Loved the drinks and the variety of desserts. We were a group of 5 and there was enough variety for each one to choose from. It was our first time visitng ans the staff was friendly and helped us choose from the menu. Definetly recommended!

I’m glad they moved to Maitland because it’s so much easier to park and get to than their past international drive location. This is the cutest place, a lot of good pastry and drink options and super nice staff. Good for studying. The only thing I wish they had was more outlets in case people need to charge their laptops or phones.

Fantastic little patisserie! Im particularly fond of the flavored croissants! Ive tried a chocolate with salted caramel and an amazing pistachio. We also tried a lovely pear tart and a queso guava pastry that was divine!Im looking forward to going back to try more.

It was rather sweet so if I get it in the future Ill reduce it. The boba was small and had nice chewy, but not too chewy and it didnt get stuck in the straw.The second time I got a lucky banana tea and didnt like it much. The flavor was good but it had a watery consistency. The boba was also warm probably because it just was finished but it messed up the way the drink tasted for me.I will be going back in the future and updating my review if necessary.

If a place offers boba tea, theres a 95% chance Ive tried! LOVE LOVE LOVE their taro milk tea. Its even better when the pearls are freshly made and still have some warmth to them. Theyre also the only place that uses FRESH taro in their taro milk tea. Same amazing flavor despite it not being purple!! Probably better as well if that purple is artificial coloring. Try the quesito pastry or brownie if you go too.

We had dinner next door and heard that they moved to the area and was curious to try them. They offer a good selection of milk teas, fruit teas, milkshakes, chillers, pastries, bubble waffles and high tea (by reservation).The staff was nice and attentive and were more than happy to answer any questions. I like the fact that you are able to control the sweetness/ice level of your tea, since that is a big thing for me. You can also substitute the non dairy for almond or oat milk.I ordered the original matcha milk tea unsweetened with oat milk. It tasted like real matcha (and made from actual matcha not a pre-made mix) and the oat milk just gave it the right amount of creaminess and sweetness. The chocolate and pistachio croissants were good too.Their bubble waffles looked good but since we just had dinner, we just ordered to go for later. Give them a try :)

Lovely little place! You can tell that Jenn, the owner, cares a lot about the environment, as so much of their products are eco-friendly and/or biodegradable. Very accommodating, very willing to provide food and drink suggestions based on dietary restrictions. All the employees working were very kind and very happy. The environment is cozy, and the place smells great too. Will definitely be coming back again! I got a banana milk tea and a bubble waffle and was thoroughly impressed with the food quality!

This my FAVORITE tea shop. I have been coming here every weekend to work on my paper for school, and not only is it the cutest atmosphere, but Jenny, Lili, Jenna, and all the other staff (who I will learn the names of I swear) are the BEST. The pastry chef makes amazing little confections and the tea is wonderful quality. I have been drinking tea since I was in diapers and I am quite pleased with literally every flavor they have here. Cannot recommend this place enough for dates, studying, or just grabbing a tasty drink. I recommend the Rose, Peach and Lychee fruit tea or the Espresso Black Sugar if you like coffee. Much love to the ladies

Quick stop after dinner for some chillers. My wife and I had the coconut chiller with mango jelly(her) and passion fruit jelly(myself). There is a shortage of boba right now, so I am glad for the jelly fallback. Both drinks were very good. My wife also got a cream cheese brownie from the bakery rack that she enjoyed.

This is the first place I go to when I am in town. They have amazing teas and tasty desserts. The owner and staff have always been amazingly helpful and friendly. However, to be honest, my favorite is Lily. She is a gem and an asset to your establishment.

Regularly come back to this place for boba teas, coffee and pastries! Their savoury pastries are amazing. I highly recommend the scallion pasty in particular.

Wonderful little spot to go to and have a nice cold beverage. Love the aesthetic and the drinks were very enjoyable. However, the only issue is that there isnt much room for parking and when I picked up the Cookies & Cream milkshake with boba, they had put the boba in last leaving at the top of the drink instead of the middle. This forces you to have to struggle to mix the drink in order to enjoy the boba. Its the first time I ever had a place with boba do it that way and Ive been to many in the past. Overall pretty decent.EDIT: The owner had replied to my initial post and addressed the reasoning to having the boba higher than normal. I appreciate the response and have changed my review from 4 to 5 stars. I love communication, keep up the wonderful drinks, thanks!

AMAZING! BEST bubble tea i have ever had! If you are looking for quick low quality powder junk this is not the place for you.This place is all about fine bubble tea experience. From the warm ambient decor, to the selections on the menu, to the ingredients used and the service we received were phenomenal.We were greeted by the owner herself and got to learn a bit more about her busines and how it sets itself apart from any other BBT places ive been to.All i can say if you want aunthentic Taiwanese BBT ( where bbt originated from) this is the place to try some without flying to Taiwan!Thanks Jenn for the amazing experience!

Update:We gave it another try. This time they have the the regular bubble. And the tea tastes good!You have to try the waffle with the strawberry ice cream, together they are amazing!Nice staff. We were there at 12:30. Bubble is not ready for another 35m. So we didnt get to try the bubble. We opted it for rainbow bubble. I personally didnt like it. Doesnt go well with the tea.We got Jasmine green tea and Macha milk tea.They are a bit water down.The tea.... flavor is not strong. I drink tea in Taiwan everyday. I was hoping for something more authentic.The waffle is good. The ice cream they use goes really well with the waffle.

The customer service and management is rude. In the event of an accident where my drink slipped off the table after only having a few sips the staff was inattentive, I had to struggle to get their attention. After helping clean up the mess I asked for a replacement drink which I thought would be a reasonable request (as it is in many other establishments) I was told no without an explanation only to find with further inquiry it was due to the managers policy. They even asked me to buy another drink at full price. I had to explain the situation multiple times to the staff and they seemed to have little interest until I finally asked to personally call the manager over the phone. The manager was very rude and inconsiderate of the situation considering it was my first time here and I drove well over 40 minutes only to have a few sips of a drink. The manager tried to sell me another drink at half price but I refused that offer. Finally the manager decided to compensate me after debating back and forth over a drink. I would give it zero stars if I could. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Not your typical boba chain (it’s not a chain at all). What I liked the most about this place was the customer-centric culture. The staff have you try your drink so you can determine if the sweetness and taste is to your liking. I’m not that picky, but it was a pleasant surprise. The decor inside gives off a relaxing vibe.

A very nice aesthetic, relaxing music with a 1950’s vibe. My fiancé and I really both enjoyed the pastries as well as our tea. I recommend the YinYang Black Tea!

NEVER AGAIN! waited 30 minutes for a nice family order because they ran out of boba, Sorry Lily but you need to pay attention, we needed to raise our voice for her to hear us. Even then, My order was incomplete and the service was like talking to a wall. The over priced “original flavor” taro boba tea was just milk and vanilla flavoring, not decent at all. The “brown cow” boba tea, simply being brown sugar boba tea, was nothing more than cereal milk. These other reviews can’t be written by customers, friends and family maybe, but the look of disappointment on the other customers faces clearly showed they were not happy with their service. First and last time! I have been to better places with better customer service and better flavors.

We had their high tea for 3 for my friends birthday and it was truly wonderful. The attention to detail and customer service was great. Not to mention they had a wide selection of tea and all of the pastries and biscuits were made fresh. All employees were eating PPE and hand sanitizer was at every table. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this place during our Orlando trip and ended up coming a second time before leaving. Their bubble tea, hot loose teas, and desserts were all amazing! Ordered for the first time today. Tried the Brown Cow and Thai Tea, and they were both amazing! The staff is super friendly, and we’re quick to call when they noticed an issue with our mobile order and fixed it with no issues. The shop is also absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend stopping by!

The ambience is so nice! Its a little small inside but its quaint and charming; it has an indie vibe to it. The cashier/server was super kind and friendly and the food (and milk tea) is amazing! They have you taste it before they serve it to make sure you like the sweetness beforehand. It costs more than other places Ive tried but its 100% worth it. Id absolutely love to stop back in soon! 10/10!

This is one of the better places to go to get bubble tea. They have a huge selection and everyone I have had there has been very good. They are pretty comparable priced. But when I say they have an amazing selection they do.

Wish they had a coconut milk option for the tea lattes, but the white coconut tea was amazing. Sweet peach tea was also amazing.

Great Café for Tea and for just chilling! Miguel and Lily were amazing, explaining everything about the teas and even giving us some whiffs of things they thought we would like. They have standard teas and a few proprietary blends that are interesting and I might try one next time. Most teas can be basically customized as you wish and they do have dairy free alternatives, should you desire. Great teas, great service, chill atmosphere with outside seating if you wish. Can’t wait to come back.

I thought we had great bubble tea back at home, but she showed us!great job for bringing quality bubble tea to orlando. def on my todo list for every time we come down to Orlando.!

A five-star rating does not even justify this place!! The vibe, the decoration, the hospitality contributes to a fantastic first-impression.When I ordered, I was introduced how their drinks were made - no powders. With actual tea leaf and milk (with non-dairy options available too). There’s a wide variety of tea leaf to choose from - english breakfast, earl grey just to name a few. They take time answering the questions you have to the menu while explaining in detail what the components are.What amazed me the most is that as you get to adjust the sugar level, they provide you with a sip of your drink order - just to make sure it’s the way you like it - prior to serving it to you.You can really see the heart and effort that goes into these drinks just by these details and the length they go to make sure you’re happy with your order. So of course I exited the store with a big smile and of course i’ll be coming back for more.

I got my bubble tea in a dome lid top instead of heat sealed punch through plastic like most shops serve them and the lid doesn’t make a tight seal. Some seeped out and made a mess in my car.

I spent a solid three hours here--initially to have breakfast, and then I stuck around to get some work done and take a couple of calls. Afterwards, I spoke with both the owner and founder of the business and a partner/manager/chef at Bubble & Co and I genuinely only have great things to say about this place.They accommodated my custom order requests (I wanted a couple of things changed from the standard option on the menu) with no hesitation. The food was phenomenal--eggs are eggs, but Anthonys passion for cooking really shined through. They grow their own herbs right outside of the cafe!Bubble & Co also takes an eco-friendly approach with fully biodegradable straws (made from corn - and they dont affect the flavor of the drink). And they of course have non-dairy options: almond milk, soy milk and oat milk, and allow you to customize the sweetness level of your drinks.Their drinks were great (I got an unsweetened almond milk latte, and the other drink pictured is the salted caramel chiller - which is a blended ice drink). They offered us so many samples without even asking, because they saw me sitting there for a long while.The decor by Jenn is phenomenal, the place is gorgeous inside. The whole atmosphere makes you feel very welcomed and at home, and so does the entire staff. The woman who took my order brought out samples of my drink so I could confirm that it was just right before she made the entire thing. And the presentation was amazing, I had a dozen people ask me where it was after I shared a photo.WiFi was available and accessible for free (its a secured network, and it was as fast as I needed it to be--I had a screen-share call without any hitches). They had a great soundtrack going and the bathrooms were very clean.Before heading out, I had a chance to speak with both Anthony (partner/manager) and Jenn (owner/founder). Wonderful people. I was already having a bad day so when I walked in and was instantly greeted and treated so kindly it really overwhelmed me and cheered me up. This to say the customer service is amazing and they’re very kind showing you your options answering any question you might have and talking to you while you wait for your drink. The drinks themselves are amazing too, all natural ingredients and the cups and straws are very environmentally friendly which was cool to know. Definitely recommend and planning on coming back.

We stopped in here for my daughter who loves boba tea. It took us a minute to find it because the location wasn’t marked correctly in Google maps (I submitted a correction). We received top notch service. The workers were so nice! They gave the vibe they were genuinely appreciative of our patronage. Everything here is natural, nothing artificial...even the taro is homemade purée. Highly recommended.

Wonderful establishment. Unlike my family, Im not much of a tea drinker. It was very interesting and I ike some of the flavors. Recommend trying it out.

Great customer service and the teas are yummy. We tried a strawberry milkshake and banana bubble tea and both were really good. My daughter always wants to come here when were in Orlando.

Really enjoyed our drinks! We were asked level of sweetness for each item which made all the difference when you want something sweet but don’t want to overload! Very happy 🤗

Love everything about this place. Tea is wonderful. Best part is you can customize sweetness between 0-100. The waffles are also great. Employees are sincere and make sure tea is perfectly sweetened. Went here 3x during our trip. Highly recommend

The place was cozy. I ordered the All Out for $10.00. Cookies and cream with 2 scoops of ice cream, oreo, reeses peanut butter with a condensed milk and caramel drizzle. It was really good. My only concern is that there was only one person working. She was doing everything.... the register, and making all the orders too. That wasn’t fair to her at all. She should have some help.

Amazing! First off the lady at the front is amazingly nice and so kind! The tea is amazing and not artificial! Im use to sweet hut, and this is wayyyy better! I will be back before I leave :) thank you!

A little hard to see from the street, but definitely worth the hunt to find it. The staff were very courteous, knowledgeable about the menu, and customized our drinks to perfection. Great atmosphere. Too bad we couldnt stay to relax. Will definitely try to come back next time we are in the area and recommend it to our friends.

Super Friendly Crew and the Place is really Chill One of my Favorite and close to Outlet and Parks, Im glad I found this place I dont have to drive all the way up just to grab some good teas.
