Trussway makes trusses for the company that i work for and i always have trouble whit the trusses been out of square, (the roof wont plane, ceilings wont plane), and the misssing trusses thats another issue.

Thats a really nice job and good people, but i didnt get to experience working using the paper and hammer to put pieces together. Instead, the supervisor had me working outside which i was not aware or prepared because i didnt had the right boots for the rain and they told me i was going to get a new hard hat but they gave me an used one and now i have lice on my hair which i had to dissinfect; my girlfriend helping me two nights. I had my feet all silky wet and looking old. Yes i asked like three times to get what i needed and the person said no sorry. The sun came hit us really hard and i went home with a burnt face and came back the next day and the sun came and my face was starting to burn more than the day before and it hurts really bad that Saturday i called the company and left a message telling them my body hurts and now im sick. I had to be outside lifting heavy repeatelly and nonstop unless i needed water or break time. If i was inside like the supervisor told me in the beginig i would not have complained and even wanted to work overtime but the position they had me on is the number one position where a lot of people quit due to the safety hazard caused by the company. Im sorry but the ammount of hard work cannot match how much i am making an hour.
