The worst store manager in the history! Rude! As soon as we walked in Rich the store manager gave us attitude. He was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Never going back to place again.. Armani you NEED A NEW STORE MANAGER!!!!!! The store will lose a lot of business while he’s still working there.

Not that nice customer service here.Is all about the moneys. If you do not pay attention at the cash register,they will sneak and scan some other clothes high priced labels,just to have a higher sale. Be vigilant and look for tempting over charges.

This store has the worst customer service out of every store in the Orlando Outlets. Ive been there twice and sales associates purposely move to the other side of the store to avoid contact with you. They give you snobby looks too. In fact, there was 6 of them last time I went and not a single one would even say hi. They think that because they work at Armani that you are lower than them. Too bad they get their clothes for free because they are employees. Reality check, you work at the outlet, not even the real Armani store. They shouldnt be so rude to customers, especially ones who make far more than they ever will. I refused to buy anything based solely on bad customer service.

The other reviewer is correct. Terrible customer service. Try The nearby Salvatore Ferragamo store. Higher quality and much better service.
