I did an iron fitting with Jonathan at the Orlando store and had a great experience all around. I was ready to replace my current set and really wanted to hone in on the right club build for my swing. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - he listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I was able to try what I wanted, while also using his expertise to get me into the perfect club. The store is fantastic with loads of club head and shaft combos, and the TrackMan technology cant be beat. Looking forward to receiving my new iron set when they arrive. Jonathan laid out the next steps and was open and honest about the lead time (currently 5-6 weeks) and made sure I knew I could contact him at any time with questions or to check in on my order. Somehow, my review got lost so here you go: I went to get a full bag fitting with Jay but only ended up just doing the driver and putter this time. Jay was FANTASTIC! Ive been to Club Champion 3 x before and this was the best experience by far. Jay takes a real interest in helping find the right clubs, he knows his stuff and he makes it fun! The driver fitting took 45 minutes and we ended up spending two hours finding the right putter. Two hours! I look forward to going back for the rest of my fitting. I cant recommend Jay enough. I posted previously about a driver and wedge fitting, but Id like to add a few words. Tim Cahill was terrific and clearly knew his stuff. My biggest fear was that like so many club fitters, Job 1 for them would be SELLING NEW CLUBS rather than the real reason I was there: for a fitting. I found Tim to be completely professional and in no rush to do anything other than satisfy the purpose of my visit, that is, to fit my driver and wedges to my physique and my swing. And that he did...And I just received a call from John at Club Champion: I believe hes their general manager. We spoke for 25 minutes about my experience (yes, a FULL 25 minutes)... it wasnt just a cursory three minute call: he seemed quite sincere in his questioning regarding my overall experience. Not often you see management take such an interest! Usually they give you the service you paid for, take your money, and then adios! I COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY recommend Club Champion for anyone who wishes to better their game through better, properly fitting equipment. It DOES make a difference!

My experience with James Swantko was top notch. I arrived for my full bag fitting a bit skeptical and with my guard up, and after just a few minutes of discussing my game and my desires, James made all those fears fade away. He was very thorough and the process was incredible! I hit dozens of combinations of shafts, heads and loft/lie combinations and at the end, I was fit for a new set of irons and new shafts for my driver, and hybrid. The difference in my game is incredible. I am hitting the ball so much more consistently and have supreme confidence that the ball is going to do what I want it to do. A truly incredible improvement. The value of this feeling is something that is priceless.I have lowered my index from 3 to 0 in just 2 months since getting properly fit.If you are struggling with your game and want to shoot lower scores consistently, do yourself a favor and go see James and the staff at Club Champion!

I was very interested in going here but when I call they reroute your call to their headquarters. I spent a very long time on hold and nobody picked up. I tried to see if another option would get me through to the location, it did not. I sat in hold again for quite a long time. Gave up.Let’s be honest, we’re paying for a luxury experience of getting fitted for golf clubs. We know it’s going to be costly and part of that experience is the customer service from beginning to end. When you route calls to a call center you’ve taken that experience and not only cheapened it but made it less desirable. If I was able to get through to someone and make an appointment I wouldn’t be waking through the door as excited as I should be if it wasn’t such a hassle to begin with.I’ll take my business somewhere where they actually want to talk to their potential customers I guess. I don’t really have any other option since nobody answers. Bummer. I normally don’t leave reviews but there’s no other way of telling them what I assume is costing them a ton of business, it’s probably some corporate policy based on the other reviews I see of people living their experience there. I hope they get it figured out.

Got fitted by Tim Cahill. Great fitting especially because I’m a lefty. He had me try out many different options and helped me understand what he was doing. He was super cool and got me the best prices on everything! 100 percent would recommend.

My buddy has been trying to convince me to go get fitted for a putter for months now. We finally decided to go, so we called earlier this week and booked spots at 230 and 330. Let me say, I couldnt be happier with my experience.From the moment we walked in, Tim Cahill was very welcoming and personable. Throughout the fittings, Tims knowledge was evident. He was helpful and got me set up with a great putter.I was very satisfied with my experience. First time to ever be fitted for golf clubs. Tim Cahill explained the process, then got me started. I was impressed by the amount of detail, and his knowledge of all of the data. He worked at my speed to find the best fit for my irons, driver, wedges, fairway woods and putter. I had no idea how detailed the fitting would be. Cant wait for those new clubs to arrive.

I just have to say James Swantko went above and beyond.My situation: My original appointment was canceled due to the internet going down from the storms in Orlando. Im visiting my parents in the Kissimmee, FL area. I currently live in Istead Rise, Kent England.I wanted to get fitting for new clubs because I dont want to bring clubs back and forth from the UK. My old clubs are going back to England and the new clubs are staying here as I come back to the states five times a year for work. I have a big tournament in September for the US Am Tour and I will be gearing up for that.James then went to work and got me in there ASAP.My last club fitting was at Titleist in 2008. Let me just say the experience I had was top notch. The set up at Club Champion in Orlando is on point. I came back a day later to finish up the fitting for the woods.My new clubs/sticks will be ready 9/1 and I just have to say as a owner of a small business James Swantko needs to commended to the highest order. Go see Richie! Professional and personable, highly in tune with both the data and the feel. Made recommendations for shafts more aligned with my swing speed that really tightened up the dispersion. I’ve been to other fittings, but this by far surpassed my expectations. I left feeling almost a sigh of relief knowing that I will be more consistent and immediately improving my game. I highly recommend getting a custom fitting, it will be for the better! I will be sure going back soon for the driver.

I took my daughter to get fitted at Club Champion. Jay Marino was the professional we saw. My daughter is nine. Jay was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, enthusiastic and kept her motivated for two hours. He fitted her for a set of irons and two drivers. He was excellent at selecting the clubs she needed and did not try to upsell me on clubs she did not need. I was having some issues with my driver. Jay put me on the trackman and identified the issue. My spin rate with the driver was 6800 to 7000. First club head and shaft selection dropped my spin rate to 2200 and increased my distance by 55 yards. I was blown away. I will never purchase golf clubs again without a fitting and Jay is my go to professional fitter. I plan on scheduling a wedge and putter fitting next.I cannot recommend Jay or Club Champion enough.

Wow! Tremendous experience for my daughter and I. I promised to get my 9yr old daughter a new driver and putter if she ever shot under par in tournaments and consistently around even par or a couple over. She got there, so I started researching the right club/shaft mix. After calling club champion I was convinced that getting her fitted was the right way to go. Our fitter Tim Cahill from the Orlando location more than exceeded expectations. He took the time to let her hit multiple driver combinations and honed in on the perfect fit and one that she felt comfortable with. We did the same for the putter. She is OVER THE MOON and keeps asking me when the customized clubs will be shipped in, LOL! My putter fitting exceeded my expectations! Jay did a great job of running SAM with my current putter and reviewing the data confirming I have a good overall stroke. However, he had me try several putter options that were recommended by SAM, along with a shorter shaft based on his observation. Lastly he saw that I was putting a bit of wrist in my stoke with the Golf Pride large grip vs a standard grip. After trying several options one stood out above the others, after making 10 putts in a row! Jay reran SAM with this putter which confirmed my stroke got tighter and more consistent. I took that putter home! Thanks again Jay and Club Champion!

Excellent club fitting experience, the fitters were experienced, knowledgeable and patient, with no judgment. They are there to help you through your expectations. Choices seem endless, but they work with your numbers and help you understand the feedback. You quickly identify club/shaft combinations that work for your swing.Something the off the shelf stores cant do, personal service that works.

I couldnt believe how much performance changed among different shafts. And not just to spin and launch angle either, making pure contact was heavily shaft dependant for me. The fitting is definitely worth the expense, but their custom club building prices are higher than most. I looked at this premium as a cost of convenience.

I was nervous about getting a fitting. Im a high handicapper and I wasnt sure that getting a fitting was right for me. Jay took away any concerns I had about that. He explained clearly what we could fix and what we couldnt. He didnt try and talk me into something I didnt need. And at the end of the day, I ended up with several clubs that I think will really help my game. And I even got a little coaching lesson out of it (unintentionally). I would highly recommend Jay and Club Champion. And I would go into it with an open mind. Dont presume you know what you need. Let them figure it out.

Did a fitting with Evan and he pretty much nailed it right away. I went in for a long clubs fitting and started with the driver, we tried a lot of different shafts and heads and the difference was night and day. Moving on to the fairway wood and hybrid, its worth noting that he didnt try to fit me for the most expensive club since I didnt have a brand preference. Instead he found what was right for me, and it turned out to be one of the cheapest model on the market (Tour Edge) and again, the results were indisputable. He also taught me a few things about my swing, not trying to change it, but explaining the mechanics of it and why he chose a particular head/shaft combination. I spent about 2.5 hours, hit close to 100 shots, which is exactly what they described on their website. I really believe these guys are honest. Their prices are a little bit over market for equivalent specs but not by much, and youre sure theyll put it together perfectly. They were not pushy at all, I walked out of there with my spec sheet and estimate with no pressure whatsoever. Go get fitted, youll be amazed of the difference.

Most complete golf fitting I have had. Biggest array of shafts and club heads at the facility to bring to the golfer the desired results he/she is looking for. It did just that for me. I worked with Evan who I found to be very patient, informative and professional. I ended up making some changes to my club selection in my bag. I would recommend Club Champion at the Orlando location. There was no pressure to buy after the fitting. The full bag fitting lasted 3 1/2 hours.

Amazing place with excellent staff! I wasnt sure what to expect as it was my first fitting, but the environment and the staff were great. Everything is very relaxed, at-your-own-pace fitting. I was able to try a range of shafts and heads that were fit to my swing. My fitter Evan was able to narrow me down to selections that obviously were in my game range. There is no sales pressure, and it was very enjoyable.

Incredible experience working with Jay. I did a full bag fitting in an afternoon and I am so happy I did. Jay worked tirelessly with me to optimize based on the data points (smash factor, spin rate, etc.) to align with the best shaft and club head across the spectrum of the bag. Jay and CC validated that they will not push you in a certain brand direction - I tried a multitude across the driver, fairway wood, and iron set. Brand was chosen purely on what best aligned to my swing through the supporting data and feel.Great venue and excellent simulator technology. BLUF: Great facility, crappy serviceFantastic facilities! Virtual golf experience was great, simulator attendant was great, very friendly and attentive. High quality clubs, both left and and right hand available in every booth. We had a blast playing golf..... and that is where the positive experience ends...In a group of 3 people, we were 1 of 2 tables in the place. The waitress seemed like she couldnt care less that we were there. Went long periods of time without getting another beer after the glass had run dry. Ordered food, waitress disappears, 30min later still no food. When questioned it turns out she forgot. We seemed like more a burden than a potential tip.The one redeeming element of the wait staff was Amber. She was a gem. Even after we had to witness another waitress yell at her for attending to the table that THAT waitress had been neglecting. Amber was amazing.

Best gift I every received from someone was a fitting @ Club Champion. I feel I was extremely lucky to get Rob as my coach for the day... He took so much time on evaluating my swing, letting me try so many different clubs and really talking to me to get to know my game and find out what I needed. I am 100% satisfied and in love with my new clubs and will definitely be back to see Rob if i ever need anything in my golf bag! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Richie was fantastic, i brought in my 9 year old and Richie was able to connect immediately with him and make the fitting process easy. He made a variety of recommendations and guided us through the process. Highly recommend taking your gifted kid here, when box store clubs are not always the right fit.

I went to Club Champion to have a new set of irons made because I have a non-union clavicle due to a motorcycle accident. Jay listens well and had at least 5 iron faces and different weight shafts for me to try, He worked with me for over an hour and a half and we finally got the combination that will give me the best results. I was a bit surprised but happy with what the results were. I cant wait to get them.

After going through many fittings in the past I was skeptical that this would improve my game, but boy was I proven wrong. I had the pleasure of sitting down with Evan, a fitter with club champion, where he explained to me that he could adjust clubs to match my swing and for the first time didnt ask me to change anything I was doing mechanically. It instantly took me from a 20 to a consistent 15 over the last 8 rounds and didnt even try and up sell me once through the whole session. Truly a personal, great experience. I will be a frequent visitor when it comes time to improve my game.

They have a 30’ wall of every driver and iron head you could ever dream of hitting and the shafts (and different lengths) to fit them with. It’s like a golfer’s candy store.Their customer service is also fantastic. I had a slight problem with and order and got a call from their corporate office on the next business day to alleviate the issue.

Worked on a full bag fitting (3.5 hours) with Evan. Was incredibly impressed with Club Champions ability to dial in on the optimizations. Evan was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the latest equipment, but about the mechanics of the golf swing. He made a small tweak to my grip pressure that got me hitting the ball more solidly than an equipment change ever could.The most unexpected part of the whole visit was the SAM putting fitting; learned a ton about my stroke, path and mechanics than I ever thought. Regardless of the brand, the service is designed to make you better. Highly recommended.

Im relatively new to golfing, and Ive been slowly building my bag for the last several months. I used a local (independent) shop for a fitting a few months ago but was unimpressed with the knowledge, expertise, and professionalism of this fitter. I did a lot of research and ended up looking very closely at Club Champion. I decided to book a fitting and I am very happy with the process from start to finish. Firstly, I booked online and received an email from the home office/HQ within minutes with info about available time slots. The speed of service indicated to me that Club Champion had invested time, money, and manpower on their customer service. I arrived at the shop early and was greeted without hesitation. The fitting was more akin to a professional consultation and as a new golfer I felt my needs and wants for the right equipment were at the forefront of my fitters mind and not $$$ (Dollar signs) Chuck was my fitter in Orlando and he was superb. He was patient and didnt rush at all. My hour long session creeped to 1.5 hours but he didnt flinch. What a professional! I will be returning to Club Champion for the rest of my bag and will recommend the shop to everyone I encounter. Nate
