I signed up for their membership and really enjoying it! Perfect if you dont ride often and just want to go for a ride every now and then. Lora, from the service department, is great! Very friendly and helpful!! Really recommend the place!

Horrible service, werent prepared for our rental, made us so late that we missed the memorial ride which was the whole reason we rented the bikes. Bikes ran poorly like they had cheap gas in them, and the speakers were blown so it sounded horrible. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The guys at the Harley part were awesome, just not the rental place.

We picked up two H-D in Orlando the 17th-20th March. So easy to work with the staff was amazing. Cruised FL up the east coast and down the west coast to Key Largo. Then back up to Orlando to turn them in. Very east turn in and once again, staff was amazing.

It was a fantastic experience. The EagleRider staff were super friendly and made the process easy and fun. I would do it again without a doubt.

Do not rent from Eaglerider. Cancelled reservation via phone call to dealership and promised cancellation would be handled. Five phone calls and one in person visit and still no credit. Time to dispute on our credit card.

This would be a brilliant business to start where someone could rent a motorcycle! That’s the easy part, following through with confirmation emails, answering the phone, giving some details important to the area the renter will be riding, etc. is apparently the hard part.I called and pressed the appropriate number to save my call in the queue. In less than a minute I received an incoming call and proceeded to rent a bike. I was told I would get a confirmation email but never did. Being busy planning my vacation I didn’t realize it until I traveled and knew I needed to pick the bike up the next day and didn’t know where that would be. My guesses were Tampa Bay & Orlando & I found out from Tampa Bay they no longer rented and transferred my call to Eagle Rider where I talked with someone to confirm I was in the system & Orlando was my pickup location. I was to pick up @ 10 am but their website said they weren’t open until 11 am. When I called, I could get no answer for Eagle Rider. I wound up pressing 1 for sales (they answered) & they walked over to the rental counter & gave the phone to them. I was told when I got there their phone system was “mostly down” & they were finding it strange that not many calls were being received that Sunday morning.We did our business and I signed the contract & once again did not receive any of it via email? As I rode around the state it dawned on me that I was going to be on a toll road or two that week. I paid at the booth as I went, and some toll roads have a “pay by license plate” so there’s no one to pay. I asked about this upon returning the bike and found out that I had paid $5.00 a day to ride on unlimited toll roads (this wasn’t information I received when picking the bike up).Also, I had inquired to see if for some reason I wanted to return the bike the night before instead of 10 am on Friday they had a key drop box. FYI, they do not.Bottom line, $1,334 later I would never deal with Eagle Rider again. Harley Davidson should be ashamed to have them in their dealerships representing Harley’s. Next time I will trailer my own even if I have to spend that $1,334 towards a trailer.If I were to go into much more & finer detail, what you just read would be much worse. I’m just concerned about how many characters I’m allowed to use here.

I wish I would have bought my Indian from here, this dealership has shown outstanding customer service! The GM was very warm and welcoming to me and my wife from minute we walked in, he didnt care that we already bought a bike from somewhere else. He took his time and made us feel right at home. He introduced us to Nate the service manager who also was very welcoming and helpful. Nate took his time to hear my concerns and set me up too get my service done by his team. Matthew assisted me through the service and was very responsive and helpful. This dealership know the meaning of teamwork and giving outstanding customer service. Thank you all

We had a wonderful time!!!!! Renting a bike is a great way to see a new area and try out something different than whats in our garage at home! Being from Montana its cold and snowing while we are here in Florida soaking up the sun and warm breezes!! The staff at Eagle Rider are amazing! They picked us up at our hotel got us geared up and on our way quickly! They were very helpful when we got turned around and got us back on track! What a wonderful group of people!!! This is my third experience with EagleRider and like my previous two rentals this trip was excellent. Bikes were ready and waiting when we arrived in Orlando for our ride to Key West for the weekend. Rode 850 miles with no problems. Bikes were in great condition and ran perfectly. If you are planning a trip and there is an EagleRider shop near by, I would seriously recommend you choose them above all other rental facilities. Great people, easy reservations, low mileage and clean bikes, helpful tips, and very reasonable prices.

Rented from Eagle Rider Orlando for the second time last week. They are great to work with. Both times the bike was sitting out in front waiting for me. Quick and easy to get in and out of. Early this year, 2 friends and I decided to pursue a long standing ambition and ride the USA, coast to coast, starting from Orlando and arriving in LA just 2 weeks later.Whilst preparing for the trip and researching our best option for bike rental, one name kept coming up with glowing reviews, it was EagleRider. Decision made!Our dealings with EagleRider were flawless from start to finish. I made the arrangements initially by email and then followed up with some amendments via telephone. The service was excellent and these guys seemed just as excited about our trip as we were.When we arrived at the dealership, nothing seemed too much trouble and the staff all went to great pains to ensure that the choices made we whilst were in the UK matched the reality of riding in the US and the nuances of our specific trip.In the end we opted for 3 Harley Road Kings which were superb. They were perfectly prepared and a pleasure to ride on our road trip.2 weeks later we arrived at EagleRider LA and received a similarly warm reception with everyone appearing genuinely interested in hearing about our trip (although they must have heard it a hundred times before).We are now planning our 2013 trip around the North East USA and there is only company who should expect a call, EagleRider!!

Picked up a bike last week in Orlando as part of the High Seas Rally to ride around for the day and eventually make our way to the ship. Great deal as they would take our bags for us and meet us later at the host hotel to drop off the bike in Port Canaveral and give us our luggage. Easy pickup, friendly staff and I was on my way in no time flat. Bike worked perfectly, no issues. I have used Eagle Rider in the past and will continue to do so. They were also one of the sponsors / vendors of the Rally. Great job guys.

The reservation made the process quick but neither I, nor my friend received the bikes we made the reservations for. We ended up with new Road King’s with the 107. They were clean, well maintained, and ran flawlessly. Everyone at Orlando Harley was friendly, and Saturday, they had a great live band and barbecue.

My husband and I recently went on a guided tour from Orlando to Key West and ended in Cape Canaveral. The experience was second to none. It started with being picked up at our Hotel in Orlando and taken to the dealer where we received outstanding service. All the staff we came in contact with were very accommodating and we were treated exceptionally well. They had all the paperwork ready, the bikes were ready to go and in no time at all we were on the road. The tour guide, Lala, had definitely done her research and considering it was the first time she had done this specific tour there were no details overlooked. We truly enjoyed the experience and would do another tour in a heartbeat.

I rented a Harley Street Glide in early June of 2014 at the Orlando FL location. The number of available bikes (last minute, no reservations) was amazing; they had exactly what I wanted, even the color I wanted it in. The customer service was fantastic. The service reps and techs were all friendly and got us on the road quickly, providing maps, directions, and suggestions for things to see and do around the area. The bike itself was in perfect condition, and they offered a free shuttle to and from my hotel to round out the experience.In short: this was a fantastic experience, both on the bikes as well as in dealing with the professional and friendly service of the individuals running the facility. I would not hesitate for a second to rent again!!

Great choices on rental bikes. They were like any auto rental place with choices and prices. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would have given 5 stars but I lost half a day of riding done to motorcycle electric malfunction and it took over 3 and half hours to replace bike. They did deliver a different bike and picked up old. We where at a resort 10 miles away.

A great experience. From the time of pick-up, throughout the ride and at time of return, the service and support from Eaglerider and H.D. personnnel was excellent. The bike performed flawlessly as well, with zero mechanical issues, lots of comfort and ease of riding. Service was great Mindy in particular was very friendly and welcoming and she did not do any hi pressure sales pitch just made sure I got what I wanted. The Heritage soft tail was in good nick, only complaint I had was that it was not Stage 1 and it sounded a bit like a sewing machine. A good trouble free ride and when we returned they where not over officious. Would definitely use them again.Alan

I can absolutely recommend the Eaglerider staff for ALL of your Indian and Harley needs! I recently purchased a new Indian Scout from them and loved the experience. This was my first bike so I really had no idea what to look for in the style I wanted. Jimmy, the salesman that helped me was exactly what I needed at the time. He helped guide me in a direction I was happy with, made suggestions and gave reasoning why, and never pushed past me saying no to something. He gave me tips on riding and bike care that I never would have even thought to ask if he had not offered the info!Ive come to know nearly everyone there by first name and all of them greet and remember me, treating me like family. Everyone there has always gone out of their way to help me in so many different ways. Even when a mistake is made, they acknowledge it, correct it, and make sure that everything is right by me.Let these guys help you with ANY Indian or Harley needs. It will be worth your time.

I had a great experience renting a Harley from them for a day trip. They showed me all their bikes and let me sit on them and try them in the garage before picking one. They also explained all the locks and how to work the bike patiently before I left. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming.One piece of warning: while they will lend you a helmet if you rent a bike, they only have skull cap helmets. If youre not comfortable with those, plan to bring your own helmet, or at the very least get some sort of goggles if you plan on driving over 50mph. They will also rent jackets, but there are few to choose from and you may not find your size.

Very Pleasant And Easy Pickup and return. Picked up a street glide. Beautiful bike. The only complaint is that the bike was not washed when i picked it up.

A riding partner and I recently rented Harleys from the Orlando location late August 2014. The bikes were great and our experience with EagleRider staff was first rate.When we had a lost key/fob and were stuck at roadside staff reacted quickly resolving our problem within two hours. Do not book your trip online. Apparently they cant tell you the closest location you need. It was not a good experience. Then the Orlando location did nothing to accommodate us after getting the run around.

I joined Eagle Rider Club in January for $29/month dues for a bike rental that month plus 1 extra for the month for your birthday. Points can be rolled over and saved up to 2 years. Incredible value and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with.

Reserved a motorcycle for a week on Dec 28, was charged $104.57, the company cancelled his reservation, no refund issued still today is Jan 17. I have been a member of Eagle Rider since June 2017. The company has been charging my credit card since June 2017 monthly for $30. On Dec 28 I made a reservation for a motorcycle rental using my membership rate. Eagle Rider charged him $104.57 upon making reservation. The next day they informed me the motorcycle I requested was not available and I was forced to cancel my reservation as they supposedly did not have bikes of the kind I ride. No refund was issued. I called the following week to check on the refund - was told the refund was issued and it would take 5 business days for it to appear back on the credit card. On Jan 15 the refund was still not issued. Called Eagle Rider again and wast told it takes 10 business days for a refund. I pointed out that it was longer than 10 days at the point. Nick - the person on the phone said he would give me a call back once an accountant shows up at the office (it was 11am at the point of the call). No call followed up that day or the following.

As a member of Club EagleRider, the process to rent a bike couldnt have been easier! I made a reservation online, and just showed up a few minutes before the reservation time. I was riding out on a bike in about 10 minutes! The return process was even easier! The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend EagleRider.

Eagle Rider is professional, friendly, fast and easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a nice getaway. They have plenty of options to choose from and the staff takes care of you and every need.

All good with Orlando location; however, making the reservation was painful, e.g. poor response to emails and phone messages. Also, cost seemed much higher now.Much better customer service when Harley ran the rentals. Example, planned to pick bike up on a Friday at 1:30 PM and return on following Monday at 5:00 PM latest. To me this was 3 days plus 4 hours. To EagleRider it was 4 days. I actually checked bike out at 1:45 PM on Friday and returned it Monday at 3:30 PM. I still got charged for 4 full days. That was pretty crappy. In my past experiences with Harley I would have been charged for 3 days in this scenario.

The staff at Orlando EagleRider went above and beyond our expectations. They were outstanding!We had an excellent day touring around the Ocala Forest but got caught up in a bunch of heavy traffic. EagleRider staff helped us find our way when we were lost by staying in touch via text message and stayed after hours until we made it back. They were very kind, I remember at one point we were so upset and she said dont rush, be safe. Wow, that made all the difference in the world to our stress level! They offered us cold bottles of water and got us a ride back to our hotel. Ive never had better, kinder service. What a pleasure. Recommend to all our friends and we will be back!Rick & Heather

You would think an organization as large as this would operate without a surplus of inventory. We came on vacation to ride and because the previous renter did not return the answer is sorry, I can’t help you. Ridiculous. I strongly discourage renting from this organization.Update. They ended up crediting one day rental so I feel like they put forth some effort.

Eagle rider Orlando is a place where you can hire a good sound well maintained motorcycle. They are a bit slow and disorganised when you first pick the bike up but their bikes are all good roadworthy machines.

First time riding a GoldWing and its everything we expected!!! The Bike was in excellent shape and rode like a dream. The folks at Orlando EagleRider are fantastic; friendly, helpful and great to work with. Well be renting again for sure, maybe one way next time ;-)

This was a two star experience at best. Maybe we were spoiled because we always rented from Harley directly. We were called ahead of time because they said they didnt have the model we reserved available. We agreed to take something else. When we arrived that was not the case our model was there and thats what we were given. Come to find out that we were being charged for an extra day on our rental. This was a rental that Ealgle Rider made for us on the phone when the first one was in correct. When we told them this at the counter they just folded our paperwork up and handed it to us. When I suggested that we might have to complain the exact response was complain away. No offer at all to help. Then it was explained that the bikes were a little dirty because of nearby construction. These bikes had not even been attempted to be cleaned up for our arrival. We were told both units were full of gas and would need to be returned the same. We didnt even make it out of the city before one needed gas. It was not full and couldnt have been checked. We find out while having a very uncomfortable passenger that the shocks had no air at all. Did they even go over these? Couldnt have. Then we waited over an hour to RETUN the bikes. Dont know if we are going to make our flight now. Either Harley or Eagle Rider are being represented horribly. Not a good experience at all!

Rented the Heritage Softail for the Saturday during Biketoberfest (10/18/2014) and had a great time and fantastic ride. The place was busy as was to be expected for that time, but the staff was very efficient, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Was on my way relatively quickly, had a great time at the event and the return was just as efficient on Sunday. Would definitely recommend this location and their rental rates were cheaper than Orlando Harley Davidson, which was an added bonus!

Used them for our trip to Leesburg Bikefest this year. The staff was extremely helpful and will be going back. The only sad part is that I was looking for a Can-Am and they dont have any in Florida.

Experience was OK overall. Wasnt in a hurry, luckily, but had to wait for another, inexperienced couple to finish their indoctrination to get checked out, even though I was there 10 minutes before opening. Another attendant would have solved that. Their complimentary helmets were all half shells, so Ill have to pack my own helmet from now on because thats how I roll. (Im guessing a lot of people are OK with half shells and providing both would eat margins, but look at the fine print on your helmet safety docs and youll see that providing used helmets is a lawsuit away from being history; dont shoot the messenger!) Rain was a big factor on my ride and, although I lucked out, a face shield wouldve been essential in a rainstorm. Not to mention the safety issues there. But my ride went off without a hitch and the bike was flawless. I reserved a Road King and the guy seemed surprised when I told him that. He checked me out on an Electra Glide instead, which was welcome, but still. I see a lot of this happening in reviews, which makes me think theyre doing some sort of razzle dazzle sell. Just make the Electras 1 credit and rake in the word of mouth revenue guys, jeez. Also, I would like to see more non Harley models available enterprise-wide. Im a fan of Harleys, but for the price, theres a lot of variety to explore out there. EagleRider is a great idea. Variety will keep you relevant and competitive. VIP insurance is essential; build it in to the standard rate to get word of mouth and promote trust! Nobody is under the illusion that theyre getting a bike for $29 a day. Anyway, it was a blast; just be a smart customer.

I rented a 2013 Electraglide during the last weekend of 2014 Biketoberfest. The staff were extremely pleasant to work with and treated me great. Pick up and drop off was seem less, and the motorcycle was well maintained. This was the second time Ive rented from them, and would most certainly rent from them again.

I paid the guarantee for my bike online. I got there and they dont even carry that bike offered on their website. At first i was told sorry. I had to request a manager and get a lil hot under the collar but the manager finally made it right. They need to update the website so its not advertising and allowing people to pick and pay for something they do not offer at that location.
