I needed to purchase a very specific item and Id read a review this place was good. I called and spoke to the sweetest owner, Abraham. He assured me they had what I needed. I drove 45 mins to get it. He was extremely helpful, sweet and went over how to use my item. If more businesses treated people the way I was treated, more of them wouldnt go out of business!

Ive been coming there for about 6 months now and keep doing so. They go above a beyond. even if they out of stock they contact another store or break a kit package and make it happen. Always great attitude, conversation, they remember you and simply deeply care how have you been doing and whats new. Always polite and so attentive. They will spend time with you to look for a perfect liquid and coils, trying it right at the store to make sure it works for you. They made me switch from very high nicotine percentage Im talking from 1.8 to .6 with a better product that was lesser cost( I was a cigarette smoker for 15 years). I was terrified and said it wouldnt work because I unfortunately depend on nicotine. Guess what? It worked perfectly for me. The store just simply Send a whole pyramid and worked with me on liquid (iam very picky) I am so thankful. I always leave with a smile on my face. The best smoke shop EVER. I can never go to another one, I will never cheat on someone that really cares. I seriously feel like I am coming there to see my friends. THE BEST IN TOWN. Always a pleasure to see you!

When you seemed to have noticed the bubble, if it that much of a shock- then you shouldve informed the staff and maybe even chose a different waterpipe. (Not bong.)Cigar Oasis has a huge array of different glass pieces, with awesome prices. The quality is phenomenal and any misuse of the glass, or incidents outside of the store are not the responsibility of Cigar Oasis. The fact that discount was given at all shows theyre willing to work with customers.The owner and family are genuine and honest people.Definitely would recommend shopping here.

Friend of mine told me to go to this shop because they were having a sale on glass pieces. I go in the shop purchase a brand new piece for 50$ and I seemed to notice the glass had a bubble in it and thought it was nothing. I get home and open the package that one of the sales associate packed for me and the piece where the bubble was completely broke off and I was in shock. I went back to the store so I could see if I could get an exchange or credit for this because it was definitely cigar oasis fault for the crack but instead they called the owner and only offers to allow me to buy a new bong and get 10% off. Overall this shop has horrible customer service and I will never be going to this shop again.

I believe when any business (specially local) goes above and beyond and gives exceptional service it should be recognized/acknowledged. I have been there before a few times but it was up until this last visit in which I had an issue with a specific product I bought that the staff was very courteous and helpful. Here is a staff that 100% backs the quality of their products, they listen to and value their customers and dont rip people off. period. That is why I will keep coming back.

Hey guys listen to this warning, the cigar oasis near the international airport sells nothing but counterfeit products. Please Google the patent number of grinders etc they sell you, they are all Chinese knock offs. I confronted the owner. Who was very rude, I asked if I could return it .for a non counterfeit product in which he then repeatedly said he doesnt sell counterfeit items. I tried to explain to him the patent numbers clearly marked on all his products showed that they are not legitimate. I will be contacting some people to see what I can do about this horrible sales practice.Update: spoke to owner in person, he said he doesnt know how to use the internet then proceeded to yell at me in front of customers, lol. I showed him the search results for all his counterfeit items. He then accepted they were ALL fake and hes just an embarrassment. They will be shut down in just a few weeks.

Bought a vape pen from them a week ago and it stopped working today. Went back to see what they can do and all the girl said was oh theres no returns on our products. Didnt even try to help or even see why it was not working. Rather buy online with this kind of customer service.
