Amazingly delicious. Freshly made authentic Greek puffs. They have the best coffee and ice cream too. It’s Located in Florida mall. You need to come check it out.This time we ordered the Hazelnut biscotti puffs. This is the small portion by the way and it’s HuGE !

Looks great but taste is not impressive at all. They chocolate topping helped to make it softer but the actual puff is just not that tasty. Took so long to chew, felt like as if I didn’t have teeth. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The doughnuts are good. I ordered 6 classic & 6 apple cinnamon (both vegan options). The classic was dope. Def will be back for that -but probably only that.The apple cinnamon joints basically are the classic but with a drop of cold applesauce on it. This could be better. However, the classic is good enough on its own to warrant coming back literally everytime I am in Orlando. Mandatory sweet tooth pitstop. 👌

This place is delicious! You can definitely tell everything is made fresh and the staff were all super nice. Prices were also pretty reasonable. Such a cool place we loved it!

Mr. Puffs Orlando is SO tasty!! My friend and I visited after hearing about this new foodie destination on TikTok. We were impressed to say the least. These staff were friendly and enthusiastic and ready to answer all of our questions as first time visitors. They told us all about the menu and their favorite dishes. Cailinn and Janely we especially helpful and friendly. They even made a fresh, hot batch of puffs for us to enjoy. We will definitely be visiting again! 😋

Much better than what I expected! The donut have a nice crispy layer to them and are nice and fluffy inside. I would say to get the ice cream combo bc its more than enough for 1 person. All the donut boxes have so many and theyre so sweet that idk how someone could eat them all.

Truly amazing and delicious pastry from such a little business. Not only was it an amazing treat but the customer service from two of the employees was superb. There names were Armani as well as Alexis and they truly made the process of ordering from the menu and to witnessing my order being freshly made was amazing. Employees deserve to be recognized just as much as the food and my utmost respect to them for creating a splendid experience here.

Delicious! The Puffs are kind of cross between a doughnut and funnel cake. We got the tray with 5 Puffs topped with double chocolate and soft-serve ice cream topped with dark chocolate shell.

Stopped by on a whim and we were completely blown away. The puffs were tasty and crunchy yet soft, and they make them fresh when you order! We got the birthday cake and cinnapuff puffs and both were absolutely amazing!

This is an amazing treat after a long walk through the mall. I love all the options you can choose for flavors and the fact that they let you mix and match is so great. I wish I lived closer so I could go more frequently.

Mr. Puffs is located outside of the Florida Mall. If you are trying to find it in the food court, youll have to exit the food court and turn left and a short walk. Staff greeted us immediately and we settled on the Chocolate Milk Shake because the puffs were a bit on the expensive side.Chocolate Milkshake: 1/5, it tasted so artificial, I did not like or enjoy it at all. It was very tart and I dont think they used real ice-cream because they only offer froyo. I did not enjoy it and definitely do not plan to return because it was just too expensive and the value was not good.

A fun dessert and coffee place just outside, but still attached to, the Florida Mall. Ive had it bookmarked for awhile after seeing other Yelpers post reviews and pictures. It was relatively empty when we went in but it was midday on a weekday. We were greeted right away and they gave a large menu behind the register bay, along with paper ones.Staff was helpful and friendly. Youll order at the counter top and they prep it and hand your order to you at the end of the counter. They have a fun picture back drop and social media photo op, so definitely check that out!The puffs are delicious! Definitely eat them warm!! Im curious to try one of their coffee next time! They do combo meals so maybe that option.Overall: A+Fun dessert option at the mall! Get some warm puffs!

I come here at least once a week to get my fix. Cookie and cream Olympus is my favorite. The manager is always very sweet He always says welcome back 😂

Was at the mall and decided to stop by. Glad I did. The “puffs” were amazing! Larger than a donut hole and not thick and cake-like. A little crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. And I love the variety of toppings. Will definitely go back to try more.

We only had a sample while walking but it was delicious! After we ate somewhere else we walked back and they were closed unfortunately but we will be back tomorrow! 😁

Eat them quickly, they do not hold well. Not that they are worth eating hot, flavorless and not filling. Go to the Churro place for an actual dessert or if you need some ball shaped dessert, go get munchkins from Dunkin. Im just glad I used that Groupon to not pay full price. Id zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that.

First impression always counts and JUSTIN didn’t let that change go by. I was passing Florida mall and I saw the sign, I come here often but I haven’t seen this place. Went to try it and instantly fell in love with it. When I got my donuts I got a little sad cause I expected them to be a little warm but they were solid cold. I told the lady in there but she said that they were fresh from 5 minutes ago. Justin step in and without hesitation provided me with fresh ones saying “ they are meant to be fresh always, I apologize for that “. This man deserves good recognition and you guys are doing an amazing job having him outside for that 10 second conversation we had when I got my sample was what made me buy them, not because of food, but by the interaction we had, didn’t made me feel like “ just another costumer “ but like a friend. 🤝

This place is very good and Ill go back. However, there was a strong, funky smell inside. Perhaps, the cleaners theyre using. That was very off-putting.

I just went there this morning after watching a TikTok last week. I got a small order of puffs which came with 12 puffs for under $9. I didn’t want anything too sweet so I got half honey and cinnamon and half plain. The girls running the counter were SO nice and helped suggest toppings that were not too sweet for me. I ended up just going with plain and they were able to accommodate that for me. Don’t fret for all you out there who have a sweet tooth. This place will not disappoint.The puffs were so good! Light and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was delicious and in can’t wait to go back.For Covid, they had plexiglass, hand sanitizer stations, and mask.

It was my first time here, and I was not disappointed!! The puffs were fresh out of the fryer, and were warm and melted in my mouth. I got the sugar cinnamon which was definitely a good choice. I got their iced mocha latte and it was incredible- way better than popular chain coffees! They sell the coffee grounds for pretty cheap, so I had to get some for home! The staff were so nice and informative, and treated my friend and I with so much hospitality! 10/10 for sure! Will be coming back!

We have been here two times and each time is a pleasure. The staff are so friendly, eager to help, and super accommodating. Both times weve tried their icecream, iced coffees, and dessert puffs. There are so many combinations and the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend to those who have a sweet tooth that they want to satisfy.

We loved the experience of Mr Puffs mini donuts, they were delicious! We took the whole family to try it out and there was a flavor for everyone.My personal favorites are the Ferrero Rocher which is hazelnut chocolate and the cinnamon sugar, but they have many others that are good too.My son likes the oreo cookies and cream and my wife likes the strawberry shortcake. Either way you will find a delicious treat !!

Ive been going to mr puffs ever since they opened (I work at tmobile across from the place) and the food is always good but I must say the service has gone down ever since Alex the old manager left. I remember the old crew and they were always so nice and it made everyone from my store feel like family whenever anyone of us went to visit. As of lately we havent gone as much just because of the service but we all miss Alex and hope hes doing well !

Just ordered a batch for my family with Chocolate Hazelnut, Cinnamon and Sugar, and Cookies and Cream drizzle. In a word... WOW! Their customer service is really great; they followed up with me confirming the Doordash order and drizzles we wanted. Theyve got close to a dozen flavors that can be combined. Give them a try!

I’ve gone twice now and the only good things were the donuts themselves. None of the employees wear their mask correctly, and I even witnessed one come from the back, wipe his nose on the back if his hand, and then continue working with the food. Also, I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake, and when i received it, it was the literal consistency of something like heavy cream. Wasnt milkshake consistency at all. Very sad seeing as it wasn’t that cheap.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Never had a donut so fluffy & vegan to put the icing on the cake. Some topping are a little too sweet for my taste but to eachs own. I definitely recommend!

Warm puffs of vegan dough balls with an assortment of flavored syrups. What could be better? Adding a dipped soft serve ice cream cone.

They serve the coffee cold when you order hot coffee because dont heat the milk and you try to explain to the employee to heat the milk and he dont do nothing bad service.

Honestly, the food is great. The donuts are amazing, but the lack of COVID-19 safety measures is a real turn off. Employees barely wear their mask correctly and the manager does not enforce it at all. He even walks around with his mask hanging on his chin.If they can’t follow simple mask regulation, it puts into question their other sanitary practices.

These are addictive!!! Soooooo good. 🤪 plus the team has great energy and the DM John was awesome. Puffs are always fresh And they have VEGAN options. I’ll be visiting often. Seriously a must have.

I heard about this place from TikTok. The person who made the tiktok made it seem like it was a must have. I had it but didn’t like it. The line was extremely long & service was slow. The prices are expensive for mediocrity.
