The worst service ever buy the owner. I want to purchase a cappuccino. The young lady that assisted me was very polite and nice she says that maybe a latte will be something similar. I told the young lady when she gave me the coffee that it was thick and had no taste and but it was done from a manufacture machine. I told her i did not want it. She stated she needs to notify the owner. When he came out from the back he was so rude to the girls and questioning her. I feel that no one should embarrass their stuff like that in front of a customer. You could tell the girl was very embarrassed. I will Contact corporate because the copy of the machine he’s using whether it’s not working or he is alternating the coffee. Instead of him talking to the client and making things work he ordered her to give me another coffee which was worse than the first one. I was speaking his language and he kept saying I don’t know what you’re talking about. He’s very rude and to be in the mall like the Florida mall where a lot of tourists visit this is just putting Nestle Toll House Cafe name in jeopardy.

I love cookies, and Ive stopped here a few times on the way in and out of the mall as we usually park on this side. The mini chocolate chip cookies are super good, but sometimes the larger cookies are a bit burned / overcooked. Its pretty hit or miss on the consistency which is why Im gonna go with three stars here.The staff is quick to but also hit or miss on friendly service. Some are just quick to get you the order and move along, while others are personable. They share a space with a cafe and they have a seating area thats usually clean.Overall: BGet the mini cookies, they are good. Be sure to look over the larger cookies to ensure that they arent overcooked / burnt.

Christmas shopping at the Florida Mall. Was craving a chocolate chip cookie. Disappointed it wasn’t warm but it was still delicious.

They don’t seem to have a care about selling their product (COOKIES and DESSERTS . Waited while 3 employees stood on the other side talking to each-other. When the guy finally came over I asked for a brownie and 3 cookies. He asked what? Twice when I asked to order a browniie .. he looked like he had no idea what I wanted lol.. isn’t he in the business of selling cookies 🍪Ordered 3 cookies only got 2 and they were on sale but no discount eitherOh well!!!

This is hands down the best restaurant in this local area. the service is great and the food so delicious

The server was rude, did not explain why the charge extra fee & did not like the coffee that was worse after a was dissapointed with how the treat me did not mánage a got language

Had such a great experience today. I was craving for a good espresso and a nice ice cream. So my friend told me to come and enjoy the best coffee Im the mall. I got a double espresso and a cookie creamer mocha almond and WOW what a delight. I will come back more often and also will definitely suggest to my friends. Congrats Nestle Toll House Florida Mall. You the best.

My boyfriend and I went to get a slushy and ice cream. The employee was super nice although she may have seem to not fully understand what we were saying but I dont blame her for not being able to hear especially through our masks. The reason why im giving two stars is because I found a very long hair strand in my ice cream (rocky road) i was in my car already and half eaten before I got to that part. The only thing I ask is to please have your employees wear hair net when dealing with the food and gloves as she wasnt wearing them either. Not only because of the current situation but just as a sanitary issue. Ive gone there many times. My only time going and having issues.

Staff doesnt have product knowledge and you have to explain what you want more than a few times. So be careful with them messing up your order.

I used to eat here every day for my lunch break like 3 years ago.. but the new staff is Not very friendly . 2 times i came the sandwish wasnt well prepared . This specific employee should not be preparing sandwished . She is not well trained .l

I visited this place for the first time today, March 17 / 2021. I received the best of attention, the boy was very attentive and patient in the face of my 6-year-old daughters indecisions to select a menu. Enjoy delicious ice cream and delicious pizza.
