October 19 and would arrive more or less on October 31 and the plants would be collected by November 3, EMBUSTE ...., call the office on November 4 in Caguas and they tell me that the car never left Orlando, I was calling the office in Orlando for 4 days and they never answered I had to go personally and they told me that they did not have a car yet and that the plants NEVER left Orlando, that the plants left For PR in a week, I asked for the money back, they never wanted to return it, I asked them for the plants and they said they couldnt do anything because the plants were at the beginning of the car that was about to fill at that time, supposedly.CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE.Summary - October 12 bring the plants, they arrived on October 31, they REALLY arrived on December 1, almost 2 months to send some power plants to Puerto Rico.They are irresponsible, they NEVER called to say that the merchandise had not left and that it was going to take much longer, they never gave us an apology but they were quick to charge us $ 125.00 per box.** In the middle of this process I had to buy 2 more plants and send them by UPS, they charged me $ 150.00 and arrived in PR in 5 days **For these things it is that you cannot support cheap things.Tip - pay a little more and use a recognized company, a large company, UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and many others but USEN is never company trash, remember they will regret that their services are disgusting.
