Next to impossible to contact the service department. Little to no warning of installation date. Installers were nice and hardworking but that is the only compliment I have for this company.Currently trying to contact service department to see when our front window will be finished as no one ever reached out to finish this. Caps need to be added to screws (had to be done after inspection I guess) and damaged stucco needs to be repaired as can be seen in the photo below.

I have sent several emails and called, and I have yet to receive a response. Last person I spoke with was Ashley, and she advised me to send her an email and she will have her manager contact me. She also took down my contact information and no one called me back regarding the issues below:1) water in coming into our home from the window side/first floor. It appears that the bottom plastic wasn’t cut correctly. I compared them to the other windows and they are cut with no openings (like the one that is leaking).2) caulking by the front windows wasn’t done correctly and needs to be finished.3) window on the second floor child’s bedroom is difficult to close/lock. This is very concerning because my child is only eight years old.

I requested a quote and the next day I had a tech (Cesar) over taking measurements at our house. Cesar arrived on time, was extremely thorough and very professional. He took the time to discuss the different options for our Historic property. Unlike other companies, the scheduling process was a breeze and we couldnt be more satisfied with the attention we received.

To say that I am disappointed with the service provided by Window World is a huge understatement. The problems experienced are too vast to adequately articulate in this post; however, suffice to say that the company ordered the wrong windows REPEATEDLY, communication was difficult and response by management has been underwhelming at best. Over five months after the order was placed, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. This is not due to Covid-19, but rather a result of incompetence in the office. The company even had the audacity to demand additional payment (we had already paid 50 percent of the total price) even though we are still missing a window and a door and they have not finished trimming out any of the windows. Because we did not agree to additional payment until the job was completed, they placed a lien on our property. The ONLY positive comment I have to offer is that the installer was extremely courteous and apologetic that he was unable to resolve the issue. I have tried to contact upper management, but apparently the company does not allow complaints to reach someone who can resolve them.

We ordered 3 windows last February, 5 months later they came, one broken two put in, one flawed so had to reorder 2 more windows. Finally they came, were installed, inspector came several weeks later, installed wrong. Had to have some one come to put in more screws, wait for inspector, he comes, everything right this time 👏now window world has to come to finish the trim work. Suppose to come two weeks ago, I had to cancel because I experienced vertigo, call them and let them know so they wouldn’t come out. Now I’ve called three times since then to get rescheduled, no one calls me back 🤦🏻. It’s almost October. We made the mistake of paying in advance, never do that again. The office staff is, to say the least, incompetent. I don’t recommend this company. I’m not sure I will live long enough to get this job completed. I envy the customers that received 5 star service. Glad we didn’t choose to do the whole house, we considered it. Good luck.

Once Window World gets your money, the service is poor. Windows installed in November 2020. Two windows were cracked. Returned in January window was not installed had to reorder. Returned in April window installed, off track. Service person said some one would call to inform me of inspection and when someone would have the part to repair window so it is on track. It is now May still have not heard from anyone. Never arrived on time. Office staff rarely answer phone and has never returned my calls when I left messages. Even sent email to corporate office, no response. Trying to get rebate from electric company, they only give you six month after installation and now it is after 6 months. Pay a little more and avoid the headaches . 0 stars.

Incredible job. Windows were on back order due to manufacturing delays, however still worth the wait. Windows look amazing and you can feel the difference. Best price in Florida.

11 months ago I hired Window world services .from the beginning, it was very late to come to my house and take the measures, then after 7 months they came to install the doors and the windows.The front door of my house were brought with a smaller measurement door I did not agree and called the office then an installation supervisor came and said that the measurements were incorrectly he take several photos and until today September 2, 2021 I am waiting for the door to be changed.Thats not fair for a client who pays so dearly for Window world services to get them to do a bad job, they have no professional ethics and I do not recommend that any client ask for the services.I received an answer today from Window world here in Google but my question is the following I need Window world to give me an answer on how we are going to solve the problem of my front door.Because I pay you the agreed price for the installation, Im already tired of talking to the receptionist and they dont do anything or give me an answer on how we are going to solve this problem.When a month goes by, they call me to come and do the inspection, but how are we going to do an inspection when they dont fix the door or even lock it because of the bad work they did.

Under warranty repair service today was excellent performed by Tony. He had to replace some hardware for a large window installed by Window World several years ago. Total cost to repair was 0 under their warranty coverage they provide. Very happy with office schedule and prompt repair. We live by UCF area for context.

When I ordered my windows to replace all of the originals in my home, the timeline was to be 9-12 weeks for the windows to arrive. In 4 weeks from ordering I received a call that the windows were ready and they were installed the next day! Impressive!

Had 4 windows installed on May 5, 2020 at a cost of around $3,000.00. I had used Window World in the past and was very pleased, NOT THIS TIME! After the installers were complete I reviewed each window even though I was told they were all inspected. I noticed a tear in one of the screens. Maybe an oversight BUT, not so sure now. I noted on the paper work and that day called. I was given a repair appointment for May 21st. They must have A LOT of repairs to have to wait 16 days on a NEW window repair. The 21st came .... no word, I called the office at 9:18 am to get a time window and was told should be this morning around lunch time. At 2:33 I called back as no word yet. This time I was I told I will check with Brendan (SP?) and get right back to you. 4:05, still not a word. Guess what, they are now closed. POOR customer service. I will have the screen re-screened myself. NOT a happy customer!!Update: This morning I received a call stating the technician was here yesterday morning, no one answered the door but the screen was repaired. First, I was home all day and have the Ring door bells so IF anyone came to the door it would have been recorded. (I have adjusted the view to capture that last window) I reviewed the videos for the day, no one came to the door. I looked at the screen and in was in fact repaired BUT not very well. The excess was not cut off properly and the screen does not fit properly on the bottom. You can see the light coming in, which means insects can get in, when I push it in, it seals but I cant hold in all day and night. THIS is why I asked to be home when the tech was here.

The quality of the windows and the installation work is excellent. I have used Window World Orlando on three occasions dating back to 2008 and I am very satisfied with the product and the professionalism of the installation crews. They provide a demonstration of all the features and explain how to obtain warranty service quickly for every window using its unique serial number.The front of my house is south-facing and it previously had single pane aluminum frame windows that transmitted a LOT of heat. In the afternoon with the sun hitting those windows directly the rooms in the front of the house were always 2-3 degrees warmer. After getting the Window World Low-e double pane vinyl frame windows installed, there is a dramatically lower and noticeable temperature difference. Even in the middle of the afternoon the rooms are comfortable and the windows transmit light but not infrared heat into the house. Quality windows are worth the price.The only issues I have had with Window World is the lead time between placing the order and the delivery of the windows. I ordered the windows (with a 50% deposit) in the second week of January but they were not ready for installation until late April. Each window is custom built to the exact dimensions and their factory has a significant backlog of work.

We are starting a major home renovation and not ready to install just yet. Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. They were a little early for the appointment and called to see if that still worked for us.

They installed all the windows in our home over a year ago. Since that day we have called and emailed saying they were installed wrong. They wont believe us and refuse to even send a supervisor out to inspect. We finally got them to ask for photos, but then tell us that it was to raise the window so we can put a seal underneath it. I dont know how you would do that and if they had to raise the window it was measured wrong. They still continue to tell us it is right. I had another company come out to inspect them and all they could do is laugh. Im now talking to a lawyer and hope to get this issue solved soon.

I am shopping around for windows and have not made a final decision yet, but Cesar from Window World just gave the most thorough presentation of all the companies Ive received quotes from (4 companies, so far). He inspected ALL the windows in my house and gave me honest opinions on what I should do. I think he presented fair prices and gave a full explanation of the process of buying new windows. Again, I am comparing prices so I havent decided on this company yet, but I had to post about the great service I received from Cesar.

I originally met with a sales rep by the name of Reed who was very informative and patient as I wasnt sure what I actually wanted in regards to style and service. I just relocated to Florida from Brooklyn and I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with kind people. After my initial quote I received a very courteous follow up call from Richard the Orlando store Manager. I want to give Richard a big shout out as he made feel so much more comfortable in the process and even re explained steps we would be taking to get my new home the windows they need. I received a quote from several window companies. Window World offered the best quality and a very fair price, including helping with reframing of some funky windows in our old house. Cesar was so nice to work with and went out of his way to meet my needs and answer my questions. I also loved that he brought a sample of a window so that I could see the product first hand. We are moving forward with having them replace almost all of the windows in our house. Ill post again after its complete. But for now, based off the quote/estimate process, I am excited to work with this company. Thank you Cesar!

Pros; Everybody is nice to your faceCons; First appointment to install windows, NO CALL and showed up 5 hours late just to tell me they dont have enough time to do the job that day. second appointment, NO CALL NO SHOW all day. After they have your money, the literally hold you hostage and disrespect you so much, they dont even care to call you to tell you they are not coming. We waited around all day thinking they would show up any second. When we called during the day, they confirmed we had and an appointment and said a manager will call us back but never did. We had to call them on Monday to ask for a Manager. They never returned our calls still. What a terrible experience. Our house was completely re-arranged so they could work on the windows for 14 days, fist appointment to completion. 3rd appointment, showed up two hours late and only took them 3 hours to complete the job. They had more than 3 hours left in the day when they showed up for the first appointment... Why is your customer service when scheduling/completing jobs so terrible Window World? Why do you hold people hostage after you take their money?

Purchased windows and sliding doors for another home, they did such a great job purchased windows for my new home.

Before you make your final payment, make sure you have everything resolved. Both of my sliding door screens were damaged. One so badly it was unusable. The installation was done 3 months ago.. Apparently the installer never reported it. When I call, if they answer, they are nice on the phone, but that is as far as it goes. NO SCREEN DOORS THAT I PAID FOR! The rest of the installation was fine but with no follow-up on their problems I must rate the a 1.

When the door was installed, the wrong screen color was brought out. I just figured ok it was a mistake. After calling 2 times they finally scheduled to come out and install the screen. When they came out the tech had the wrong screen size. Im going on 3 mths now, and I cannot get the screen installed. If you use them DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETELY DONE

Installer we professional and fast. They had my window fixed and cleaned up in less than 15 minutes. Only issue I had was how long it took from my initial repair request to when the work was done. It took several months to get my broken window fixed.

I was shown a Double Pain sample and since I only lived on a one story, there is no need to have windows tilt in for cleaning. That is why the Double Hung was created back in the 80’s.On the sample they showed me, salesman in training and The Sales Manager went over what I wanted.I was a Sales Manager for a Window and Door store in N.J. I am familiar with Vinyl Replacement to custom Marvin and motorized shading systems.I reviewed with both salesman that that on difference between a Single Hung and Double Hung was, top Sash did not tilt in and 1/2 screen, and was very specific about the safety latches on the model would also be on a Single Hung Window.No where in the literature does it state any difference.They wanted to come and put window stops on the window, although they never had done this before and the picture they sent was into a wood window. I believe that they should try a Mock Up, they refused and want to experiment on my windows.You either make this right or give me a credit for not installing the product properly.I called Elizabeth about this, nothing for over a week, then sends a email that Single Hung does not have safety locks. Now they say it’s common knowledge, so why did Elizabeth not just tell me that day when I had single hung.Fine your salesman made a mistake, you need to stand behind this and either Mock up or credit me accordingly.

Every detail was either at or above expectations. Window quality is great. Representative was courteous, polite and professional. The installation crew arrived on time and completed the job well. The only traces of Window World personnel were our new windows and the dent in my bank account from paying for them. But I could not be anymore satisfied.

The quote he gave me was almost 1/4th of what the first company quoted me.Now I just hope Window World will do a good job installing my new sliding glass door and windows.Note: I will not know about the quality and installation services until installation is done.

Well, I havent had anything installed yet, but Cesar was wonderful when he came out to explain all our options. Honestly, his kind demeanor and professionalism is a big reason Im sold on using Window World.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I waited 4 months for my windows and had to take an entire day off of work to be home for the installation. They were 5 hours late showing up. No call to tell me they were going to be late. I made several calls to the office to get an ETA. The office staff were super unprofessional. Would not answer the phone. Would not respond to my emails. They did finally arrive (5 hrs late) but I do not recommend this company. I am floored as to how I was treated while I sat and waited for them to show up.

Sales person was great, everything from then on is a cluster. Was told two days, took three, still waiting on screens to be repaired that were damaged during installation. Nails throughout yard and pool after their clean up, nails left in our carpets throughout the house. No one wants to fill out Duke rebate form, inspection never scheduled after speaking to them multiple times and being told it was. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a company that values you and your time. Window World is cheaper but you’ll be happy to deal with less headaches elsewhere I’m sure.

We used Window World fo replace our old builder windows and couldn’t be happier. The installers did a great job and our new windows look fantastic!

Price was competitive. Quality was better than expected. They repaired within a week a few window sills that were cracked during removal and installation. Installers were professional. Home is much quieter now. Very satisfied.

I ordered window shutter for my home in May. I set up appointments for installation 8 times, from multiple no shows, showing up without the shuttler to be installed to now wrong size of shutters twice, it has been a disappointment and poor service. I am still waiting for a call from the manager that is supposedly extremely mad at the situation. It is October 12 and the installation is not complete.

Completed and paid for my order on May 9th. My windows were installed in mid July, although the installers broke one window, and my sliding doors came in with the wrong size trim kit. I also paid extra for my large sliding windows to be laminated, which one set came in correct, the other was wrong. Placed reorder for windows and door kit at that time. We were told for months, they should be here, and then were told well we dont know what actually is coming in until the truck gets here and we unload it, because of Covid. Here it is mid November and we just got them installed. (Kind of) The sliding door screen came in wrong, again, and as you can see by the pictures this is what my octagon turned out looking like. I spoke with my Sales guy, which spoke with the installation manager, and they assured me that everything would be taken care of. The installation crew showed up today to, FINALLY, complete the job and again, wrong size screen and the crew didnt bring a ladder or anything to fix the octagon window, because they were not communicated what was needed. I keep getting told that they are getting it taken care of, but I have been in limbo with my windows since July. I gave them chance after chance and have been very understanding and patient throughout this entire process, but geez I am at a point that I just want this over with.Update: Two more crews have come, since I originally posted this a little over two weeks ago and still no screen door and the trim is still not fixed. Every time they show up, they bring the wrong screen and state that no one told them anything about the octagon issue. This is getting very ridiculous. Customer Service at its best...Update 2: Finally got the screened installed, (right before Thanksgiving) still no answer on the octagon being fixed. The install Manager claimed he would get this taken care of and here we are (December 8th 2020) and I have received no calls from anyone on an update. Round 6, maybe 7, I cant keep up at this point.

They came out in early February to install windows. They were here the entire day and asked me to sign a paper saying that everything was completed to my satisfaction after dark. I explained that I could not sign as I could not inspect the job in the dark. The guy told me I had to sign anyway but I could write notes. Long story short they had broken a windowsill and tried to hide it. They had broken one of the brand new windows and had to install it anyway. They assured me a replacement would be ordered right away. After numerous phone calls over the course of a week I finally spoke with somebody and found out that no replacement had been ordered. I was told one would be available in 4 to 8 weeks. It is now 3 1/2 months later and I sit here waiting past the schedule time that they were supposed to arrive to fix the broken window. There was also stucco and interior wall damage that was fixed a couple weeks after I spoke with someone. Many of the screens had gaps so someone had to come “fix” those. One of the frames was bent during install and requires replacement so the screen will fit correctly. It usually involves multiple phone calls, with no callbacks and me calling again and again until someone answers to speak to someone. To get them to finally return my call and schedule this follow up visit I had to file a claim with BBB. I have had to be home from work four different days and hopefully today will be the last for the job to be complete. Hopefully it will pass the cities inspection. There are a few employees that are the exception but the majority have been unprofessional and downright rude. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

The sales presentation was excellent and the products themselves are just fine. However, the office personnel leave everything to be desired. We have made over five phone calls to them to ask questions but only have been able to leave voice mail messages for them to call back, but so far no responses to any of our messages. Once we called at 3:50 and was asked to hold. We held, and at 4:00 were told “We are closed now”. This type of customer service is totally uncalled for. I do not know if I can recommend this company.

We have spent over $7000+ with them on window repairs. It’s been 12 weeks waiting on one very small replacement window they installed that was damaged. Damaged window was left unsealed in window frame. No communication and no return phone calls. No one will give me a manager name or phone number to escalate the issue. Extremely disappointed. I will not use this company again.I have since called 5x and constantly get a voicemail! It’s under Whitney Albert. You have received multiple calls from us and now it’s been 16+ weeks! Of course the window has already been paid for in full too! I have since contacted my lawyer because apparently no one knows where the window is and no one returns the phone calls or answers the phone.

Ive had these windows now for approximately 1 year. The initial installation and customer service was fantastic. Zero complaints on that end.Now fast forward to today. Ive had 5 windows of the 11 windows replaced already due to defects with the energy seals failing and the window glass becoming discolored. They speak highly of their lifetime guarantee, however, what they dont tell you is the absolute nightmare it is trying to get a hold of someone in the service department. No matter how many times you call with voice messages left, no one ever returns your call.They also dont tell you itll take up to now 12+ weeks to get a window replaced. They also dont tell you itll take another month just to get a service person to come out to replace that window.My last service call was for a large window in which the window frame warped and would no longer lock. 12 weeks later it arrived at the facility. 4 weeks later they finally sent a service tech to install it. However, said service tech was unable to install the window himself due to the size. A note was made on the paperwork to send two techs for the install. 1 month later with 4 phone calls with messages left, I still have a large window sitting in my living room with no response from Window World. Im also now looking at the large window attached next to it, and low and behold that window in warping as well.Personal opion, read the latest reviews from customers and stay far away. Their service has completely gone to the dumps post covid and their products fail. Dont get sucked into the lifetime warranty like the most of us did.

Attention...run away. After a very poor installation leave gap bigger then legal 1/4 inch and fail the inspection they send me the claim lean. Attention they not seal the windows with foam how they have to, everything around the window is empty they gest cover with the plastic and seal it, they sell me argon gas windows, all the windows have a screw between windows, how is possible? Look on the inspection. I heve to meat them on court, if there is other people have same problem we have to take actions.

Window World did an excellent job installing my new windows. I had 8 Windows, 3 Sliding Glass doors and an Entry door installed. I figured it would take a couple of days to do the work but the crew was in and out in one day. The crew of 4 worked expertly and efficiently to complete the job. I am most pleased with the results.

We have not had any problems with Window World. Used them 4 years ago, and using them again for other windowreplacement.Sales people are not high handed. They explain the product, show the windows insides, tell how it is constructed and give you a price with a life time warranty.They are not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. We believe that the product, craftsmanship, installation and warranty are worth the price.And peace of mind is the most important, and has no price.

It has been about a year since I decided to have new windows installed and the process is still not finished. They didnt measure correctly, damaged parts, and more. Each time, I was put at the back of the line to have the correct replacements built. The window installation took 1.5 days to complete and between the days, they left an opening in my wall and water came through and damaged my drywall. They also left a mess with screws and caulk around my house. I would not recommend this company.

Ken at Window World has been great to work with. Easy, nice, walked us through the entire process - start to finish. He put up with us changing our minds (more than once!) - and we appreciate his patience and hard work!

I asked for a quote, fairly large job, 18 windows and 2 sliding doors. Salesman told me he did not make appointments after 3 and not on weekends which did not fit my schedule. The 3 other companies that did quote did it exactly on my timeline. One of them was awarded the job. They obviously did not want the business.

The field is very competitive so it will be a difficult decision but Window World is in the top tier

Installation only took 3 hours. I had 4 windows replaced and what a difference it has made. It took a long time to have the windows Made. Several Months but they are exact and they Fit like a glove. A sales person the name Mark did everything in this power to not close this deal, even that we have 100 % financing trough his company and Wells Fargo he was asking 50 % at front after that he refuse yo drive extra miles to have the paperwork signed by the owner of the property . He had actitud and he was very prepotent it seems to be like he forgot he will pay by us. Very rude and unprofessional. Seriously with employees like him make the customer feel we are in a 3th world country with a lack of business éthic and customer services .I will never recommend this company as a matter fact only negative works will describe how this company make me feel even know when I was trying to give them the a job.Unbelievable it !!!No even try to call they put you in hold for years after all take your mss and never call you back!I hope this Conpany get out of Bussiness soon!Is an insult to be called american company!

Do yourself a favor and read all the 1 star reviews carefully. You will see the same issues repeated so frequently that it is impossible to just write them off as disgruntled customers. For us, this was a miserable experience pretty much from start to finish. The salesperson was knowledgeable when he came out to see us in July 2020, although he was late by ~45 minutes (he did call though) We signed a contract for ~$8.7K for sunroom windows, and paid 50% on August 4th. I was told then that it would take 6-8 weeks. Everything went downhill from there. Multiple visits to measure and re-measure, followed by ~8 months of waiting for them to finally arrive and be installed. Monthly phone calls where I was told that they would be there any day and even once when I was told they would definitely arrive by a certain date (they didnt) I was often put on hold, and eventually disconnected, and not able to get through again. The contract they use makes it very difficult to cancel after a few days, even though I wanted to after being given the runaround for months. At one point I was offered (and accepted) a small discount for the delay, but it never showed up on my final invoice (I insisted and they finally relented) The installers arrived late (2 hours) and ended up finishing the work in the dark. I was pressured into making a final payment before I could even inspect the work in the daylight and before it was passed by the building inspector (I didnt) The windows look OK (Im still cleaning caulk off the glass) but certainly not worth the ordeal that comes with dealing with this company. There is a reason they have a 1 out of 5 star customer review on the BBB web.
