When renovating our kitchen, I shopped around many places for countertops. I am very glad I decided to go with European Marble and Granite. I liked that they are a family owned business and you can tell they take pride in their work. The countertops came out beautiful, they were very fast to send one of the brothers to my house to take the measurements and had them installed in no time. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their countertops is second to none. We were so happy with the final product that we went back to them to get a countertop for our laundry and will call them again once we are ready to do our bathrooms. Avni and his crew are amazing! No high pressure sales, Very nice and straight to the point. They Great prices and a great selection of granite and quartz. I have been a customer for almost 10 years with this company and ZERO issues! Always very professional and courteous and great pricing. There are hundreds of places in Central FL who will sell you marble/granite/quartz but I honestly would never go anywhere else. Their pricing is right, and even more importantly, their professionalism and knowledge is 2nd to none! Ive worked with a lot of granite and stone installers and I can tell you they arent all the same in terms of quality of product and knowledge of installation and material. I know their pricing is great, but quite honestly I wouldnt care how their pricing matched up to everyone else as I trust in their workmanship and I know the job will get done right every single time. Ive had them out several times to my new home for different installs and every time Im impressed at how great of a job they do. I did see a random negative couple reviews on here and I can definitely attest to those being inaccurate.

Our general contractor recommended European Marble & Granite on a Monday. On Wednesday Avni came out for initial measurements and explained our best options for materials and colors. On Thursday we visited European Marble & Granite and Avni’s brother helped us to select our kitchen and bathroom countertops out of existing stock on site as well as recommending a vendor for the backsplash. On Friday Avni made his second trip to our house for final measurements and we signed the contract. The following Friday they arrived as scheduled on time and professionally installed our countertops. We had a kitchen remodel going on during the Covid-19 pandemic and Avni and his crew were extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. They accommodated our schedule in the midst of all of the chaos that was happening. They made sure to communicate with us during the entire process and delivered when they said they would. EMG had a great selection, great price, and exceptional service. From the time I picked out the countertop style I wanted, everything was done in a week and a half: them doing an in-home estimate, coming back to make a template, then returning for the installation. Actual installation was done in just under 2 hours (though obviously it will depend how much work youre having done)!Id recommend EMG for anyone looking to replace their kitchen counters. If/when I move and I have to do this again, Id happily go to them again.

Very expensive! They were charging 3k for my kitchen counter top. I found a guy that did the kitchen and both my bathrooms for 2k

Left me high and dry the week before project was supposed to start. Most of our communication was via text. We first communicated on May 8th and by May 9th, I was very clear I was looking for a June 1 install and would be scheduling other contractors right behind them to put the house on the market. It was set up to run like a well oiled machine with him being the first contractor scheduled and the remodel being completed with no wasted time. I have a record of asking Avni several times what the next step would be and asking when I need the slabs selected to secure a June 1 install. He left several of my questions unanswered and not once provided a date that the slab had to be chosen. I texted him May 24th telling him my designer would be in next week to choose the slab. He texted me back saying the slab, contract and deposit had to be done by the 26th to secure my spot. As I was scrambling to overnight a check for the deposit and find someone to choose the slab for me since my designer couldnt get there by then, my phone rings-its Avni. His tone is very frustrated as he exclaims that I knew I should have chosen the slab by now. He claims he told me over and over again, but there is no record of him ever giving me dates I was to adhere to. As I tried to explain that I clearly didnt understand my deadlines and was working to get things together by this Friday, he hung up on me. I took a breath, called back twice, he didnt pick up. So, I texted him, humbly accepting fault for not understanding timelines and telling him Id like to work to make this a win-win situation (even though the text records clearly show I made an effort to understand but my questions were not answered). No response. So, here I am, a week away from the this perfectly scheduled symphony of contractors and my first contractor wont respond to me. My closing text to him, was that I thought he may appreciate me trying to work things out instead of running online to write negative reviews. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. He called me shortly after, so I thought he was going to try to work things out, but instead he raised his voice, talked over me, wouldnt listen to me for more than one sentence and told me that my texts were unacceptable. He told me that he would not work with me and to go online and write whatever I wanted.

From visiting the shop to laying the granite top in my kitchen, my husband and I are super happy with the beautiful results and excellent professional installation and skillful service. Thank you!
