I was so excited to receive my husbands and I design logo on our shirts for our business so we talked to his wife. We paid shook hands and exchanged smiles thinking our product would come easy and nice. But instead we get unprofessionalism, inconsistent on product deadlines, no follow through on receiving the pdf for the logo and the shirts . Unable to reach either of them on the phone when they claim they would call back or answer anytime on updates for my order . We then visited the store and he had no idea of what was going on in his own store. Then when we brought it to his attention of the status of our order in dealing with his wife which the due date was already late a whole month. He claimed he had no idea on anything we talked about with his wife and mentioned she never discussed our order with him period. He then got snippy with my husband when my husband mentioned how his wife and company was treating us unprofessionally and unfairly. He then proceeded to write a check to give the money back and said to my husband I dont want anyone with your attitude in my store . We were shocked and disappointed we wanted to do business with him so we then mentioned back that we just wanted him to know what happened he then asked me to tell his wife in a letter about what we discussed instead of him talking to her on how she messed up the order himself. I obviously laughed at the no communication between the two so called owners and he claimed he was going to make it right by giving us two polo shirts with our company logo and names in a week . In a expected fashion its been two months and we received yet again nothing. Dont know how they are still open but I would not recommend this unprofessional duo to anyone period.
