I went to buy tiles, horrible experience the girl at the front desk was rude to me when I was simply asking to see a product. They only speak Spanish in there for the most part which is cool but when different clients come and are greeted because they do speak Spanish and they’re taken care of before you. Made me feel a bit out of place. I will not be going back there I will definitely find a new tile place.

Honestly no one should come here customer service skills are disgraceful, store management was given a little power so walks around like hes a big shot talks super fast but we couldnt understand nothing, is not business savy at all Im surprised there still operatingWe definitely will not be going back!!.

We remodeled our kitchen cabinets and the experience was very pleasant. It is worth mentioning that not everyone reaches the level of demand of my wife and you guys made it. Big shoutout to Maria who managed to create a design of the cabinets to our liking. Also Marcos the installer who is very focused on details and cleaning. They were both very professional. Thank you for all the attention and for an excellent job.

I bought tiles and grout from here but the entire pick up process was cumbersome. They had no communication from front desk to backside pick up area. We kept waiting for 30-40 mins before they realized they had to pass on our ticket from payment to delivery. After that long wait when the guy came to deliver, he said there is no refund or exchange for broken tiles and hence we should check each tile in the palette. So the entire process took more than an hour. They don’t accept online or phone payments so you really have to keep going through broken process patiently.

Horrible customer service! Me and my husband were in the store for a whole hour and not one soul came to help us. Everytime we had a question we had to go to the desk only for the attendants to point at tile vs. actually get up and help us. Again, worst service I’ve ever experienced. The unfortunate part is we were ready to purchase today however we did not receive the service we expected.

The showroom is amazing

In july I got an estimate for two projects. I picked up the items for the 1st project & the 2nd was to be picked up in 4 weeks..the sales rep would not give me a printout if the estimate but he said when you are ready you can pick up the order. As planned I went to get the items 4 weeks later, one was discontinued, 2 of the other items were special order, & I would be paying for the shipping cost fir the special items....long story short it delayed my project by 3 weeks...thsnks....they suck

They have very good tiles, but the service is very bad. There are many Tiles that they do not have in their Warehouse and they charge you an extra $ 85 for just bringing them to their Warehouse and they do not include delivery of anything. Also the bald man at the reception is very stubborn. It bothers you even when someone returns 1 box of Tiles that you didnt use. If it werent because the Tiles they wanted were here, then I wont return to that place.
