Linda, you have never heard of Sam Brackett because they have never ordered from Roman Packaging in 10 years. If they had ordered they would know that you or myself are available via phone, text, or email 24/7. I will give Sam $100 if they can provide a PO with their name on it from the last 10 years. Doesn’t exist! 🙄

I placed an order with this company on feb 19. I received a email receipt of the order and then all communication stopped completely. I never got a confirmation of the item shipped. No tracking, no updates, or information. I emailed the company asking for a tracking number and I received no response. AGAIN, I emailed the company asking for a tracking number or a refund, I finally got a response that their supplier no longer carries the item and sorry for the inconvenience. Well thats a huge inconvenience! I could have order it from another company instead of waiting weeks for no reason. These people couldnt have told me weeks ago the item wasnt available? No phone call or email to let me know it wasnt going to happen? Instead I had to track them down. Dont waste your time like I did mine, find another supplier
