We had purchased the 2 drop bottom rolling duffels from Rons location and the wheel and zipper had broke one on each bag. We had purchased a nice small Kevlar version just yesterday. Mentioned that our bags had broke and Ron was so nice and mentioned they could look into getting it possibly fixed. They replaced both the bags under the warranty! We will always buy Samsonite for life and always from Ron’s location. We appreciate the amazing service and warranty from Ron and samsonite! Buy with confidence from Ron and his team! I bought a luggage at this store on October 2016 (with 10 years warranty),when traveling to Orlando . The sales person informed me to keep just the warranty card but did not notify to keep a receipts.3 years pass, the wheels has broken. I sent to repair at Thailand branch with warranty card. Now I get to inform the cost charge via call that higher than 30% of the purchase price. The reason is Im not have a receipt to confirm the purchase. Therefore its not in warranty terms.:( Last time for me with Samsonite.True story about Samsonite global warranty.

I will always buy samsonite from now on. Free repair on a very expensive piece of luggage I purchased a couple of years ago. It was delivered to my door within two weeks, completely free of charge!!I purchased a couple of more pieces while I was there. The staff was helpful and I will recommend them to anyone.

Samsonite is a great brand with a real warranty. Wish they werent priced so expensively but you get what you pay for.

I wanted to buy a suitcase but the sellers didn’t help . They did everything part of pay attention to the customers! When I asked for help the seller was standing very far and talked without any meaning to help . Very bad experience! And also, the prices are very high !

You can find great deals on Samsonite from this outlet! In the meantime, I found the backpack offers more tempting than bags. I know that Samsonite bags are expensive in Brazil, but I did not find it incredibly cheaper at this outlet.

The prices are not very attractive, but the products (from padlocks to bags) are of excellent quality and long warranty.
