I know Im not placing big orders but stop selling me wood that thats damage and rounded on the sides. When its supposed to be 1# wood. Then ask me to bring it back to get different boards. Not fair to me. Just sell me good wood the first time. Not how I do business..... I hate to leave a bad reviews but this is the second time....

Outdoor Living is an excellent wholesale source for Pressure Treated and Composite Woods for docks and decks. They carry a complete line of galvanized and ceramic fasteners for exterior construction jobs.Their specialty are treated poles and pilings from 10ft to 50ft. The staff has years of experience and are knowledgeable professionals.

I received a certified letter from Trisha Faulk, Office Manager Outdoor Living Products, INC. Because my dock contractor had purchased from Outdoor Living Products, their instructions to me in the letter state You must obtain a written release from us everytime you pay your contractor Yes, every time is incorrectly combined into one word. So I call to get the release...the lady on the phone tells me she cant give me a release, only my contractor can do that. I asked if my contractor paid them for the materials. She stated that she could not give me that information. I then said if you wont provide me the release as stated in your letter, will you at least send it to my contractor? Nope...she said only my contractor can request the release, then show me. This representative had the audacity to state that this letter was sent to protect me, the consumer, from a corrupt contractor. In the same breath, she told me she could do nothing to help me and I should contact my contractor (who apparently could be corrupt)! If my contractor were corrupt and did not plan to pay Outdoor Living Products for their materials, could he not simply show me a forged written release? In a nutshell, Outdoor Living Products cares nothing for the consumer or their welfare, they simply want to make sure they get paid one way or another. They deserve less than one star for the absolute worst customer service, and a lack of conscience or basic decency in the fact they will not help to solve a problem they created.

I was a walk-in and Sheryl stopped what she was doing and spent about 20 min with me and showing me what they offered. Great service.
