Store Clean? Had a lot of Associates working. Front end was all open. Great experience 👍

My family and I go here all the time.Its gotten better over the years.We always get greeted upon entering and when they have a register open its usually has Viola as the cashier and she is the best around, always fast and friendly my kids and I love seeing her when we shop here.My only complaint would be that sometimes they only have self checkout, which is a pain if you have a cart full of groceries, but other then that its a great grocery store.

There is an employee at this Walmart that need customer service training for life dont know how she still working in a Walmart that customers service its a plus is better if she work in some other department or a shelter so she can learn how to appreciate people help with can can also try to get for her self as soon as possibleI believe her name is lashanda heavy set woman glasses and tattoos on her arm

I went for a pickup order was told I cannot pickup even though store was open and another member had already said she would bring it out to us not to the car just from the back of the store which was fine but her csr manager told us that we would have to come back at 9 am when we were outside calling waiting and still made it in the store before 10 just to be told you have to come at a time your not available I dont appreciate being told no when rules clearly state it can be done I canceled my order and went to my normal walmart I love red bug lake walmart they give you your pick up order regardless of if you were late 3 or 1 min thank you @redbuglake walmart I moved to the west side and I will be going to the east to shop matter of fact target got me !!!!

Not everybody wants a poor diet. It is the year 2021 and still cant find much vegan products here in the Orlando West area.Awesome selection of processed foods and junk potato chips for days but not much in the way of begin or non dairy product. Employees are not very friendly or very quick which is very sad. Seems like nobody wants to work anymore, or just could be that at Walmart!

I know its a time where stealing is at a all time high, but I once worked for Walmart. I know when someone is following. Im forgetful so I tend to pace the floor, but everytime I go in here they follow me and once I pay for my items they try to be nice. Everyone doesnt shoplift ok Walmart?

I hate liking Wally World, but they had what I needed (and then some) And they were opened til 11pm... Man, remember when stores stayed open 24 Hrs? Lol... Seems so long ago...

Store seems to always be clean, very helpful staff would have given five stars except for the fact they never have enough handicapped carts.

I had never visited this Wal-Mart location but was sent there for my Covid Vaccine. Dr Yndiana, the Pharmacist, went out of her way to help my wife and me. She actually vaccinated both of us and made the whole process much less stressful than we expected. We are both very grateful to her.

Coming from Clermonts horrendous Walmart, this one is AWESOME! I almost dont want to expose this hidden gem of a place, but I have to rave on particularly Mr. P, the merchandise manager. He was SO friendly and helpful and went out of his way above and beyond for me to get me a product I needed that I couldnt find. They had everything Ive been looking for and more. They had an appropriate amount of staff, there was a line to checkout but it wasnt bad, the place was clean and organized and everyone was friendly and cheerful! Kudos to management, especially Mr. P! You totally made my day!

This particular Walmart is a lot different than most. I actually had assistance with a cashier placing my bags in my cart during check out, personnel will ask through out the store if you need help with finding items, and the cleanliness and organization of the store makes it more of a pleasant shopping experience.

They pretty much had everything we needed. The store overall was clean given it was a very busy Sunday. They would have gotten my fifth star had the staff been more welcoming. I felt like I was going to get hit by a pallet jack if I wasnt quick on my toes. No one was rude but they could benefit from paying more careful attention to greeting the customer and making sure that traffic flows a little more.

So I came in after work not feeling good enough to cook dinner tonight so I decided to get some cold cuts. They closed the deli early today, and the deli case for meats was like half empty! I talk to someone about it at customer service and the deli manager standing right there didnt even apologize for her half empty cold case. Im so over this location!

Ran in here for convenience after shopping at Sams club next door. Store setup is a little different from other neighborhood stores that Ive been in. Shelves seemed well stock. Although options for what I needed were limited. There are LOTS of self checkout lanes, all werent opened and one cashier. So, theres a bit of a wait.Its ok for a few items, but I personally would not do my major shopping here.

This place is always bustling and nine times out of 10 they usually have the item that you desire if not you can order it online and you have an option for it to be delivered to your home or in store pickup, they get an A plus from me !

Neighborhood Walmarts may not have all the stuff you find in the Super Walmarts but in my experience, it is definitely a place to go to find what you cant find in the Super Walmart. Things like pet foods, toilet paper, paper towels, meat cuts always available.

It was clean and greens were fresh and nicely displayed. Good job.

I just want to say Bibi the manager is simply amazing. There was an incidient there where an employee ppiinted at my 2 year old and said you need to fix that, thats a whole mess. And then rolled her eyes and walked away. Bibi was extremely sympatetic and empathetic and she took it seriously and is getting to the bottom of it.Someone who bullies anyone, let alone a baby is garbage and has no business working with the public.

Store is always trashed n 2 registers open on weekends when everyone shopping

Shopping at Walmart is always a hassle, but I only went in for a money transaction. This particular neighborhood center has an all in one service center, but only one customer service person. She was pleasant. The line was extremely long and what should have been a 10 minute wait, turned into a 25 minute wait. With the long line very visible, no one showed to help alleviate the congestion of customers. A supervisor showed up to handle a customer complaint as I continued waiting, but did not take it upon herself to get another register open. Long lines are always a problem at Walmart with them constantly being under staffed.

Its hidden near a small plaza while behind Sams Club and its gas station. The parking is a little awkward as its not very functional because the parking space is diagonal with no purpose. There are not as many people as Super Walmart which is a plus. I still prefer Publix but the prices at walmart is very attractive. The store is organized properly but the cleanliness can be improved especially outside the establishment.

The employees are so great that I keep coming back. They make up for the lack of upkeep.

Convenient location. Though almost every shopping cart they is either broken or makes loud squeaks while you struggle to move them.The manager of this location should try shopping at his/her own store and experience what the customers have to deal with.

3 out of 10 people ACTUALLY KNOW what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! There was a sweet young man doing the work of 3 people and ACTUALLY smiles! I never got his name but compared to the other employees he was the most productive, kind and helpful. I go here often due to convince. THIS PLACE COULD BE MUCH BETTER IF THEY TRAINED PEOPLE TO ACTUALLY ACT RIGHT!

As I was paying for my items this male employee came up to me and called me a WATER THIEF! Claiming that my partner and I stole a case of water the disrespect and defamation of character seriously disturbed me I did not waste 4 years in college to be called a bloody thief considering I always go to this Walmart and have always been courteous to everyone. It seriously bothers me that someone would call me a thief and not even apologize after they were proven wrong. I will definitely contact corporate and follow through with this until I receive a sincere apology.

This store was always a good alternative to Publix, now they have all of these self checkout lanes and very few usually 1 or 2 actual cashiers. Usually there are the elderly that are not proficient with these self checkout lanes and it causes a back up or if you have multiple technical issues you have to wait on the staff to fix the problems. Walmart needs to bring back more actual cashiers. Also invest on maintaining the cleanliness of the store to include the exterior. Today the parking lot had a strong smell of urine!
