Horrible sales people. They try to force you to buy their accessories or cases which I didnt want at all for commission sales. I came to this location Thursday around 6:30 04/08. The older sales lady with a face shield kept lying saying that its part of the promotion to sell me a case or accessory and that Im going to pay the same price no matter what. So I told I her I would get it and pay the price without the accessories or case then she refuse to sell me the phone by itself because she knew she was lying. People dont fall their deceitful aggressive business practices I get they have to make money by selling these accessories for commission but if a customer says they dont want it you cant force it on them to buy it. Another metro by t-mobile did this to me a while ago, when I looked at receipt I saw they charged me for it when they told me it was free. I went down the street 20 minutes later on the same day 04/08 to the Metro by T-Mobile store by oak ridge they sold me the phone without accessories or cases with no hassle and without being deceitful. I buy my own cases online for cheaper.

Pretty good customer service. When I walked in there was 6 customer service representatives, they all had customers but 1 then he finally decided to help us after I was trying to look at the back of a phone to see the camera and the alarm went off.. yeah everybody looked.

They really need to get some new phone cases, and accessories that dont have a 500% markup.How about some newer model phones. Because youre dealing with cash and carry customers dont mean you got to carry merchandise thats 2 years out of date.The customer service is ok need a bathroom for the customer.and Remember the motto at MetroPCSIs...... its not that easy!

I wouldnt recommend buying anything here but phone and service.I purchased a smart watch that never worked and they wouldnt return my money. ALL sales final says the staff.

Bad area st or centralized draws attention. Known robberies around the area. Actual story I side is nice with good attentive miltylaungual employees.

Ive had a bad history of breaking and losing my phones in the past, but this time Ive managed to keep my phone intact for over a year now. Metro pcs offers good deals and excellent service. Though I wish they had more cases for older samsung phones especially for my s6 since they stopped producing them. Wish I could get an s8 or s7 though.

Weather it was intentional or UN-intentionally, they robbed me out of a mail in rebate. I purchased two phones and was told they both qualify for a mail in rebate. I only planed to by one but thought what they heck Im paying next to nothing for both phones after the rebate....................................2 months later, and I receive a notice telling me that 1 of my rebates was declined due to the fact that their is only 1 rebate per account allowed. The guys at corporate claim they should have told me in the store. They handed me a sheet with instructions on it at the store no where on it did it say anything about 1 per account. The guy at corporate says the terms and conditions are on the back, but guess what the sheet they gave me is blank on the back, there are no terms or conditions. I called the store and now the story has changed. They got me good, fool me once............next time I know to ask. I fell like I was deceived and I am writing this so it will not happen to anyone else.

Tried too hard to sale me a plan AFTER I had advised him TWICE that I didnt need one.

Picked up a new phone and phone number from this particular company the number was always ringing with Bill collectors so I asked for a number change couple days later . I was told that I could not get it I think that’s very bad business customer service a number they chose for me and I couldn’t change .
