It makes me sad that this companies owner was very disrespectful to us and was recommended to me by a larger company that has an amazing reputation in customer service. Jay(apparently the owner) was furious to get an email from us explaining that the material that was supplied was wrong. He stated that we did not know what we wanted. We did supply him with exactly the way we needed the materials to be bent. He then proceeded to curse us and state that he has never seen this drip edge bent that way. I work for a large construction company that is all about giving smaller companies a chance to shine. Not trying to brag but we did profit over half a billion dollars last year so I do think we would know what we need a far as materials go. I would defiantly think twice about using them if your reading this.

They gave me advice and direction about my masonry project without trying to sell me anything.... Thanks!
