Im not sure who is rating these guys so highly. Staff will return calls based on how they feel. This has been the case throughout entire countertop process. Every call is greeted with I was just about to call you. Not a dependable contractor, but youre limited to them if you use IKEA countertops. *Its worth it to look for non-IKEA products to have a contractor you can work with! Installer told us to be ready for install noon to 4 but I decide to wait before in case something changes and we can install earler. LOL... my bad... Installer did not show up until 4:30pm and stayed to 7:30. I have no problem as long as the product is workmanlike. But installer forgot to brace or bracket the sink and the glue (receptionist kept saying but its Black Mamba) gave out after an hour. I think the installer was teaching a new crew with our job. I call early the next day at 8am to get the problem fixed before they get on the road with installs and the staff says mine will be the last job after they finish their other 3! So now I have a plumber who has to wait until Peak Marble can figure out how to place a sink and decides to come back. Pics are the fallen sink (no braces or clamps, just glue!). The ONLY people who you can talk to throughout the process is the receptionist and the templater: NO MANAGER/OWNER COMMUNICATION. This is how they work with a customer literally 1 mile from them... not sure how theyll treat your job if its more remote.

Had a wonderful experience with countertop replacement in our kitchen. This company went above and beyond. The granite is beautiful. We are Very pleased! The guys were prompt, friendly, and attentive to detail. Definitely would recommend.

We had a really great experience with the Peak crew. They were always professional and Alicia rocks. She spent the time to work with us and value engineer the project. Alicia would always get back to us and work to acheive our goals. We are very happy with the final product and working with them.

I want to thank you for the outstanding design and work you and your staff did in completing a total Magma Marble installation in my home kitchen. Omar you’re a “true artist”, your design specs on the Magma Marble large slabs was outstanding in maximizing the various color grains. Alicia your installation lady and Shawn who did the measurements, etc. have the most productive positive customer attitudes.Most important a mistake was made in cutting the sink area and you immediately reacted, secured a new 8’ X 12’ Magma Marble slab, designed the counter layout and had the installation ready in 24 hours. The final installation was completed yesterday P.M. to ensure the success/surprise for my family who have been under a serious health crisis.Omar from beginning to end your company has been creative, talented and a tremendous resource. Peak Marble and Granite impressed us with their work and customer service. The Peak marble staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. Omar was amazing and met us to decide what slabs of quartz would be perfect for our vision. Their staff showed up on time and their fabrication work is flawless. We are very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom counter tops! A few weeks after installation we noticed a hard water stain on the counter, at no fault of Peaks. Peak was out immediately showing us how to dry it out and even went a step further and sealed it for us once again. Again a few weeks passed and there was yet another stain, this one showing us that the actual slab had an issue- so we got right on the phone with Peak and again they offered a solution. This stain would not dry out so they REPLACED the entire slab for us. Again this was not their fault, but they wanted to ensure we were happy with our stone and our installation. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of us, they truly made our kitchen absolutely amazing!!!!

My experience with PM&G was a awesome. After frustrating and lengthy searches for the right counter tops, I went to the 2 big home improvement stores first and needless to say, I felt they were over priced and the options were extremely limited. I also felt like they did not know enough about the products they were selling. I also checked out a smaller specialized store and felt like they had no desire to give me options. They kept trying to sell me the most expensive product they have to offer.Then I came across PM&G through the Thumbtack website, which I called and spoke with Lauren. She was fantastic. She listened and recommended I come by & we could go over everything. My husband & I came in and everyone was welcoming. There were options galore and she did well to work within our budget. We found exactly what we had been seeking all along, and then some. We got way more than we expected and then some. We ended up choosing Quartz. To top it off, it was delivered and installed in just a little over a week.Shawn & Carlos were the ones that delivered & installed the counter tops. They were so respectful of my home and its surroundings. They took great care in the installation process. My counter tops are beautiful. I have attached pictures but they arent the best pics, since it was taken with my phone.Thanks to the team at PM&G for making this a great experience!

We hired the wonderful SK Stone in Orlando to provide a quote for our countertop project. They, in turn, sent Peak Marble & Granite out as the fabrication company to install our absolutely gorgeous project! My husband and I are both exceptionally satisfied and thrilled—along with shedding a few happy tears...on the level of customer service, professionalism and quality of work displayed by not only Omar-(owner) and Alicia-(inside office), but both Pablo-and, the other kind gentleman who came to our house. The communication between SK and Peak made us feel very at ease and, of course, delivered beyond our expectations. Thank you!!!

I purchased a standard grade slab that had some beautiful blue colors in it. It looks like a significant upgrade. It was cut to perfection. I was able to put my pattern how I wanted it. Installation was seamless. I just needed a small repair today and was given the same treatment. Very professional, reasonably priced. Would absolutely use again. Nicest group ever. A million thanks.

The work was high quality and staff was very helpful! My husband and I used a small remnant piece to make a custom seat. They even helped us have the piece re-cut to a slightly smaller size since we measured wrong the first time. The bench seat looks great and was well priced! Thank you!

They took the time to explain every detail of what I was buying and the options I had with each. They also helped me narrow down my search when. I was off track. We had a very pleasant experience regarding contracting with Peak Marble and Granite to fabricate and install our kitchen counter top. Lauren was our initial contact and came to our home to estimate the job, as well as explain the process we would be experiencing. They helped us coordinate with the granite supplier and a plumber. The work was done in the time promised, the installation was completed by Sean, one of the owners and his crew. I would not hesitate to recommend Peak Mable and Granite to anyone and would definitely consider using them again for any other project we may have in the future.

Amazing experience and great work. I had my countertops installed one week after I signed the invoice, and gave my deposit.Jessica was very professional and helpful, always on top of things. The person who came to my home for template, and the two who installed were also professional and friendly. Very fast work but also precise and perfect. Peak Marble & Granite did an outstanding job of installing our granite! From our first conversation with Lauren who communicates clearly, to the installers who take the time to spread tarp and clean up afterwards you cannot go wrong with this company.Where u can go wrong is using anyone else!Granite is not the tough material one might think. We saw how very careful they were with each piece installed. Lauren certainly has an eye for the placement of the template to capture the flow of the granite. Ours was not an easy job. Our granite was difficult due to its texture. I had interviewed another company recommended by where we purchased the granite. Then heard horror stories!This is a family owned business. They take pride in their work and it shows!After watching just the installation we can tell u it is worth every penny for what they charge!We are loving our beautiful granite tops in the kitchen!

AMAZING! I had found their website via a search and was initially impressed. I had mixed feelings on whether I would prefer to pay more for a larger company or less with a smaller company. The quality was the most important thing to me. I purchased an exotic grade slab from Mystic Granite and with such expensive material quality was a must. When speaking with the salesman about possible installers I mentioned Peak. Immediately the response was how great they were and that Omar would be a little cheaper but the results would be there. Not only did he and his crew do exceptional work, but the process was extremely fast and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone including purchasers of exotic grade material! I made an evening appointment to get an estimate on a new counter in my new house, which is an hour away from where Im currently living. After a very long day at work, I waited for over an hour and the guy never showed up. He never called. I left a voicemail message with the company letting them know he had not shown up and of my disappointment. I didnt get home till 8:30 pm, so a 14 hour day for me. I still havent heard back from them. I suppose the pleasure of doing business with this company should be mine.

Peak Marble & Granite is the right way to go if your looking to have your kitchen countertops remodeled. Omar and the team just finished the work on my countertops yesterday and the work came out GREAT! I will will be using them again in the future to redo both my bathrooms. Its not usual when the owner of the establishment is at the site performing the work which gives you a comfort level the work will get done right avoiding any issues. Quality work equals a happy customer!!!
