A big shout out to Luis the store manager at the t-mobile in fashion square mall. Very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and explained things so they were easy to understand. Will definitely becoming back to this location for all my future needs.

Associates were very helpful through the process of upgrading my phone broke everything down and were very patient. You need something I recommend this location!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Luis(i believe was his name) really knows his stuff and is patient enough to explain it simply for customers. My wife asked A BILLION questions and he answered them all with a smile( assumed, he was wearing a mask). Multiple customers came in during our transaction and staff made sure everyone was help. Normally I dread going to the store to deal with anything to do with my phone plan, but I will happily go back to this Tmobile. Luis, the manager, took amazing care of me during my trade-in today. My family went to another Tmobile location to do the exact same trade in and they didnt get half the information about the phone and the options that Luis gave me. There was no pressure to buy anything I didnt need, but he gave me plenty of options for things that might be useful once I get my new phone.Everyone working at this store was so polite and helpful and I will absolutely go out of my way to go back to this location in the future.

This is truly a hidden gem, located in the Fashion Square Mall so it is not as busy as most stores. We were able to find the right plan and cell phone for our son without the long wait. I have been a customer for T-Mobile for many years now and the store in fashion square mall has by far the best customer service. I went in with my sister in law to change the screen protector to our phones and although we left with more than just that it was an overall good experience. Jose and Erika are the best!

My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones, and honestly couldn’t speak more highly of this establishment. Darren, who took care of us, was very informative, and not too pushy with anything which is always nice when dealing with retail stores. I attended the store for a outerbox for my phone and their playlist was playing it was very nice to hear everyday radio music versus elevator music it wasnt too loud nor provocative it was nice to hear familiar music customer service was great attitudes were pleasurable.....Great job keep up the great work!!!

I recently visited The Orlando fashion square mall, I had no intention of switching my service but they’re great energy pulled me in. Jennifer the manager is awesome, she’s super friendly and knows her stuff, the crew she has is awesome, they all have great customer service and all are willing to help each other out. The store is super clean well decorated and super inviting. I had T-Mobile and switched to sprint, happy I did it. Id give this store 10 stars if I could, I recommend you come to this store !!

Highly satisfied with the service. the store’s sales team is highly qualified, polite and efficient. I stayed at the store until my problem was solved. The store closes at 9:00 pm and the seller calmly and without any sign of restlessness remained until 10:20. I will never choose another place, I found efficiency and excellent professionals.

The service i got yesterday was more than amazing. The workers are super respectful and are all extremely great. I walked out with 3 iPhone and my bill still dropped. If you want reps that you can trust this is the place youd want to come to.
