Pretentious sums up the representative who helped us. What a surprise compared to how we were treated our previous visit. It always strikes me as bizarre when honestly the employees can’t afford the brand, but then come off arrogantly to those who can. Simple enough for us we’ll just shop the store in Vegas, which has a much larger selection and a very accommodating staff. Great excuse for a fun trip. I’ll never shop this “Mall” store again.

Incredible Hermes boutique! So happy that we finally have on nearby. Great range of selections from fashion, apparel, home decoration, baby to jewelry, or even high jewelry. Last but the least knowledgible and very friendly and helpful staff who helped me to choose what good on me. Will be visiting often here for sure.

This was my first visit to an Hermès boutique, and I very much enjoyed my experience. Walking into the boutique I received a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone working seemed to be happy and willing to help, but not in an insincere or aggressive way. I had the extreme pleasure as having Sabrina as my sales associate who guided me through their selection of bracelets. Sabrina went out of her way to make sure my experience was not only special but also personalized to fit my needs. I plan on returning in the future to add my collection. Thank you.

Beauty in the details of such an iconic name as Hermes.. welcome to Central Florida. I was fortunate to attend the grand opening reception which opened the doors to this fabulous retailer exposing a seamless decor, resort wear, shoes, home goods and more. We were then whisked to a private room for a seated dinner on of course Hermes china, and our names were personalized in calligraphy, and dinner featured several courses and lovely live entertainment. I look forward to coming back.

I had mg fair share of visiting Hermes and for me so far the BEST Hermes store hands down. Store is filled with most recent collection on leather and jewelry as well as we called sought after. The best part of the store is the STAFF. They are sincerely warm, making you feel at home in the store, very accomodating and they will do their best to find you the specifics you need. We as client spend money in luxury more than as a brand but more on the relationship built. With this said. I would like a special shout out to our dear friend/ SA Lu the most funny, great storyteller and talented man. Highly recommend for you Hermes need. Not only this store showcases an extraordinary scope of Hermes selection but also is represented by an astonishing team. A team who is very professional, warm, accommodating and makes you feel like you are family. Lubos, the wonderful, funny and great story teller who always is on point in assisting me with my purchases ever since the store opened. Angela, the charming and accommodating store director and Cordell, the amazing assistant manager. Also, a special shoutout to the other sales specialist of this branch who always greets me with a smile whenever I visit the store and that what makes me stay loyal with the brand. With its emerald wall facade, well designed interior and welcoming atmosphere, this store location is definitely my favorite Hermes branch in the world.

My husband and I had a most memorable visit to the Hermès Store in Orlando yesterday .Our sales specialist, Kumi, was so warm, caring and helpful with my BirthdayPurchase. I wanted an Evelyne bag, but was unsure of the size and color. She brought out several selections. When she opened the box of the Evelyne III 33 in noir with gold hardware, I had found my birthday present.The entire staff was so kind and helpful. It made my Birthday extra special.
