I went with friends to look for finishing touches for my fiances just because gift and they had everything I needed. Twine gift box paints and so much more! I will definitely be coming back to shop for our wedding! Loved the staff I forgot my cashiers name but he was so helpful in helping us figure out what color I needed for my project. I was there around 3:15-3:30. He was amazing. Definitely check it out

I loved the layout of this specific crafts store as it made things really easy to find. I was definitely far more intuitive than the multi level stores Ive been to in the past.

This Michaels location is very organized, its not crowded and I feel they had a lot more holiday decor than others I have been to.

Store was neat and clean. All but the clearance isle it was a hot mess. My wife had questions about a product and we asked for help. The staff member was nice and tryed to help but did not have the info my wife was looking for. He did say that another employee would know and to come back another and ask for her. Place has just about everything you need for craft projects. I think there prices are a bot high thou.

Went yarn shopping and picture frame shopping with my lady today. They had a great selection of both. Very friendly, and helpful staff. This was the first stop on our yarn adventure for the day, and unfortunately they were out of what we needed. The staff was very helpful in looking to see if they had more inventory, but they did not. Had to try a different store, but no worries...

I went in there with my girlfriend I just started looking around and the employees asked me every time they saw me and I had to ride in one of those electric carts because my back and my legs are messed up bad but I went all over the store and there was at least six employees asked me if they could help me if I was looking for something I said no Im just looking at everything I love the place its awesome and all you guys employees are fantabulous

I ordered online and to pick at the store. I followed all the instructions so someone could come out with my purchase. I got confirmation that someone would be out shortly. I waited 30 minutes before I had to call the store and ask if theyve forgotten about me. The lady who answered apologized and said someone would be right out. 12 minutes later someone appeared. No apologies. I asked if they were busy and he said swamped. I went a second time and had to stand in line 20 minutes to get assistance for an online pick up. Then some of the ribbons I ordered looked like someone returned it and they threw it in. I have a business so I rarely have time to return things. So disappointing. I will go their competition.

Ive had mixed customers service. I had to return a damaged item and was told that they dont sell the item im returning . To which I replied I only shop at this location and purchased it here . And then to made out to be a liar from the sales associate. Stating that the brand of paint set is sold elsewhere. I told the sales associate exactly where I found it in the store . To which she replied well if you want you can go look and see if you want. I couldnt make this up and I found the set not on the floor because they hadnt being replenish but at the very top of the shelf. I took one down and then return to checkout and told the associate im done talking to her . She doesnt know her own store or how to speak to a customer. Another manager just told me to take the set and leave the damaged one . No sorry or anything. Then yesterday I ordered curbside pick up and for some reason my order was sent to a location a hour away . Ive only done pickup here . When I went into pick up my order I noticed the mistake and ask the manager if the order could be processed here. She said no and that I had to call the order location and get my refund before they could order for me . No let me put the item on hold or let me get your refund sorted Nothing. So honestly dont expect great customer service here. And I can say being a store manager myself

Although I went shopping for Fall decor at the end of Oct. they still had a nice selection of Fall decor that was very organized AND marked down. They also offered great customers service.

I think Michaels in general is a decent store and some of their products are pretty, though a lot suffer the side effects of mass reproduction. I have bought a frame here and realized it was broken, went back to exchange it for the same one only to realize that all the same ones were broken/defective on the shelf. Just recently I got an artwork print from an artist which was around $120. It was on very delicate canvas paper and the ink was susceptible to fingerprints. I took it here to get it professionally framed for the price of $80 (on sale with the bare minimum package) which is pretty steep. I would be more accepting of the price if they had done a good job with the framing. I picked it up to find that part of my artwork had a small defect/rip that was not previously there and its extremely obvious because that section of the print was black - the white canvas paper was showing through from the rip. I also noticed a fingerprint on part of the black parts of the ink. My last complaint about the framing job is the typed print on the right side peeking out behind the frame (pictured below). Its not even symmetrically placed in the frame. This framing center is a joke. Really unprofessional job there. *Update: I have gone back to get the issue resolved and they sent it back in to get it re-framed and they covered the scratch in the canvas paper with some black ink. Doesnt change the fact that it got scratched in the first place. I opted to submit a claim on my artwork and its been months of radio silence. CLEARLY they dont care* Im not coming here again to get anything framed and I suggest others take heed. I could have done a better job myself. Seriously disappointed and irritated. Waste of time and money.

Neat & Clean Location. Only the girl in the front was helping us out. We had some questions about product availability and it seemed as though only one person was working. Lacking a couple options in my opinion. Good store for DIY projects. If youre like me and dont really sign up for things I would say ...Sign up for rewards here! I immediately received a 40% off next purchase coupon.

You can find what you need, and more. Staff is nice and friendly. Store is clean and organized, and has a variety of DIY and art project materials. Prices are pretty good too.

Unfortunately not well staffed ever to assist customers on floor on phone or to check out. Curbside pickup is very slow and checkout is long. Finding sale items can be difficult and finding assistance can be non existant.

Huge thank you to John in the custom framing shop here. Ive used them two times now and I will be back!! Its so nice to walk in somewhere and have a smiling person greet you and then go above and beyond your expectations!!

Michaels can be useful if you have coupons or to see something in person before buying on Amazon. Unfortunately, if you are looking to create a craft on a budget you are better off sourcing materials online or from Walmart as much as that pains me to say. Over the years they have decreased their niche inventory for holiday decor and picture framing. Other people might come to Michaels for different reasons but for me I am better off with online ordering.

Great sale prices. Its set up a little differently from other Michaels Ive been to, but it isnt bad. Employees are friendly and they usually have what I need. I dont think the picture posted is how this Michaels looks from the outside. Its much newer.

Had the worst experience at the store with store associate Sarah. She had the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experience. I will never go back to that store and it is sad because I live in Lee vista but from now on I rather drive 30 min to the nearest store than to go to Michaels. I think a manager should definitely talk to her and teach her how to treat regular customers and to love her job. She is there to help customers not to give them attitude and not assist them with finding their needs

A lot of shelves are empty mud quarantine, but Im excited to start a few projects.

I love Michaels and they always have great stuff for your crafting and decorating needs but this location must have bad management and turnover is very high here. There is always new cashiers working at the registers every time we go and they arent always trained well which makes the checkout experience bad especially if they dont know about taking multiple coupons on the same transaction.

This store is life for us crafters!!! I can always find what I need here. I love the box of rhinestones for 9.99, you get sooooo many.

Love going here to shop and to join their craft classes for both kids and adults. I love their sales especially during the holidays. I always know I can get a good deal on Christmas ornaments fairly early in the season. I always find something interesting to buy already made or to buy to create myself.

Lots to see and do including restaurants and unique stores. The parking if free and you can just stroll around and take in the sights. The ICON wheel is a great ride theres a very nice aquarium and the wax museum was cool.

Love this store. Went on black Friday and it was understandably packed. I had to stand in a REALLY long line, and the A/C felt like it was out. I really wish they would offer all of their Christmas village pieces at the store, though.

Great experience at this location. Anything you need for your creative juices to become life can be found here. Just walking in my brain started running away with ideas. Coupons can be found online to help with price but everything is priced at a fair range.

Good buys for less

I picked up my Amazon Delivery package here in the frames section. I was thankful they held it for me as the delivery guy to my house was always coming while I was at work. Great facility with a lot of crafting supplies.

They are nice and always willing to help they will look for something for you on the shelf as well

My family went there because we were remodeling our house a few weeks ago and the products were at a reasonable price. The items there are really nice and highly suggest looking at the kitchen section. Although the duvets in the bedroom section are very pricy in my opinion. The staff seemed very busy, to be honest, and when we asked for customer service we had to wait for a while.
