My family and I were excited to go to this event. We registered ahead of time and then showed up 15 minutes early the day of the event. No one was there and the address was misleading as well as the flyer. I only discovered that this event was put on by 395 Shirts. I believe it was a farce and a cruel joke since we were really looking forward to this. It has been a hard year financially and health. Just cruel and they should go out of business for this false advertisement.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I swear this is front for a ponzy scheme. There is no way they stay in business with the level of service they provide. Its saddening. I came to them with a vision for a project and gave me the wrong proof 3 times and printed the shirts in the wrong color. Failed to f/u to correct it. If you buy from here, youve been warned. Any positive comments on here must be their relatives.

I came into this store with an emergency. I was in need of shirts the next day for a huge event I was having. 395 shirts calmed me down and assisted me with getting over 100 shirts done very fast. I am so thankful to find fast, professional, local, and affordable all in one. This is now my go to place first! Thank You for your great assistance. My team and I really appreciate it.

I had a great product experience with 395shirts, but the communication amongst clients and workers need work. I found a number of times I may speak with X but the information is not shared with Y or Z. Causing one to have too repeat the same information several times, and receive different conclusions each time. The work they completed for us was outstandingly impressive and they offered us the best price.

Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They do not return calls nor did they do the job I paid for. They sent workers out who put a sign over top of a old sign so my barbershop sign looks terrible. I’ve called for 2 months and it still hasn’t been fixed. Whenever they did send a worker out he didn’t have a ladder or the proper size sign for my business. Worst place ever! I’m filing a complaint and would never recommend these terrible people.

After dealing with this company on my first occasion I would no longer be coming back due to the lack of professionalism. We ordered some shirts for our Non-profit event and when we got the shirts back all of them were not done right after bringing it to their attention they denied us and told us to keep them and we could buy new ones if we had an issue. The shirts were not all done on time and had our leaders wearing volunteer shirts. Being in the customer service industry for over 10years I couldnt believe they would even reply in such disgust. We will be moving our business else where with individuals who care about their customers.

Carolyn is so incredibly helpful. Awesome service at affordable prices. We are buying t-shirts and signs. Working on a wrap for the delivery car too.

They didnt have the shirts ready for the day, but were responsible and we were able to have shirts for the day we needed

Great experience, I was very impressed with the turnaround time and professionalism.Not only did my shirts look fantastic, but my vehicle wrap as well.I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future.

They took my tshirt order but couldnt be bothered to put it on the board for production so the order was never completed. No resolution and no return calls after they mess up. Even though theyre not accredited with the BBB, Ive filed a complaint and suggest others do the same. Its unprofessional to ignore customer issues.

@395 Shirts, service does come with a smile. If you are hoping to get your order on time? Better luck waiting for the second coming of Jesus. I wasted my time with these guys not once, but gave them (2) two chances within a year to get some shirts and yards right. If you revel in receiving poor quality products, un-returned phone calls, and emails, give em your hard earned money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY DEFINITELY WONT BE AROUND FOR MUCH LONGER. ALSO THE TWO PEOPLE BELOW ME ARE ACTUAL EMPLOYEES AND THEIR REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FALSIFIED.

Bad service did not have my things on time. called multiple times completly leaving me hanging. was supposed to have things done for an event and showed up a month later. gave material for embroidery and did not still have not got it done and he has not gotten my materials back.

It’s been 2 weeks that I left my product for a quote in the store. the store is closed every time I come to get my product back. They dint answer the phone and dont call me back.
