Update: The company has reached out to me and are attempting to reestablish a good business relationship. They were very apologetic about my experience. Communication has improved tremendously. I am cautiously optimistic thus far and will therefore change my rating based on their adjustments to business performance.Most of my dealings with Impress Ink were with Mike. I dont know what exactly his relationship is with the company but as he is one of their representatives....this companys customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! They do not care about small business and they make it obvious. They will make you feel like you and your questions, e-mails, follow ups are a burden. You will have to follow up with them if you want to know anything about the progress of your order because they will rarely ever communicate with you. When they finally do, they rarely address what you emailed them for in the first place. Communication and correspondence are not on their priority list. There is also no quality control. They expect YOU to be the professional and know how to do everything so that the product you ordered comes out good quality, and if it doesnt, its somehow your fault. Oh, and good luck getting your money back or coming up with a financial solution to their mistake. Its like pulling teeth. You will receive better customer service at McDonalds on days when their ice-cream and coffee machines are down and they ran out of fries and buns.

Mike and the gang over at Impress ink were an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely accommodating. They were able to give us the shirt design that WE wanted- and desperately needed. I had a project for an organization in the Caribbean that needed to be completed and shipped for Mothers Day. I met with Mike to discuss the project and timeline. After submitting the images and reviewing the job, I agreed to give Impress Ink the job. I was very pleased with the result. The only issue I had was with the proof. Unfortunately, it was sent to an incorrect email address and I was not notified in time to get the project completed by the original delivery date. As a result, I paid an additional $25 for shipping to guarantee delivery for Mothers Day.

Have been working with impress ink and specifically Mike Cho for over six months and have had smooth interactions and good quality products the entire time. This is the best printer Ive ever worked with and plan to be here for a long time.

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED…I received a last minute phone call from a local trade show promoter informing me he had a last minute vendor cancellation and asked me if I wanted to fill the vacant space. This was a good show and one I have exhibited at before so I accepted the offer. Only one problem. I now had less than a week (5 business days) to produce some new product for the show. I contacted Mike and Matthew at ImpressInk and they suggested picking their 3 day turnaround service in order to have the product finished in time. The only catch was if they shipped the productto me in West Palm Beach from their location in Orlando via UPS I would risk not receiving the product on time. Thankfully, they suggested I drive up a day early and they would push production to complete early enough in the day to allow me to drive back down to West Palm Beach intime for me to set up for the trade show. Not only did Impressink pull it off but I made the show in time. The merchandise they made for me was very good the colors all matched and the embroidery on the ball caps was superb. The gold thread matched the ink on the t-shirts and the best part was I sold out everything I brought to the trade show in the first 4 hours. Since then I have already re-ordered with ImpressInk and Matthew worked with me to add more colors and selection to what I offer for my brand. If opportunity knocks and that opportunity puts you in a pinch for needing quality goods in a timely manner, you can rely on and trust the team at ImpressInk.

NEVER COME HERE!!! I asked for one simple shirt, just a gray one with bold white text on the front and back. The first shirt comes back with nice text but the press burnt a brown square into the shirt on the front and back. I asked for a re-do and they tried to explain that it was normal for the shirt to be discolored. It most certainly is not normal to burn a shirt when printing simple white text. The second time the shirt wasnt burnt but the text was faded and was not pressed for long enough. The people that work here are not professionals and I would rather spend double the money on a good shirt rather than whatever hot garbage they produce here.

This was my second order with Impress Ink, and I have to say that you folks are a great team! If there is anything that could be better, I would say that the density of the printed ink on the womens t-shirts could have been a little darker (mens are good), as the print on the shirts look slightly washed-out. However, I dont think that it warrants a do-over. I dealt with Arianna both times. She made the process very simple and easy, and she always provided outstanding customer service!Thank you!

These folks are really easy to work with as well as receptive to changes on design and art. I ordered multiple sized Gildan Soft Tees screen printed and embroidered ball caps. The quality is excellent and shipping rates are reasonable. I look forward to my next order.
