Worst customer service, I have called the brand manager 3 times to receive not one call back. I run a very high end bar and find it hard to believe that for 4 weeks one of their brand managers from Fdc can’t find the time to service his accounts with some sort of professional urgency. If you can get you beer elsewhere do yourself a favor otherwise your going to have to update your menu often !!!

I chose this company based on a recommendation. They came and took care of our door. There were some issues after, so I called them back and had them come out to fix it. They came the next day, took apart the door, added some reenforcements, did some custom work and replaced the overhead door closer again and boom, problem was fixed. Scott took his time to adjust the closer to make sure the door is working perfectly, and now it works like a charm. Great guys, hard workers. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for any future problems! !! !
