So sad to deliver to a place and it takes one and a half hours to get unloaded! No one here but me! They took their time! So sad! Now I dont have enough time to pick up my other load.

Horrible to know that one business doesnt want to serve. Beyond that is just how condescending and rude a human being can be. I called on behalf of my company to buy a lot of plywood required for a job and that person was so annoying and condescending!They WILL NOT have my business... EVER

Called just now to ask if they carry 8x8 ft plywood panels. The guy who answered the phone used an extremely condescending tone when answering my question. He stated “just the logistics of that would be impossible... I mean... come on.” among other remarks. If I’m calling you to inquire about a product, simply state it whether does, or doesn’t, exist. You don’t need to assume everyone is well versed in lumber logistics and behave in a demeaning manner. Avoid this company and their non existent customer service skills. ONE STAR.

One of their truck drivers just about ran me off the road and could have killed me and my kids. Truck # 1L51624. Called in and was blown off. As ex truck driver myself this upset me. Was ok that the driver was running over 65 in a 45. This idiot is why truck drivers get a bad name.
