We had the place to ourselves which was nice. I took my daughter and a few of her friends for her birthday. They didnt have much to choose from at the time which was a disappointment. The women helping us were nice even though sometimes I felt like I was bothering them when we asked for more color. But now when I went back to pick up our Pottery, which looks great by the way, I noticed they have lots of things they didnt have before. But overall we had a good time.

UPDATE. Shortly after this post the items arrived by mail, undamaged. I received a response from the owner explaining that they are “understaffed and overbooked”. In the end my kid got her stuff and was proud to share the gifts she made with family and friends, so i amended my review. ***What a disappointment. My daughter participated in the summer camp two months ago. We STILL have not received any of the items she created. In two months no one bothered to communicate with me about the delay. Only when i called last month was I was told it would be in two weeks. I waited and yet still no updates on the status of her items. The staff will not respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone and you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full. Sadly, this was not my first visit. It used to be a nice, family fun place. Unfortunately, the service has declined to the point that I had to warn other parents- do not spend your money here!

Visited today! They were kind enough to squeeze us in at 7pm, and Im embarassed to say we left a few minutes after closing. Poor planning/timing on our part but the employees were kind and helpful from the moment we walked in, and were patient with us. We had a great time and Ill be coming again-- much earlier in the day!The selection of ceramics was impressive and included a lot of very cute, funky pieces as well as nice simple options. The size of the pieces ranges from about a deck of cards to a basketball. Id say there were pieces to appeal to any age, and a bunch of holiday things like jack-o-lanterns and a little sleigh. If youre looking to make a unique gift or something special for home, you can find something here! Just make sure you time it right, because turn-around is a few weeks. Not a bad wait by any means, just good to keep in mind if youre making something for an occasion.My mom had a lot of trouble finding the location but its pretty easy to spot if you look for teal awnings! The signboard isnt particularly flashy but the business is definitely listed alongside a dance studio and a handful of other businesses. SACP is up a short stairway on your right, which has sturdy railings but not very good lighting in the the evening. There was plenty of parking.TL;DR✅ Super✅ Awesome✅ Cool✅ Pottery

It was super cool. Super awesome. They really explained the process really well. While we were painting, a class was going on at the same time. The teacher was explaining everything really well and was super patient. I cant wait to get our creations.

I took a potters wheel class here with my mom and friend, and I hate to say that it was so disappointing. The girl teaching the class was very apathetic and bored, you receive the smallest amount of clay which they say will make you a planter or bowl but they come out comically small, and you dont get to redo it if you mess up. For the amount of clay we got we could have pinched out pots, not worth throwing the 2 inches of clay on the wheel.. Overall I would not pay $45 for the tiny bowls or the experience.

Awful. Me and my friend were here last week and all I can say is do not go here. You pay $45 to be rushed on the wheel to make two small “bowls” in which you are then able to paint. Our teacher never asked us if we wanted paint refills, if we wanted to take more time on the wheel, etc. I’m so mad that I spent the money to do something that sounded fun and then had this type of experience. There was no communication on there end and we were left to just figure out the next steps of what to do. My friend had to redo her pot three times because our teacher kept interfering and trying to manipulate her piece which in turn would cause her to have to redo it. I wasn’t please with mine and then the teacher came over to say “are you done?” In which I was like um yeah I guess. I ran out of paint and wasn’t asked if I could have more. And then when I asked when to pick them up they said “oh it’ll be over a month because we have to do the summer camp ones.” I don’t live close by so at that point I was like whatever. We had to ask if we could leave after because we were given absolutely no direction. Never again would I come here or suggest it to anyone.

Fun, fun experience! The staff are great. Ive never been very artsy-craftsy but this place made me feel like I could make something Id be proud to display.

This was the first time my wife and I did anything like this, and it was really fun! We did the adult-only classes. Both staff members there were super friendly and awesome (I believe one of them was Anna). It was 6 people per class, so it is very engaging, adding to the fun. Because of the small class, everything is social distance- friendly.

The price is right! This is an awesome place for a date night or a ladys night out. We went there to make a simple clay bowl. Youll have to make your reservations ahead of time by calling or online. After you get there, the very sweet instructor will have you pick an apron as she prepares the clay and potters wheel.The instructor will guide you as you make the pottery which makes things SO much easier. Afterwards, shell let you pick the colors you want for your bowl as the bowl drys enough to paint on. After painting your bowl, they keep it to heat it. 2 weeks later, you can pick up your masterpiece!Thanks for a fun experience!

They are amazing, we went for date night and the instructors were so sweet and helpful. Natalie was really nice and patient with helping me my first time ever doing this.... We painted the bowls after and will see be doing this again. Def something to remember and go again for sure.

This was a cool place for a birthday party for an eight-year-old. The kids painted premade pottery items with glaze then each kid got a chance to throw a pot on a potters wheel highly supervised by one of the staff members to ensure success. They allowed pizza delivery and the hosts brought cake and juice for the kids. The only problem was that 2 groups of kids were there, with adults, and it was pretty crowded, also the staircase to get there was a little creepy and dirty.

I did the pottery wheel class! Well worth the $45! You get to make and paint two bowls. They show you how to do it and it is a ton of fun! Really cool date night idea. We had a blast and couldnt stop talking about it afterward. The staff was also amazing!!!

My first time making pottery, and this place was Super Awesome Cool! The staff are really great and were really cool about letting everyone work at their own pace to get the most of the experience. I will definitely be back to make/paint some new projects soon. If youre the arts and crafts or hands-on on type. I highly recommend giving this place a try at least once. They also have some great options for those who wish to just decorate a finished piece and not get so messy with the clay. Check it out!

Although the customer service was good. The pottery wheel class is not worth $45. You get a very small ball of pottery to make a very small bowl. If you were looking to make a vase or a cookie jar too bad. They use very cheap paint for the pottery and it thins out very much after it dries. Its really only worth $10 at best because the cheap materials and small amount of pottery available.

It was a fun experience and well worth the money. I highly recommend going here to get beginners wheel throwing experience.

Had a great time at the pottery wheel class! The instructors were kind and very helpful. Very satisfying to be able to create something on the wheel. Its a tight space but they make it work. Plenty of colors to choose from. This is a great place to go with a small group of friends or on a date night. Cannot wait to pick up our pieces and see how they turned out.

Scheduled a birthday party here and loved it. A big hit with the 10 year old girl crowd. I would definitely recommend this place over some of their competitors. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.

I am trying to reach this company for my refund. They are totally ignoring my emails. My son a student of Keenes Crossing was enrolled in their Super Awesome cool Pottery Club they offer KCE. I paid for the entire term, after 2 club session and purchasing a t-shirt, then spring break followed by COVID the club and school was closed for the remainder of the year. And its as though the company can care less about your refund. Horrible way to run your business.

I can NOT tell you how incredibly disappointed I am with this place. We called and asked what time they close and asked for ALL info we would need to know before going. Especially with the Covid restrictions. Not ONE TIME did the person we spoke with tell us we needed a reservation or that they would close an hour and a half early. We drove 45 mins to celebrate my daughters 4 year bday. We got her all excited and my other kids were so excited to come here and paint. We arrived and NO ONE WAS THERE. We called no one answered. Do You know how hard it is to console a 4 year old little girl crying stating that her bday was ruined? We couldnt go anywhere else bc it waa already too late. Thank You so much Super AWFUL NOT COOL POTTERY. WHY didnt you tell me this info when I asked? Dont you think thats important? When we got there the place didnt look like the pictures at all. Just like a pottery/ storage shed. Im so disappointed and heartbroken bc my kids were.all let let down and so was I.

We had a great time doing the potters wheel experience. Nadine worked with our group of four and was very patient, enthusiastic, and helpful. It was very relaxing and it was nice to make time for something creative.

The Friday night 6:45 class was so fun! My friend and I each made two very artistic bowls (lol) and had a blast. The staff was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient, complimentary, accommodating, etc., etc. I cant say enough nice things about this place. Go. Youll love it!

Went here for a date night and had a great time. Delany Josephines positive attitude and joyful demeanor were contagious. She was knowledgeable, patient and attentive to the needs of the class. Definitely made the entire experience memorable and worthy of repeating.

HOLY EXPENSIVE! a small bowl costs $44 to paint and then you have to pay the firing fee! it cost nearly $100 for three of us to paint something moderately small. The first 20 minutes we were there it was us and one other table, and it was DEAD silent. I finally asked the manager to put on some music, which was great at first, but they were playing two different radio stations in two separate rooms, and it all blended together. Instead of bringing a small pallet or dish to your table, they had you bring a container of paint, but most of them were either dried out, so they had to add more, or the paint was separated and didnt mix well. they also did not want you to rinse off your brush in water, so you had to try to wipe off your brush on a paper towel, or else you had to find a completely new brush, and most of them were frayed and crusty. Im giving two stars only because the staff was friendly and informative, but if it wasnt for that, i would only give 1 star. OH!! and it takes TWO WEEKS to get your ceramics back! Any other location takes 1 week MAXIMUM. We would have gone to All Fired Up in Winter Park, but they were closed on memorial day, so this was our only option. VERY disappointed.about 1.5 weeks later we got our pottery back, and I was really excited at first, but once i got home and had a chance to look at it, i noticed that there are several small chips or bubbles on the bottom of them, and some dirty residue in the bottom of mine that seems to be burned into it...just overall very disappointed and will not be returning.

It looks like a cool place and kids surely enjoy it. What I had a problem was with the staff. They didnt seem to have good tactic with the kids, almost looked like forced smiles. I think its an atmosphere better suited for adults.

Ladies were nice and friendly but i didnt think it was worth the price of $50 for me to not even do my own pottery. The instructor basically did everything for us. Cant say its my own work of art other than the painting i did on it. Will not be returning nor recommending this to anyone.

My sister and I went there a few months back with our nephews. It was 80.00 for all 4 of us to shape and paint bowls. Ive never done this before and it was terrible. The lady pretty much shaped much bowl for me, it was suppose to be more hands on but she rushed me and was extremely impatient. I would have rather left the bowl as it was than pay 20 per person for someone to ruin the experience for me. Ive never done this you could at least not be a jerk about it. Ill never go back there.

I was upset when we paid for pottery experience and get there and girl did it all we only out one figure In to okd the clay I thought we would of been able to sit there and make our own pottery on the wheel even if it came out bad. Then as we were painting the pottery another couple came in and they got to do this own. They didnt have much of a paint selection over all we did have fun but not worth the fifty dollars expecting to do your own, if I have known that I would of went closer to my house. I am not please at all.
