We had a garage spring break on a Saturday night. Jereme at Garage Doctor of Orlando came out the next day on a Sunday morning and promptly resolved the issue. He did a full inspection and even recommended some regular maintenance we could do ourselves. The service was great, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We definitely recommend and would call him again with any garage issues.

Garage Doctor of Orlando has great customer oriented service is highly recommended. They are honest workers who are making a living but help people as much as they can. I called very distraught because the previous owners garage door repairman had done a bad job of repairing the top panel and it had broken again. Highly recommend this company for your garage door repairs! I had just purchased a home and was having trouble getting the garage to learn a new remote. I thought the receiver was dead which would have been a costly repair and another company probably would have immediately recommended a new opener. However, Jereme inspected the unit and determined that it worked fine and that the remote was simply incompatible. He then told me what to buy and even sent a link to a YouTube video he made that walks through the remote programming process. Fantastic service!

I called with a garage repair issue figuring it would be the next day or so before they came out, but it was actually the same day. Very detail oriented and very straight forward with information. Everything was completely fixed and in great shape now. Definitely would recommend.

With a last minute call, these guys came out and did a great job repairing my garage door springs. I contacted a couple of other repair offices just to get a quote and no other shop was able to provide me with a close enough ballpark. The Garage Doctor of Orlando team gave me a to the penny quote and then came out within a couple of hours at the end of the day and took care of the door with maintenance as well as warranted! Please be sure customers are aware of your service fee. I was not. Most companies charge, so not a big deal, but I felt like it was sprung on me after I said the quotes were too high to fix a 15+ year old unit. I had listed my home for sale and my garage door would close but not open regularly. I needed it to work for home showings and to make my seller disclosure form truthful. My garage door malfunctioned after accidentally closing on a box, and could not be lowered. The Doctor (Jereme) responded promptly to my call on a Friday evening and came over to my home within 30 minutes! He quickly diagnosed the issue (detached cable), the steps needed for the fix, and gave me an estimate for the repairs. The estimate was entirely fair, and additionally he offered a discount to me as an educator. Lovely! He worked quickly and got everything working well again -- also advising me on further maintenance to keep the door ship-shape on my own. After a week of having my warranty company send out shady repair men and trying to self diagnose the issue I reached out to Garage Doctor of Orlando. I actually called around 1am to leave a message and was in shock when Jereme picked up and was able to setup an appointment for the morning. There were a few simple issues to fix and a few curve balls during the repair but Jereme and his colleague kept me updated on the status and were upfront and transparent with information including on price. I cant say enough good things about these guys. They know what they are doing and have exceptional customer service. If you have any garage needs you have to call Garage Doctor of Orlando first!

Garage Doctor is a great reliable company and the best in town for garage installations and maintenance. Jeremy is passionate about what he does, and strive to make his customers satisfied. Garage doors arent normally something you think about on a daily basis. You expect them to just work. But when something went wrong, Garage Doctor was super quick in coming out within 5 hours to inspect the problems, discuss the solutions, and implement the final repairs. The technicians were extremely professional, cared about the quality of the results, and explained everything in extreme detail.

While he was very friendly on the phone, he was clearly trying to capitalize on a chance to overcharge. I paid $50 for him to come to my house to diagnose my garage door. Other companies offer free consultations and a quote. He gave me a preliminary quote over the phone of $130 to replace two rollers (that cost $7 a piece). But when he examined my garage door he saw that the spring was broken, which quickly escalated his estimate to over $500 to do the work. This is an outrageous assessment. I later found that other companies advertise that same work for around $175. Way overpriced. I chose not to do business with him.

GREAT company, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and my door was up and running. If you need your garage door repaired, this is the company to call. They care and clearly take pride in what they do. They explained everything before they began the work and also made suggestions as to other upgrades I should consider making in the future. No pressure, just gave me options for keeping my garage door working at its best. I will be having them return next month to do the additional work. Very professional and personable! Jereme and Ken responded to my call within an hour and the repairs (broken springs) were done within another hour. There was never an attempt to up sale any additional items. They wouldnt sell me the springs stating that I would get hurt unless Im a contractor. Ive been installing garage doors for over 30 yrs until I retired. The guy told me to go back to where I worked and get springs then he hung up the phone.
