Came here with my in-laws who always have a sweet tooth and crave delicious ice cream. We definitely enjoyed our time here. The red cones we had were fresh and still warm. The ice cream was delicious and not to sweet. Definitely worth checking out.

Awesome little Ice cream shop with a lot of different options. Located right in a neighborhood near homes easy to get to. The staff is really friendly and prices are fair. The flavors are always fresh and tasty. You can even get crepes and shakes as well. The red colored cone is really colorful and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some great Ice cream.

Sweet spot! I had the salty caramel on a dipped waffle cone which was great, the ice cream was rich and cone was fresh. Even a crepe option, brownie, smoothie, toppings, soft serve, etc... I would love more ice cream flavor choices however. But overall a yummy experience and Id go back. The service was sweet and with a smile.

My first time visiting the REDCONE Icecream and guess what NO RED CONES!!I had the strawberry yogurt that was good with a waffle cone. The servers were very polite. Not sure I would say this is a must go to for ice cream it is just like any other ice cream parlor.

Im not a big fan of cones, but I thought Id give the red cone a shot. MAN was it good! Even better I got it with the red velvet ice cream. Ill definitely be coming here often!

The ice cream was good. Nothing too special. There is a lot of local buzz and after finally trying I can see why. It is the best local ice cream shop in the area. The praline ice cream was tasty. One thing I dont understand is the hours. It seems like everytime I go, they are closed. They are open from 3pm to 8pm right now according to the door sign. I understand the times call for some schedule changes but I know these times are losing business from the potential customers who dont know. Nonetheless, if that is the risk they must take, I wish them the best. None the gentleman who took our order (and might have been the owner) was very friendly!

The ice cream was pretty decent and the decor is really cute. They had a wide variety of options to choose from but it seemed overpriced in my opinion. The red waffle bowls was a nice touch and tasted pretty good but then again my waffle bowl was not fresh :(

As a small business owner myself, I will always go out of my way to try to support local small businesses, if they deserve it. redCone is one of those businesses! If I had one complaint it would be that sometimes the music is a little too loud and in turn can make ordering difficult, but the staff is usually very nice and willing to customize your order to your taste. My daughters thoroughly enjoy stopping and getting a treat here as the superman is their favorite flavor!Their freshly made cones are an iconic red color and have a delicious flavor profile, they have a good crunch without completely falling apart, and theyre just plain fun!I find myself ordering their milkshakes using their frozen ice creams. They tend to be very thick [almost like a concrete shake] and very rich. I always ask to make mine thin by adding some extra milk as a personal preference. The staff are awesome and do so without issue.They also have several other treats available to try such as waffles and crepes which we have yet to try! If youre not a fan of the freshly scooped frozen ice cream then they also have your classic soft serve which is delicious as well.

Came inside and continued to work in the Ive cream bar.... Id how thats not the norm.

I like this place, the Red Velvet and the coffee is my all-time favorite. My only complaint is that there have been some minor issues that happened at least three times where some of the employees who dont speak/understand English well mess up on orders. My friends and I have had to repeat ourselves multiple times and the employees have had to start over to fix the orders (which I appreciate). Other times like a couple days ago the lady gave me the wrong cone but I didnt bother spending the time to clarify again, so thats on me. Id recommend having someone that can help with the English only speakers along with the Spanish

This place has something for everyone . Great variety of flavors and even no sugar added ice cream. Milkshakes are delicious!! Excellent customer service and even better prices than their competition. I highly recommend this place to any ice cream connoisseur.

Visited the store today and the staff was unable to provide a detailed ingredient list for the ice cream flavors. Unfortunately I have to accommodate a very specific allergy and we were not able try the ice cream.It would be great if you could make your ingredient list available either online or in the store.

Ice cream was a little on the soft side and too sweet. The quality of the ice cream needs improvement and so does the place.

Nothing makes me happier then picking up my 4 year old from school and taking her her for an ice cream. Staff is friendly and you can earn reward points.

Just ok. The selection is relatively small compared to competitors. I got praline and cream which was good and on par with most any other place. I got mine sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookies. Im not sure how fresh the cookies were. The staff was Hispanic and friendly but there was a bit of a language barrier. The interior is OK and the prices are perhaps a bit more reasonable than some other places but not by much. Honestly do not go out of your way to go here but if you do it will be a good, but unremarkable, experience.

I Love supporting local business and wasn’t disappointed when I tried Redcone. The ice cream was delicious, the variety was great. I also saw a crepe being made which looked yummy. Will definitely be back.

Awesome ice cream, definitely on par with Coldstone level creaminess! They could use an online menu. The menus in the shop itself are really difficult to navigate as well. They have a lot of different things to offer and your choices are kind of scattered all over the place making it difficult to read. You have to physically get out of line to see which toppings they have available and the line starts by the door so if more people come in, you lose your place.

I came here to get crepes during the evening. The lady working the night shift did not use gloves, touched the food while also touching handles doors and other things that were not food. This got me so upset and I was disgusted. She had a skin condition on her arm while touching a customers food. Not a good look.

Went with a craving for a hot fudge sundae and was disappointed that my hot fudge was actually chocolate shell and not hot fudge. For the ice cream I got it was way over priced. Wont be returning.

Disappointing. Non home-made ice cream with standard toppings. Ice cream club or Hersheys. Came here on Saturday night and in addition to the soft serve machine not working, they were out of several flavors. Long lines, dirty tables, and area was a mess behind the counter. Spend your money elseware.

Nice find in a neighborhood. I would give it 5 stars if they had hot fudge, which is a personal preference but should be a standard offering for Sundaes. A picture of water is available which is a nice touch.

My review is more along the lines of service I received. The young lady act like she couldn’t understand English. I brought 4 - 2 scoops of ice cream and neither were equal in size if your going to charge 5.00 for 2 scoops they should be weighted to make sure everyone get the same amount.

The gentleman behind the counter was not nice at all. I was attempting to try a new ice cream parlor for my four year old daughter, and this turned out to you a very bad experience. I will not be returning.
