Cover fit like a glove! We are very happy with our new spa cover! I prefer to shop with local small business and I’m so glad I crossed paths with Sam at A-1. I have an old spa and could not find an original replacement online. I took pics with measurements to him and he custom made one in a couple days that fits perfectly! I highly recommend doing business with them.

A-1 is the best!!! I was in a pinch trying to get one before my insurance inspection and all the other hot tub stores I tried like leslies was going to be a months wait. Sam took my order and measurements on a Tuesday, and I picked it up Thursday and it fit perfectly!! I recommend A-1 to anyone !

Good Quality initially and Friendly Service. However, the cover didnt last the 5 years as advertised. Cover is currently 3.7 years old and sags badly, several rips. After explaining to Sam, he gave me about a 25% discount on a new cover that is built slightly stronger than the previous one. Although the new cover is now costing me about $50 more than the previous cover. I have mixed feelings about the company. But my laziness and the fact that they had my spa dimensions on file got the best of me. I do think Sam means well and hes friendly to work with.

Sam is a nice guy, until after the purchase., Wanted to get a recommendation what product he would use to treat the vinyl as was deteriorating rapidly within 3 months of purchase. He couldnt have cared less. This is anything but marine quality. Looks ok out the door but started deteriorating within three months with severe cracks. Ordered 3m vinyl conditioner. In spite of regular treatment of 3m marine grade vinyl conditioners, or mink oil, 14 months later, this cover is on its way out. $321 for this cover was a lot of money that was supposed to last three years. You might want to consider someone else, I dont like being conned by a nice guy.

When I had an issue picking up the top when it was ready, he loaded it up and drove it over . . . now thats customer service. Courteous, knowledgeable, and just willing to work with you. We wanted a spa cap for our cover to give protection from the elements. Showed him the picture and dimensions.
