Beware!!! Good products and Unfortunately they have no service department so all are still struggling and my hot tub is still broken after seven months. Months have passed waiting so yesterday the technician left and I noticed the touchscreen was very dim. I called him and he did not have an answer for me. I gained access to all the controls and found that the DL plug was reversed with the other and the OC plug was loose going into the instream. The instream WiFi still does not work. This is accurate and honest

Just bought a super fancy spa (I forget the name! Its on the paperwork). My wife and I just left some crazy event that looked very scammy and sketchy. We had weird vibes instantly and my wife told me she felt uncomfortable. We decided to take a look at unique based on their amazing google reviews.Holy moly did we make a good decision! Grade A everything! I love that they have hot tubs in stock! I hate having to wait months and months and months to get something that I really want! I might die tomorrow.Supposedly they even do the warranty work so I dont even have to call the manufacturer! I guess we will find out! But as a mechanical engineer I know simple pumps and circuit boards fairly well and these components are top notch.Highly recommended (subject to change review based on help and service that was promised).

So I purchase our Spa in Aug 2020. Steven was very helpful and knowledgable which made the buying experience even nicer. They delivered the spa a few days later and the crew did a great job placing it for us. It took us about 8 weeks to have the electrical work completed and once it was done the spa was up and running. One of the jet controllers was not working correctly so I called spoke with a young lady who was professional and courteous. A gentleman by the name of Nat came out within a few hours and replaced controller and refreshed our memory on maintaining the Spa. Overall I am very happy with the Spa and especially the outstanding customer service which is very rare. Great team!!! Thank you for the great service and product support...

Excellent service. Bought our Spa from them 5 yrs ago, but from the great support that Lorenzo gave me on the call, it would have seemed like I bought it yesterday. He was responsive, helpful, and went that extra step to make sure that my service needs were taken care of. This alone makes me want to go back to them for my next spa purchase.

They sell low quality products. Our hot tub became worthless after little over 2 years. The heater stuck on due to circuit board malfunction and boiled the water. This cause glue in some jets and pipe connections to melt and now hot tub is leaking. Im glad that nobody was using it when it happened. But even after replacing the board which was $300 I have leaking tub that soon will be rotten peace of junk.

Been in retail now for 30 years. Can always appreciate a person and team that listens to your wants and needs and delivers. Allen was knowledgeable as well as helpful. Never pushy but always patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Not to mention he pointed out things we didn’t even think about. I’m a firm believer you can usually find the same product for less as well as pay more. But it’s about value isn’t it? We got a fair deal and an outstanding value! Highly recommend this team!

We had such an amazing experience today with all the great fellows at Unique! Alan helped us find just what we needed to fulfill all my families needs. Lorenzo put up with my insane list of questions and answered anything I threw his way. Then once there amazing delivery team made miracles happen avoid damage in a narrow and unforgiving yard. They were able to place our tub in the exact place we dreamed. Once it was being hooked up by the electrician we found a jet was leaking at Nate was at our door in under and hour, on a Saturday after 5pm and stayed late to make sure the tub was leak free. I would buy again from this team any day !

Horrible service after the sale. Pump went bad three months after purchase. Service scheduled but didnt show up. We were lied to on several occasions. Owner demanded fee before they would come out again because we had caught the employees in lies. Said we raised our voice because at LYING employees. Then was rude to us so we returned his attitude. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. UPDATE:The answer to my review is a LIE. The first technician was a no show. No call. No apology when the office was called. Waited all day. Rude office staff rescheduled for the next day and a different contractor came out. Pleasant conversation with the visiting techs nothing uncomfortable except for finding out about more lies. They found out what was told to us by office was incorrect and the problem was different and often happened with this hot tub. There were no sexual comments made at anytime. When owner called it was loud and frustrating because of his lies. No one was threatening unless you count threatening to contact the BBB. Something is not right. His employees lied but he backs them up. The technicians are all contractors according to the guys that eventually showed up.

We purchased a spa from Unique in Orlando even though we live in Melbourne. They had a sale going on with factory representatives available for questions from several different spa manufacturers. Considering that my wife and I knew very little about spas besides they make bubbles, this exposure was very helpful. Even with the factory reps, the sales staff made sure to keep tabs on what we were doing and helped us sort out all the information while we went from person to person. (Thanks to Shawn and Robert.) In the end, we made our purchase and had our spa delivered all the way to Melbourne without issue. The delivery staff was very good as well, wedging our spa with a 41 inch height through a 43 inch opening without damage. Everything (spa cover, cover lifter, and stairs) was put together and test fitted for accuracy to make sure my wife and I would not have issues. They even had to re-position our 1000 lb monster because our original placement plan would not work, and they did it with a smile. In addition, they carefully took apart and reassembled an entire panel of our screened in porch to get the spa through.Overall I have been very satisfied with the team at Unique. They were patient with our (5 hours of) questions and made sure we received the best spa for our needs without undue pressure. It was delivered with spotless efficiency, and they have answered all my phone calls and messages promptly and completely.

I can’t say enough about Unique in Orlando. Had a back fusion 20 years ago and Steven recommended a Bullfrog Spa. I have had it for a year and probably use it 4-5 times a week. My life is so much better due to its use. Ask for Steven, great guy and so knowledgeable. Best purchase I’ve made in a very long time.

I recently started hot tub shopping and shopped locally and online. Sadly most other stores were all small and had a 6-8 week delivery time frames after ordering. I wanted a hot tub right away and so I luckily found UNIQUEs huge showroom in Orlando. The area is not the greatest but the showroom is. The choices for hot tubs blows the competition away and they clearly have mastered the Hot tub sales experience. Norman, Lorenzo and Dustin all were amazing to work with. I ended up with a Bahama Ocean Breeze. After a problem I encountered with my birdcage contractor the staff at Unique Pools and Spas went above and beyond to help me deal with this issue with my electrical contractor and over the phone saved the day with their guidance and help. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. The Hot Tub was ordered and the delivery was less than a week later. The delivery crew was amazing and Dustin took great care with my yard and plants and even removed our gutter system to get the hot tub on the porch without any damage to my plants. (it was a tight fit). After shopping for weeks and online I am so happy I found Unique and made the hour drive to Orlando. I would NOT buy my hot tubs or pools and chemicals Anywhere else!! Highly recommend. I live in the Villages - free delivery!

I have had my Bullfrog spa for over a year now, I sometimes use it twice a day and LOVE IT!!!, but the real good news I have share is about the service that I have received from Unique has been spot on. My tech’s name is Dave Harrison, he gives great service and explains exactly what has is going on. We recently purchased the Michael Phelps Legend Series, (Model LSX 900), from Unique Pools Spas & Billiards on Mercy Drive and could not be happier. We highly recommend this spa. Our salesmen, Mark and Rob, were wonderful. They let us sit in one at their showroom and try the seats. This is one of the larger spas on the market and we are so glad that we went with the large spa. Plenty of seats for everyone. They did a great job of picking up our old spa and installing the new one. The technicians, Dave and Ryan, did a wonderful job of hooking up the spa. (We would use our own electrician next time). Everyone at Unique Pools Spas & Billiards were super friendly and fantastic to deal with. We look forward to many wonderful years of enjoying our spa and having it serviced by Unique Pools Spas & Billiards.

Exceeded expectations. Arrived in less than half the time promised. Delivery, set up and follow up where spot on. Stephen stayed late and made sure that we were fully informed on maintence. We like our Jacuzzi way too much to think about ever getting another spa, but if we did this is where we would go. Highly recommended.

My wife and kids shopped around multiple places for a hot tub. For whatever reason, maybe it is because I am black and my wife is Dominican but we were ignored and not given information at any of the other places we had been to. We came here after visiting three places and even though the sales people were busy with at least six different customers we were greeted, and explained more than my wife or I had ever known about spas and hot tubs. They have options as cheap as three thousand and as high as fifteen thousand. We picked one out and love our five thousand dollar hot tub with LED lights and strong jets for my wifes back.P.S. My wife overheard a bald guy yelling at the young sales man behind the counter and saying he was going to leave bad reviews if he didnt get him free stuff.. Cmon man the world has gone mad. Unique Pools Spas & Billiards has been a most accommodating company to deal with from information seeking, to sales, to delivery. Steven our sales person was very pleasant and polite and very knowledgeable about every product in their warehouse and answered our questions thoroughly. After I making a deposit on our custom spa, the company held our spa for a good six months while our patio site was being constructed and then with just 3 days notice they delivered our spa in the hours before our screen cage was to be constructed. When we discovered that our spa had been placed down just 3 feet from where it needed to be, Steven was able to send out Mitch and CJ to move and turn the spa, all in the late afternoon on New Years Eve as we were setting up for a party. These young men were as polite, pleasant and patient as could be, despite the holiday when they may have needed to be somewhere else. Kudos to the staff at Unique PSB in Orlando.

I purchased a spa two years ago. There have been two issues with my spa. In the past it was very hard to get this warranty work completed in a timely fashion. My experience this week to get an issue resolved with the spa totally took me by surprise. A gentlemen named Lorenzo exceeded my expectations. I have made one call to him to explain that I needed the spa fixed. since than he has sent me an email when he ordered the part (which was the same day I called) and followed up today to tell me that they are coming out to replace the part. there is a 100% turnaround. I even asked Lorenzo if the place is under new management because the service was far superior to prior dealings. Thanks Lorenzo!

Burried.This is the way to go, I had previously inground pool in my 1st house and yes, thats nice. But expensive. And today, for this expense, you can get a.......jacuzzi. Not a 24ft x 54 inch. Custom installed

We were looking for a hot tub and we wanted one that was 110V with a heater. We narrowed down our search to Dream Maker Spas. Unique Pools Spas & Billiards were an authorized dealer for the manufacture. We went to the show room on September 3rd and talked with Norman. He asked what he could do for us and we already had in mind the EZ Spa by Dream Maker. He showed us the two models they had at the showroom floor. He was not trying to push us into something bigger or better and was answering all of our questions we had. We made the purchase that day for the spa we were looking for and purchased the show room model.Dream maker, that this time, was offering free options and since we liked the one they had in the show room he said he could add the Ozone generator as one of the free options.Norman said they could have it ready by Tuesday but we chose a delivery date for Thursday. They gave us a delivery window of two hours for that day.Not more than 10 minutes into the delivery window the delivery guys showed up. These guys were awesome and moved the spa very carefully. They were very nice and answered all my questions and even moved the spa for me where I wanted it to go.This is one of the best options for purchasing Dream Maker Spas from Unique as they will deliver and move the spa where you want it to go. If you purchase directly from Dream Maker they will only drop it off on your driveway.I have since called Unique Pools Spas & Billiards many times after the delivery of our Spa with questions and they are always happy to help. We have shopped other places and to date this place has been the best! We will be telling our friends & family that if they need anything for their back yard (pool, spa, whatever) to stop here first! This place is awesome!

Not only did he thoroughly trouble shoot, he educated me on the functions of the hot tub ‘innerds’ as well as the importance of water chemistry and troubleshooting scenarios that Florida spa owners may incur. So not only did I walk away from my appointment with a fully functioning spa, I now feel like a fully functioning spa owner! We purchased our Spa in Spring of 2015. Had it installed in Oct by a tech suggested by Unique (great experience). Its 9 months later and I still cant say enough great things about the Spa and Uniques service. Had an issue due to a power surge, and they walked me thru resetting the system, had some questions re my brand, and they had the answers very timely. Great customer service - have a couple of products purchased thru them... no issues at all... take a spin down there, they carry much more than Spas. Who knows... you may walk out with a whole new backyard experience!!

I recently purchased a spa from this company. It was supposed to be a special event as these items come at a price. My special event was turned into a very ugly day with the onsite crew manager raising his voice at my wife and myself, arguing that I wa wrong in what the shop and subsequent telephone conversations had led me to believe. An apology was given the next morning, but the sour taste of this whole ordeal still remains in my mouth. I would not recommend this company as customer service is abismal

My husband and I recently purchased our bullfrog A8 hotub from uniques Orlando location. I am so happy with my hot tub. Fully customizable to my liking, we never even knew all the different hottubs there are. We always thought a hottub was a hotub and we were quite surprised to see over 100 hot tubs and so much options to choose from. So happy with my hot tub and excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
